Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

The city was windy...at one point [Samhain]
Another day in the windy city of Chicago. People were doing people things, driving, eating and probably blowing up large buildings because they could. None of it really made sense to Nearo but then again he didn’t understand much about human culture, save for the fact they sure loved their entertainment. The question then was what he was doing out here, though he had come out with a reason in mind. May have been forgotten the moment he got said pizza in his hand, which was still warm from the angry hands of the plus sized person he snatched it from. They didn’t seem very happy to have their food snatched from them, but then again he needed it a little more than they did, so that was a shame really. So the pizza bandit would go on with his day, taking a large bite from the slice as he walked along.
As usual he was dressed simply, in a pair of faded blue jeans with a large rip around the knees and muscle shirt which just felt comfortable really. Looking p he saw what appeared to be someone flying through the sky, though for the humans around them they were likely moving too fast. ”Why do they look familiar?” He muttered to himself curiously, with pizza half in his mouth before he ripped off another chunk with his teeth. The thought went through his mind before it he actually remembered it. It was that one human with the strange suit, the one that had fought Tsxero at some point if talk was to be believed. With a shrug he continued onwards, there was likely something to do. Finishing off his pizza slice he sort of went around looking for something to catch his interest, you could call it wandering.
Where he ended up was a pawn shop, though most of it looked like strange trinkets to him. What he found himself focusing upon most was a shiny looking pocket watch, nifty looking little thing. Not that he knew what it was anyway.

Re: The city was windy...at one point [Samhain]
Slow and steady wins the race, apparently that was true for business as well. The pawn shop was manned by a young man in a short-sleeved flannel and a black shirt beneath it. A watch fitted around his left wrist and a smile on his face as he explained one of the artefacts to a couple girls from his school. They seemed to take an interest in what the had to say, though he was a little dull on the social skill end of things; so he wasn't entirely sure. He proceeded to the cash register and finalized a purchase for a couple and then going back to the girls from school as they asked him about another precarious object. Eventually they even asked how long he had to work until to see if he wanted to go somewhere. He had to answered them with honesty.
"Well I need to watch the shop all day. Sam isn't feeling well so I promised him I'd take care of everything down here." He said, sort of sad that he couldn't go. There was a chorus of "awes" and a comment about how sweet he was for taking care of his sick brother. Well to them Sam was known as his sick adoptive brother, but that was aside. He was genuinely sad he couldn't go with them. They seemed to understand well enough though, which made him pretty happy, smiling and slipping his hands in his pockets. "Who knows, I might be able to show up later, if business dies down and no one comes in to break everything." He said with a little joke. It wasn't even funny but they laughed anyway, maybe it was to make him feel better, but they were still sweet regardless.
The young man had to run back to the register, telling his friends goodbye as they all exited. The female exodus from the shop was greeted only by helping another check out. Samhain arrived form the upstairs for a moment, looking far worse for ware as he simply placed a hand of affirmation on the boy's shoulder and walked away a little before grabbing a necklace and heading back upstairs.

Re: The city was windy...at one point [Samhain]
His attention lingered over the watch while the gaggle of girls left to do whatever it was girls did. In all actuality he had no idea what he was doing, or what he was looking for. In essence this looked like some kind of shop that held a lot of junk, it looked like junk so it was possibly junk anyway. Not that he had anything against junk, unless it was all broke unk because that junk was no good. Nearo honestly didn’t notice the lack of other people until his attention turned from the watch to see that there was only him and the younger male behind the counter. Well they seemed to take an interest in helping him out, though helping him suggested he knew what he was doing in the first place. Otherwise the blind leading the blind tended to explain best what happened next.
Well that was what was expected to happen, not as if he was by any means psychic or was paying attention. For some reason the place had a certain smell to it, though perhaps that was just the different things in it. It smelled of wood, metal, paper and of course that one human.
