The Legacy

Personality: Adam is a serious but sometimes joking type of guy, he enjoys the little things and lives life one step at a time. Down to earth can also explain him, this hardened guy doesn't always talk either, usually because he doesn't have anything to say, or because he doesn't care.

History: Adam was born in Chicago, growing up his parents were aware of his super abilities when he was at a young age and soon after his birthday at the age of 7, they dropped him off at a orphanage due to a "freak accident where Adam accidentally froze everyone's food during a thanksgiving dinner, quickly sending him off to an orphanage. Once he was at the orphanage he began to live there and accept the fact that he was a orphan now, probably never to be with a real family again, but he had friends at the orphanage and grew up as some of them were picked one by one by couples interested in adoption.

Years later, by the time Adam was 17, he was still in the orphanage, living there, but earning his keep by cooking and cleaning around the orphanage. On his spare time though, he learned to used his ice abilities and even learned of another one, the ability to shape shift. Once he mastered shape shifting he frequently scared his friends without them knowing by turning into a snake and slithering right next to their beds hissing. By the time he was 18 a man came to the orphanage, asking for Adam specifically. Once Adam was face to face with he man, he explained that he was named Doctor Frant, or Frant for short. Politely Adam shook his hand for formality's and such. Suddenly Frant bruntly offered Adam a place to live, a familty to be with. All he had to do was sign a contract. After being overly excited and ecstatic, he signed the contract, skipping through the pages not bothering to read just printing out his signature where ever it asked.

After he was taken and the contract was signed he was quickly blind folded and bound when he got into a limo and they knocked Adam with a needle at the same time. Soon after Adam woke up in a cell like room and Frant went ahead and entered inside smiling saying, "You now work for me as an operative, you'll be trained and tasked to do missions assigned to you, if not, that contract you signed will allow me to take you to court for breach of contract and if you are unable to pay, you'll go bankrupt and my friend of mine will kill you, plus that collar on your neck will explode if you don't do as I say.", looking down Adam saw the collar and obeyed what the man said, undergoing all kinds of training, finally becoming a operative.

Years went on and he worked as a obedient soldier, doing as he was told, killing meta humans, tracking them. Etc. Then soon later, the man James arrived and worked as a operative too for awhile for awhile. Until Adam told James the truth about what the organization was about and who he actually was before his mind was wiped. In return James helped Adam figure out a way to get out of the collar and escape the organization for good. So James killed Frant while Adam managed the getaway and transport. Afterwards they made it to New York and have been living a life of secrets for the last several months.

The Powers and Weaknesses

(All characters can be as powerful as they want, as long as they are balanced with proper weaknesses.)

Power 1: Shape shifting, Adam is capable of shape shifting into any animal he can imagine, limited to if it actually exists, cannot be a made up animal, hence the nick name fox...

Power 2: Ice manipulation and creation, Adam is capable of creating ice and causing it to freeze things in a ice/liquid nitrogen way that freezes pretty much anything on contact. As well as the ability to morph and change already established ice. Another benefit of this power is he has the ability to surf upon a path of ice and glide around locations freely at considerable speeds.

Power 3: Due to him having great power in ice form, he can harden his skin and body to take large amounts of damage and wont feel it, this is done by him freezing his body in a super dense form that makes all the particles that make up him come super close to each other, causing this ability to make him super durable.

Weakness 1: Adams "super durability" can be broken, due to it being mainly done by ice, large and great sources of heat and rapidly reverse the effect, making Adam vulnerable. Adam is however able to recover and redo the ice super durabilty after some time and concentration.

Weakness 2: Since his powers are ice based, any source of heat nerfs the power quite a bit, hotter it is, weaker his power gets.

Weakness 3: Honours a fair fight, will let the other person get up before kicking them while they're down (Metaphorically.)

Weakness 4: Scared of water

Weakness 5: Weak left leg, due to it being weaker than his other leg, due to ACL surgery not working, he walks with a slight limp nowadays and a good kick in that leg will sure be a way to hurt him or take him down. Although, he typically makes a make shift brace out of ice around it.

Weakness 6: Adams overconfidence can and most likely will get him hurt or killed in the future, but it can also help occasionally.
