The Looks

muscular body, missing right hand but replaced by a metal hand, a scare on his forehead. his teeth other than the front 4 are al metal Costume: Black armed sleeves, red gloves that go up to his wrist. The mask just covers his face but his hair and the back of his head is open. black around his eyes and mouth but red over the rest. two black strips down the front of the torso the rest is all red except the back which is black. The suit is skin tight. His legs correspond with his arms. it is all well armoured except for the back of the head and top. His costume looks a little like this one but with these features.

The Legacy

Personality: Due to his past Theo has a very angry personality. He blames himself for his family's death so this fills him with Grief & guilt as well. Due to his mental torturing Theo struggles with people and lost all respect for living things. He is very serious and never normally jokes about everything.

History:Theo was born into a rich family. his dad was a lawyer so following in his footsteps he became a lawyer too. He went to the best schools in the country and became very successful at his job. When he was 22 years old Theo was protecting a young man who was charged with torturing a man to death. For the one off occasion Theo lost the case and the man was sentenced to 8 years in Jail.Over the 8 years Theo married a woman and had a family with her. one day after getting home from work The man who was sent to jail came in and takes his family hostage. for six months him and his family was tortured in a warehouse. resulting in Theo losing his hand and getting scares. He was mentally tortured as well as physical. When the police finally found him, his family had been killed and he was near death. Once he left the hospital after being helped back into health he left his city and trained himself how to survive in harsh environment as he felt like he should be punished for his family.returning to the city he hunted down the person who kept him in the warehouse and killed him. The problem was the man belonged to a group of criminals so they sent one of the best hit-man in the world after him.Theo battled the hit-man and survived the attack. Seeing potential in Theo the hit-man took him in and trained him up. after learning everything the hitman knew Theo murdered him to prove he was the best. His only goal after this was to show the world he was the best.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1:Due to the training of the hitman, Theo is very stealthy when it comes to taking out his target. He uses the shadows to hide and will attack from the air and the ground alike most enemy's will not see it coming.

Power 2: Theo has enhanced reflexes from his training so this means in hand to hand combat he is fast and sharp with his fighting.

Power 3: Theo Can survive in the harshest environments. This means that if taking to a hot or cold country his fighting ability will always be on point.

Power 4: Theo's Health can regenerate after a while but it would take around 10 minutes after a battle for him to be fully recovered.

Power 5: Theo has trained himself to block out pain so he cannot feel it.

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1:He's a human, and without his items, he has only his combat skills and reflexes to help him.

Weakness 2: Without his items Theo becomes louder than usual. this means that he must take a more head on attack

Weakness 3: Theo is a risk taker. This means that he will go head on against someone with a gun even if he had a knife. This can cause some serious harm as it can cause him to overstep the mark and be badly damaged.

Weakness 4: If reminded of his past Theo will have a breakdown. luckily not many people know about this

Weakness 5: Theo doesn't like losing things. This means if his swords are taken from him he will stop at nothing to get them back. This means he can get distracted easily.

Items/Minions

two swords
The swords blades are made from a metal found deep in the earth that can not be broken easily. they can cut through anything bellow steel. they can be broken by someone with superhuman strength or if they get overheated. If disarmed these blades can be used against Theo. These swords can damage meta human skin but over time so he cannot slice it straight away.

electric knuckleduster on his metal hand
This isn't known about by most enemy's so allot of them wont be expecting it. It overheats after 10 minutes of excessive use.

2 pistols on each side
Two desert eagle pistols which have been modified to penetrate armour. Theo doesn't like using these as he finds guns cheating.

grappling hook
It can get Theo up buildings and can be used to escape danger. it cannot attach to hot surfaces.

blades that come out of wrists
These are only used as a last resource and can be broken if overused

poison darts
The darts are designed to weaken metahumans the point is strong enough to pierce the skin but Theo only has three at a time.

smoke bombs
these are used for stealth as unless the enemy has heat signature powers Theo can sneak up on most things

As for Alignment, you would put Lawful Evil, Neutral Evil, or Chaotic Evil.

Now to move on; Your personality is short and to the point, but it could use some expanding on. I can see you are not the newest RPer, but are fairly new to it based on how little information is present in the history of your character.

Okay, so on to the main part: His Powers!

Reading what you've written

Power 1 means he has, what, no sense of pain? No feeling? Or just no feeling to pain? If that's the case, that's a fine power. But if it can be used as a weakness, it needs to be listed as a weakness.

Power 2 is enhanced reflexes, unless you mean "he can fight with speed" as in he is fast on his feet; IE - running wise. Now, if that's the case, he cannot have 2 powers wrapped into one.

I will also go on to say about his powers that he only has two, and they're very simple. He has enhanced reflexes, and no feeling of pain. That's all I'm seeing. So as that being the case, it means he's a fragile human. So that's a weakness.

Now, speaking of weaknesses, I'll go on to them.

These are obvious weaknesses, and are indeed something to be written. But I believe you should replace Weakness 1 with "He's a mere human, and without his items, he has only his combat skills and reflexes to help him."

Other than that, what you have so far is fine.

And finally, his Items!

Items listed in your application need to have a weakness if it's some kind of special item. I'm writing this BEFORE I read over your items because items need to be scrutinized all by themselves.

And, having read over them, they are all mundane weapons, save for the poison darts. But making sure you limit them per thread like you've written in your app to 3 and you're fine.

The only thing missing is your priority list:

based on your characters powers, your priority should be listed as such:

Reaction - 1
Agility - 2
Endurance - 3
Strength - 4

So once you've made the proper edits, you'll be good to go.

All of these are almost the same. The word play is different, but it all boils down to he has a temper, and he takes a lot of risk.

You need to think of weaknesses that affect your character. They do not have to be 100% related to your powers.

Anything exploitable mentally or physically is considered a weakness. E.G.:
