The Legacy

Personality:
Luke has the attitude of a college student a lot of the time and strives for justice when the need arises, he will fight to the end even if it means his life. He enjoys a fair fight and understands the limits of his own abilities and smarts. He also enjoys cooking and music. In battle he can be fierce and wont stop until he succeeds in the battle.

History:
Luke was born in a small town in Canada, born and raised. His father and mother's names were Keith and Faye. They loved Luke a lot and wanted the best for him and enrolled him in martial classes for taekwondo and different martial arts after finding out already he was stronger and much faster than any other regular person when he was 8 and tried pushing him further even when he didn't want to. Then one day he figured out he had super abilities, he figured this out when he was getting mad over a video game and the TV started to melt and became a pile of plastic and glass made up of the TV, even wtih this freak accident, his parents still loved him.

Soon after he began to master his abilities much more and was able to create actual parts of plasma and melt things by shooting it, he tested this by shooting a bit of plasma forward with momentum into their backyard fence and the plasma went right through with ease.

After graduating from high school at the age of 18 he then was enrolled in college with a diploma and was accepted quickly, he then stayed there, graduating college eventually. After graduating he caught wind from family friends that his parents were killed in a car crash, after finding out this he left Canada and went to America, getting a citizenship and began to live in Chicago in a small apartment, supporting himself as a gas station clerk by day and vigilante/misfit by night today, his plan is to travel America however, deeming himself the name Kesler.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Luke has the ability to control and create plasma in thin air or space, he can shoot massive amounts of it out of his hands and create shields of sorts, the really actually resemble walls of plasma, with this power he can be very powerful, it is powerful enough to go through steel walls and cut even the toughest of metals and pretty much anything, so far... He also has full control over it and can manipulate it to however he wishes, with it all coming just from his hands and mind, he can also shoot propelled blasts of plasma.

Power 2: Ability to run and move at super speed and perceive everything while going fast in a slow motion like way and reach speeds of mach 3

Power 3: Laser eyes, he can shoot laser beams from his eyes and burn things with pin point accuracy at will, as well as melt through, this power is very strong and can burn through everything his plasma can't, which he hasn't found anything that hasn't melted to his powers, yet..

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: His plasma's effect can be nerfed by any cold substance, the plasma will still burn, but not to it's full potential, I.E, weaker against ice abilities and somewhat weak against water abilities.

Weakness 2: Due to him not being a superhuman when it comes to durability, he can still be hurt like a normal human, I.e bullet wounds and cuts hurt him like any other human.

Weakness 3: After using his laser ability through his eyes, he is temporarily blinded for a few seconds after use, which in the amount of time someone may have the chance to counter attack.

Weakness 4: Since his superspeed is all more effective while running, the obvious weakness is that he can be tripped if well time, or if you incapacitate his legs as well to make him has issues with running fast.
