Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed) Empty Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed)

Post by Elena Vexus April 16th 2015, 12:31 am

The flight was long. New York to Brazil. Her private jet had made one stop in souther Florida in order to refuel. Elena had been following a trail of clues for a new recruit. She currently knew him by the name of 'The Black Knight'. The individual would be quite perfect for the organization she has been putting together lately. After her success in Australia she returned to the states in order to put together a few more aspects. One being this jet. She sat casually in one of the cars scrolling through files on her laptop. This man has managed to commandeer quite the number of magical artifacts already, so her research tells her. His collection could prove to be extremely useful to her research, not to mention his skills in tracking down both artifacts and the individuals that hold them.
He plane touched down on a private air strip in brazil. Accompanying her was her body guard and two other well armed goons. Her robotic creation stood tall behind her with a hooded cloak closed in the front so that no one would question his appearance. Elena stood in front of him, and her two other guards were in front of her. Vexus was wearing a romper like jumpsuit with her hair pulled back in a high and tight pony tail. She had on combat style boots that were loosely tied and slightly rolled down. And of course her traditional Prada sunglasses where on as she looked around scanning the area with her Louis clutch slung over her shoulder.

They were met by a guide that kindly escorted them to the rental site to pick up additional weapons and transportation. Her two goons picked up a few more guns and more ammunition. This was obviously not a typical meet up. Vexus had this location and 'merchandise' set up previously for their arrival. They had two Mercedes Benz G63's waiting for them. The two meat shields took the first wagon, Elena and her General were in the second and they set off. They were driving through a significant amount of flat lands, Vexus was mapping out a course for them as they drove. Soon they reached an are where a path had been clearly cut out. The area was a base for deforestation. The plot was extremely large so it would take some time before they reached the forest. She had caught wind of a tribe located in the Amazon Rainforest that had halted production out here. She twisted the information around a little bit and let that leak, however Elena was still curious herself.

These tribes in the forest were completely undeveloped and more than likely have not had any contact with the outside world. She had made it sound as if this tribe managed to stop and destroy the machines that are destroying their homes. Such a feat would only be possible with some sort of supernatural aid. Hopefully this would have sparked the Knight's interest and her team would be able to find him investigating. Though to her surprise, she found something else.
The two luxury off-road vehicles pulled up to see that the machines of the crew had actually been destroyed. It could have been possible that The Black Knight had already arrive, but the way she timed it her crew would have had enough time to set up adequate traps. With her glasses still on, they entered the jungle and began to scan for life. With the two brutes in front chopping through a path Elena looked around to see if there was anything worth noting. The sensors in the glasses were not doing her much good as there were far too many living thing to track life or heat signatures. Under the ultraviolet spectrum she was able to make out a footprint. It was her only lead and she was going to take it. The group raced forward following the prints, though soon they began to obviously try and ward off any followers. There were footprints on trees, leaves, even some of the wildlife had prints on them. She rolled her eyes and the crew continued forward.

After a couple miles of trekking through the Amazon, her two guards mentioned that they had been growing tired. Elena could only roll her eyes at their uselessness. The General took the lead and the two machetes and began cutting a path through while the other two stood at arms guarding the back with Ms.Vexus in the middle. Soon now Elena's GPS began to act up. Problem after problem began to occur, and while she was tinkering with her piece of technology when she looked up her crew members were gone. She let out a loud grunt followed with a very annoyed Are you serious!?. From her tiny clutch she pulled out a machete and began to make her own path, muttering under her breath how good help is always hard to find and even create apparently. Up ahead there was a thick weave of vines that she was having difficulty cutting through. Eventually she began to try and climb over them. Beyond the vines was difficult to see due to light. She assumed that there was an opening in the canopy and the light was throwing off her perception. Elena managed to get over the vines, barely, by tripping and rolling into a gigantic opening of the forest. With the machete planted in front of her, to the right she saw her General stumble out of the foliage and to the left her two goons did the same. The opening in the forest was massive, and entire shopping center could be put here will still room for more than adequate parking. It was a natural clearing with a few frees and high grass, not something man made as they had seen earlier. She brought herself to her feet and they regrouped, off in the distance there was a cloaked man walking.
"You there! Stop, please!" she said in a firm but concerned tone of voice. With her glasses now being only able to see the man in front of her (and her two guards) as life forms she had a feeling that she had found who she was looking for. She started after him in a slight jog and slowed as she was about 100 yards away from him, then called after him again.
"You are The Black Knight, if I'm not mistaken? My name is Elena Vexus. I have traveled a great distance in order to discuss a couple of business offerings with you."
Vexus was serious and getting straight to the point. She was getting rather fed up with nature and it had been taking a significant amount of will power for her not to bulldoze this entire place herself. Hopefully this discussion would go smoothly and the entire group would be able to return to her private jet peacefully and enjoy a luxurious flight back home.

Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed) Empty Re: Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed)

Post by Zodiac April 29th 2015, 11:24 pm

Lost in darkness. It was like being in a basement, laying on abed with your eyes shut tight. Opening them wouldn't help. The lights were off and you were below ground. You can hear them as they move around, their massive feet shuffling around as they moved like zombies. All he could do was shut his eyes and hope they didn't find you. It's hard not to whimper as you hear them standing around you on every side. Eyes still closed but those eyes glowing in the darkness, fixated on you as you pretend to lay in slumber. Austyn knows better than to open his eyes, the fearsome things his sight would be welcomed with was almost unbearable, as promised by the scent of blood and iron. A massive hand it placed on his chest. He knows the hand can't feel his heart, but it seems to drive on fear. All he wanted to ask was how they knew he was still alive. As if on cue he heard a wrenching growling noise that seemed to be an amalgamation between a hand grenade, a raptor and a malfunctioning CB radio.

   b̢͏̧e̶͏̷̛͝ç̴͘͡a̵͜u̧̧͞͡s̡͞͏̸e̡҉̴́͠ ́͠҉͟w̛͡e̵̷̢'̶̡͞ŕ̸̛̕ę̛̛̀̀ ̷̢s̛͟t̕̕í̛l̶̢̧̨͜l҉ ̸̷̨͘͘h̸̨̀͜e̵̶͘͘͞r̵̨̕͟e̵̡̛͜͝.̧͝

He opened his eyes. He wished he hadn't.

The Black Knight was on the move, a rather calm smile on his face as he broke in the new body. He wouldn't complain about the youthful agility and the fine shape the body had been kept in, unfortunately it was like putting a race car driver in a perfect sports car. He just HAD to put it through it's paces. Thus he did so. This particular day he figured he'd be out on a little excursion to the southern hemisphere. Austyn had taken a few "sick days" off from work, the poor boy wouldn't even remember what fun they had. The blood in the sands...putting an end to the miserable ruffians that littered the streets. Brazil was such a beautiful and exotic landscape. The drugs were cheap and life was good for a homicidal sociopath such as himself. No one ever noticed if a child or two went missing for a while. He was actually on the hunt for a promising piece of prey. He walked up behind the young boy, one he was "educating" on his "mission trip". The boy was entirely unsuspecting as he stepped up and a hand started down towards the back of the boy's neck. The only salvation for this child would be something more appetizing, something with more promise.

"Las máquinas estaban destruidos! Tenía que ser la intervención divina, simplemente no hay otra manera!"  A voice called out as the hand reached the boy's neck. The unarmored knight squeezed a little and smiled kindly at the boy when it turned and looked up at him. A dark deed turned into a silent encouragement before the knight turned back to the more promising matter at hand. Dressed as the natives, he approached the men and inquired in their own language as best as he possibly could. They delivered him the information he desired...and then he departed.

He arrived at the "road" to the site. Entering the jungle he began looking over the area and thus far being utterly unimpressed. He wore his traditional armor with the carmine colored eyes as he looked over the area. The impressive piece of technology he wore was shrouded by a tattered and war-weathered cape. all his fingers on his left hand were adorned with reaver styled claws and additional blades over the knuckles. He found himself walking aimlessly as he found himself in the mouth of the grand jungle. He heard someone call out for an excuse and a moment of his time. What shocked him even more was that the voice called him by name. The Black Knight... that was impressive, and amusing but there were answers needed if this woman wanted to leave this encounter alive.

Much to his relief there was something of a business offer on the table. So this person knew who and what he was and was still willing to work with him? Very well. He didn't need to trust her by any means, but at this moment he could at least hear her out. "Oh? A business offer you say?" He mused before looking her over in her entirety. Fine clothing, unnaturally blonde hair, a face that was so plastic it probably didn't have calcium in even trace amounts... and big fake boobs. Well this was obviously a very wealth woman, and given her mechanoid general looking at him he couldn't help but think she had some resources. "You're the only person to ever say that openly knowing who I am... I don't think I can honestly say I'm the craziest one in present company anymore." He said warily leering at the general, a fist clenched. There was something about that thing he really liked. He liked it so much he wanted to remove it's eyes and smash his fists into it until it leaked blood...or oil or whatever.

"Alright, Miss Vexus. What business could someone like you POSSIBLY have with someone like me?" The Black Knight asked, genuinely intrigued by the events that were beginning to unfold. Something very strange about this day...something strange indeed.

Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed) Empty Re: Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed)

Post by Elena Vexus May 5th 2015, 11:34 pm

"Aahh hahaa! And I will openly say that I am probably as crazy as they get." she said with an honest smile. Elena cleared her throat and returned to her serious demeanor.
"Anyways, we'll get to why I've tracked you down. Can't bear not being near a paved street for this long. According to my research, you are a very skilled individual in tracking down and acquiring objects of magical origin. It is also to my understanding that you already have quite the collection from your travels." Elena put her hand on her hip and was using her right hand to talk, using casual and natural gestures. She had noticed him eyeing her general, but she would get to that in a moment.
"Now, this pertains to me because I am putting together an organization to do exactly what you have already been accomplishing on your own. I do not know what it is you do with your acquired artifacts, but I wish to study them. Dissect them. Learn exactly what principals they operate on. I suppose you could call this Science's march on Magic."

She now casually took a couple of steps over and leaned her right shoulder on the General. With him being seven feet tall, her small weight did not even cause him to shift in the slightest.
"I wish not to be misunderstood, as I do not envy magic. I have no desire to utilize it, I only intend to understand further on what principals magic operates and to recreate these principals in a science based environment. And I believe in order to achieve this understanding we must observe, capture, dissect, and intensively study any and all things of magical origin." She pushed off of her General and moved over to the too goons she had brought with her.
"If it is not clear by now, then allow me to make it so. I have found you because I find that your particular set of skills would prove to be very useful to us and I wish for you to join me on my endeavor. Of course you would be rewarded for your loyalty and success to the organization. If money is your thing, we can provide that. If you simply crave the thrill of the hunt, then more power to you. As for a craving for knowledge, well I have plenty of that I can be willing to share." She removed the sunglasses that her two meat shields had on to reveal their eyes were cybernetic. Such a feat was not impressive, but the purpose of the eyes may be more so interesting. Since the eyes are connected directly to the brain Vexus used this to create an inconspicuous and very low level mind control device. These two basically have their own freewill, but at the snap of her fingers they will sacrifice themselves for her. She gave them their sunglasses to put back on as she moved back to her bodyguard and leaned her back up against his abdomen.
"Now, if scientific knowledge does not hold any value then the information that we gain from this boundary pushing will be available to you. Everyone has their own goals, and if our efforts to blur the line between science and magic will help you achieve your goals then I very much urge you take me up on my offer." She crossed her arms and slouched a little more against her mechanical creation and paused a minute before pushing off and bending her arms up in a shrug.
"Where as I could force you to join, I am unsure if either of us would like to put forth that effort. So if you do not want to all I ask is that you spread the word. Let those magical folks that you hunt know that there are a lot worse things out there than just The Black Knight and his scary finger blades. There's a terrifyingly crazy lady with plastic skin and fake boobs that will reinvent your nightmares and make hell your new comfort zone. But I digress... So then, what do you say my armor clad ally..?"
She finished with a slight smirk, outstretching a welcoming hand. Having this one with her would strike a victory. If he allowed her to access his collection then that would just be a bonus and help further and kickstart her research. It seems like finally things were going as planned for Ms. Elena Vexus.

Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed) Empty Re: Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed)

Post by Zodiac May 6th 2015, 2:51 am

"I see your information didn't tell you too much about me, did it?" He chuckled before shaking his armored helm a little. "I've already blurred those lines on a few subjects. Death being one of them. I am, after all, a humble ghost manipulating through armor." He chuckled, fist clenched as his blade turned, he was watching the General to be sure and he made it no secret that he was watching the move very, very carefully. He found himself curious as to this woman and her agenda. Of course he could benefit but he would not be bullied into joining a group out of sheer threats. Especially when it seemed as though he were more intuned with certain areas of magic and science than she may have been. He did, after all, make an impressive tech suit he was now wearing as well as have his impressive occult adventures.

"I can't promise you I can help you blur the lines in many magics....but I can show you a few tricks. I will join under three conditions." The knight said, still looking at the General, obviously not trusting such a massive machine. He'd be a fool to trust it, though that point aside he stepped back a little, keeping a comfortable distance. "The first is quite simple. I am not a toy, I am not a foot soldier. Common courtosy is all I ask. I prefer not to take orders, though you'll find I very seldom decline a request...unless of course I cannot do so, which then I would obviously tell you. If I must take orders, I take them from you. No one else." He said before clearing his throat. Well, Austyn's throat.

"Condition two... The identity of the body under this armor is to never know that I exist. If he knows that I exist that will destroy the nice little..."thing" I've got going here. I'm in control, so you don't need to worry. He cannot remember anything I do. But he is to never know that he is...well, possessed, for lack of a better term." He said with a shrug and a loss for words. His conclusion was met with the third condition, which was an odd one all things considered. "Condition number 3... The one who taught me is to never be brought up to me. Do not ask me about them, Do not ask me a name and do not ask me where they are... because I've forgotten two of those things and the third sends me into a bloody rage.... So.... can you handle those three conditions I'd hope?" He asked with a little bow, hands out to the side a little, sword still within easy grabbing range, though still all the more polite himself. Hopefully she would be alright with his so he could continue on for his hunt of a magical beast. He rather wanted to kill something today...

Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed) Empty Re: Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed)

Post by Elena Vexus May 7th 2015, 10:10 pm

Elena raised an eyebrow behind her sunglasses hearing that he was only inhabiting a body. How very interesting. She resisted the urge to just try and capture him and see how a spirit inhabits a physical being. She was trying to make friends and the way to their heart was by not tearing open their chest cavity. It sounded like she had him in, but there were a couple points she could throw at him to solidify the deal. He had some conditions, which would be easy enough to follow. They were not too outlandish, Vexus can can easily comply.
"Well sweetie, I would not have come this far just for a 'foot solider', so of course I will treat you with respect. As for roommate, we can construct your own host body if you so desire. It can be composed of flesh, robotics, bionics, a gorgeous combination of both. We can make if of anything and make it do anything. Well, almost anything."
She walked over to her bodyguard and flipped off his hood and undid the cloak so that The Black Knight could see exactly what he was.
"My Bodyguard here is an excellent example! We have integrated different aspects from various species all encased in a functional and protective shell composed of a blend of some of the most durable materials around!" He did not very much enjoy showing off, so he put his hood back up and buttoned it back up.
"I can easily oblige to your conditions, Sir Black Knight. All I would like in return is access to your current magical collection. It would be very beneficial for my research department to get a look at some material. Of course they would handle it with the upmost care and would not even dream of causing anything but observing. Only by your explicit permission would I allow my team to do anything more invasive. Assuming that this privilege is not included in your offer to share a few ticks. And of course you are free to hunt on your own, though in in such a situation I would like notification if you come into contact with anyone or anything magical. That way I can give some instruction on whether or not I would like it alive or intact. In the event that something or someone can be taken dead or alive, the more intact the body the better. And I mean of course if you have any questions ever I'm always available for direct contact."
Her two meat shields had been standing around patiently, her General dealing with her showcasing actions, and Elena herself quite enjoying her meeting with this Black Knight. However she did feel a little tension coming from him. He seemed antsy in a way. Elena wanted to ask him about it, but did not want to seem overly curious or rude in anyway. She was making a business offer after all, she needed to continue to play the professional businesswoman part
"I do hope that I am not keeping you from anything though, my dear." she said casually with a light smile.

Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed) Empty Re: Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed)

Post by Zodiac May 8th 2015, 12:01 am

"Of course. Feel free to examine whatever, lug it back and experiment on it or whatever you'd like. Though I would really rather have the magic mirror back. It has...sentimental value." The Black Knight said before pressing a button on his bracer. Before any noticeable change in the area happened however he addressed the topic of a new body. "While I can say I'm more than impressed, I'm afraid I must decline such a gracious offer. You see, even if I desired to part with my little friend here... I could not. I'm simply...well in all honesty I've grown rather attached to him. " He said before patting his own chest. He honestly had to say it's not like he'd take the body even if he could leave Austyn. The crazy bitch could make something like that, so what's to stop a kill switch or an override function? Oh don't get him wrong he looooved the crazy, but from one crazy person to another he'd rather not put himself in a situation where something like that could happen.

A strange upside down tear-drop like structure covered in floating metals, propeller wings and a semi sphere of light on it's flattened tip. The black twenty foot tall construct lowered and covered over the ground before turning upside down into a true droplet shape and landing. It hissed as the propellers powered down and the Black Knight watched it. He looked back to Vexus and her General. He looked back to the machine with a smile hidden under the helm. "Open sesame..." He added. Immediately spring mechanics clicked and bars shot out, jagged coating and edges appeared. The black machine began to glow with a blood red glow as cracks and creases were revealed. The front two quadrants opened and swung aside, revealing the outline of a human in the center compartment, the other two compartments were lined with rather strange technological weaponry. It was so primitve looking but oddly advanced. It was strange to capture such a sight into words (mostly because I have a goddamn headache).

The light of the bod was now a bright red as he stepped into it. When he stepped in what looked like mechanical skeleton hands started to loom over him before grabbing down on him rather fiercely. The pod closed and the sound of drilling and pained gargling could faintly be heard for a simple moment before the pod opened and again and the black knight emerged in the body of Austyn Abernathy. Cracking his neck he checked his watch real quick before snapping his fingers and making a circling motion. In an instant the entire pod rotated and the other two quadrants opened though the bottom of it seemed to slide out like stairs while the sides swung out and literally dozens of dozens of scrolls, wands runic stones and occult goodies were lined up. In the dead center was the magic mirror he spoke of, and hanging upon them were a pair of sunglasses.

"I'm actually on my way to hunt down an occult item now. If you or your general would care to join me....no offence but I don't think I'll ever get used to him." the young appearing voice said as he contemplated the General before shaking it off a little. Taking the sunglasses and putting them over his eyes he shook his head. "Technology, not magic." He said reassuringly before the letters popped up on his side of the lenses.

Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed) Empty Re: Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed)

Post by Elena Vexus May 11th 2015, 10:07 pm

Elena understood his attachment to his current host, it was merely an offer. Though she was happy to hear that she would be able dig through his collection of magical things. She then watched at he changed appearances and then the device rotated and revealed a treasure trove of various things. He said that he was on his way to find an occult item right now, it seemed that he may have suspected her General to be what he was looking for. He put on the sunglasses that were hanging on the mirror and identified her bodyguard as technology, not magic. She had a feeling that it was also telling him a few things about her.

"I see I'm not the only one with some fancy sunglasses here. We will accompany you on your mission to find this occult item, though I would like to see your ability on leading a small team. My three men here will be under your command for the time being. I do hope you'll be able to keep them safe."

Elena figured this would be an adequate test of the man's ability. She may be able to see a little of how he works on the inside too. Strategizing was important to her and it would be most interesting to see how he would use his resources to his advantage. Now of course what they were after might not require any teamwork whatsoever. If that was the case then no matter. Vexus would politely collect the occult item and be on her way, making sure to stay in contact with The Black Knight. He would be a valuable asset both now and down the road.

Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed) Empty Re: Nature was Never Kind to Me(closed)

Well this was looking like a new tune in the area. He was half glad she didn't decide to just walk away or try and capture him. She was able to abide by his requests however, therefore she would be a suitable "employer" of sorts. Though it's not exactly an employer it was easier than trying to rephrase it now. With a cough he nodded and cracked his neck before looking to the three individuals that he had been placed in charge of. He looked over their equipment and their figures. He almost wanted to ask what they believed their specialties were, but then again he found it almost obvious. Their posture, their equipment and their plain expressions, or lack thereof. He knew them all too well already, it came with the "line of work" he did when he had his own body, when he was alive.

"Alright. The object we're looking for is a necklace made of predator's teeth. It is imperative that you do not let any of these teeth pierce your epidermal layer, or the equivalent. If it does I will kill you immediately. Why you might ask? Because the second a tooth punctures the skin, the person bitten is possessed by the spirit of a feral were-wolf like creature that just so happens to look like a Xenomorph with fur. It affects robots as well." The Black Knight said before looking to the first before him and pointing. "The possessors of this item are a tribe of natives. They normally offer little resistance, though they've begun to siphon power form the necklace and have all gained superhuman abilities of stealth. You two are going to arm yourselves with whatever weapon you'd like. I'd prefer one to have a close-range firearm with a secondary melee weapon. The second needs a medium range with a pistol side-arm. The last one, you there. You're taking the flame-thrower and three claymore explosives. You're gonna position them where I tell ya. and when I say so, you're gonna start burning everyone in sight. You, with the pistol, make sure you're a good shot. You'll be instrumental. You with the melee weapon...stick to the shadows, don't let the natives see you. Now watch what I'm going to show you, these signals are going to be important." He said before teaching them a few simple signals and motions he'd use to alert them to alter their locations and roles. After that crash course he turning on his heel and walking off into the dense forest.

The thick flora and vegetation made their chances of finding their chances for cover rather easy. Though the Black Knight himself walked with a rather slow deliberation, aimlessly and out in the open. The minions would hopefully stick to their roles and then all could go as planned. His apparent lack of stealth could be misconstrued in many ways. There was part of it that looked almost cocky, then it looked almost to relaxed and surreal before it finally settled into sheer and utter creepiness that he could walk that slow at that pace and still be utterly okay and unphased by anything else going on in the world. It was almost...psychotic looking. It didn't take long before a primitive javelin found itself planted at his feet. He didn't stop, he simple shuffled to the side and continued to walk forward. There were words in a foreign language that demanded him to stop. Oddly enough he obeyed and he pulled out a pistol and aimed it at the villager. There was a little yelp and a call that prompted four other villagers to reveal their hiding places. The Black Knight smiled and dropped his pistol, arm outstretched. A sign in more than one way. The villagers all approached him with spears and stone axes, all of them chattering like the annoying little protozoa they were.

They began to push him as they urged him on towards the village. He followed and soon enough he found himself surrounded by several dozens of villagers, all of them in their primal living spaces. It was almost formidable how isolated and untouched by modern life these people were. Children ran around in loincloths still, and that somehow bothered the Black Knight more than it should have.  Children were filthy and disgusting little creatures as it was, without clothes they were just...naked disgusting little larva. They were like...half-baked cookies, well half-baked people anyway. They weren't quite people yet but they were too old to abort through conventional means. They needed to be put back in the oven...which reminded him of the time he put the kid in the oven of his mother's bakery shop. It was hysterical watching her go to jail for that. As he stood with arms crossed he looked upon the villagers in their most primal lifestyle. Clothes of dry leaves, skins and hide. Then he spotted it. Their target, the necklace. The beautiful polished ivory fangs adorned the neck of a small boy that had a leaf-like crown on his head. His tan skin seemed to compliment the strange yellowish eyes and jet black hair.

"Of course...a kid." He said before scratching the back of his head. The young boy seemed to speak, though it was meek he still managed to catch some of it. Finally, The Black Knight clapped his hands and there was a loud sound. A shot fired through the air. The natives all began to look around and the knight turned and grabbed an axe by the neck, driving his elbow into the face of it's bearer and then tossing it up, spinning into the air. Turning he calmly slid his hand to flawlessly deflect a spear from impaling him and directly into the man whom he just took the axe from. Blood began to spurt as he reached up and grabbed the axe as it came down and decapitated the spear bearer the momentum so great he was able to carry it through and bury it into the chest of another. With a swift hand he gripped the spear near the head and pulled on the axe. The force ripped it from the man's chest and snapped the spear pole, liberating the spearhead and just a little bit of the pole left. Puling out the spearhead he managed to flourish it as a little make-shift dagger of sorts as he drove a foot into an attacker whom attempted to strike from behind. Kicking off the would-be attacker he brought his other foot up and as he turned into a backflip he kicked the man with such tremendous force the man's head literally snapped back enough to leave his head hanging by a chunk of flesh was a pink mist spreyed over the area. Coming our of his backflip he twisted in mid air to jab a man in the neck with his make-shift knife and landed in time to butterfly kick and gain enough momentum to dig the axe into a man's clavical. As the man fell he released the axe and took the rather sturdy spear and immediately began flourishing it with a trained mastery.

Meanwhile one by one the villagers dropped while the close-ranged soldier closed in with his melee weapon and his heavy-duty firearms. They were so focused on The Black Knight that by time they noticed him they had been thinned in numbers. Men fell one after the other, it wasn't even a contest. It was an all out massacre. By time the men were able to even get close to the close-ranged combatant the medium ranged fire-arm took them down. Women and children all cowered as they ran into their wigwams and little huts. The Black Knight's skill still dominating as he showed how to make use of even the blunt end of the spear, tactically using it to deflect or tactically smack someone's legs from beneath them, then using the sharp end to impale them and pole vault into the air. As he was on his way down two of the spear bearers brought up their spears. Timing just perfectly he swiped them aware with a foot before landing between them, still spinning like a top as he lowered like a figure skater and took their legs out from beneath them. Then, still like a figure skater and spinning he rose, snagging both of the villagers by their necks and then twisting with great momentum and driving them into the ground with a lout thud. Their faces turned red as they tried to escape the choking grips, but they did not need to suffer long as the Black Knight looked about with a rather vicious glare in his eyes.

"Well it looks like all the enemy combatants are dead. Oh-wait." He said before smiling down at the two beneath him with the simple shift in his hands there were two loud and blood curdling cracks as the flailing bodies fell limp. Still coated in blood the Black Knight stood and brushed his hair back. "Now we're finished." He smirked as he walked off towards the tent. Raising a hand and telling the soldiers to stop. He was pleased to see how well they took directives and how closely they noticed each sign he told them about. The gun dropping? A sign he told them to follow. His going slow enough for him to be shoved was a sign. His crossing his arms was a sign for their explosives friend to do what he told him to do. His scratching the back of his head was for the close-range to advance. The clap was for the medium range to take a shot. Then he distracted them and allowed the explosive expert to place the explosive claymores where he directed. The final sign was about to be delivered...but first...he had a little "prince" to see.

Stepping in, covered in blood the women and children all cowered. Some of the children the age of Austyn looked upon him with distain as they clutched their fists. The Black Knight just smirked as he looked to the prince and pointed at his own neck. The seemingly prince-like boy looked down to the tooth necklace and shook his head, a concerned look on his face. His reluctance to part with the artifact was of no surprise. Some of the older boys moved to go against him, it didn't end well for one of them as he was killed almost instantly, the other was now being choked in a headlock. The Black Knight then pointed to the necklace and then the choking man, his facial expression trying to convey the meaning that the necklace was now the price of the older boys life. The child looked away for a moment before removing the necklace and walking up to the Black Knight, trembling. The Black Knight then reached out and took not only the necklace, but the boy's hand leaving the older boy go. The young boy yelped as The Black Knight twisted his arm and yanked him to his side before swatting him in the back of the head as hard as he could, the boy only wincing and crying a little. Turning and using momentum to sling the once-prince from the wigwam out into the mud. The Black Knight stepped out and Held the necklace in the air. The final sign. Just like that he walked over and kicked the little kid in the head in order to knock him out as he reached down and slung the boy over his shoulder. He turned and looked to find the villagers all rushing out of the tent to see their once prince off.

The Black Knight made it exactly 75 steps before the mid-ranged firearm did it. He shot a claymore, and caused a chain-reaction of explosives next to napalm tanks left by the one assigned the flame-thrower. The prince didn't need to see it, but his dreams were haunted with the screams of the dying. All of them burning slowly as nerve endings toasted, the smell of flesh permeating the air for miles. The vegetation caught fire too. "Good work. This entire place will burn. No trace of us ever having been there. Tip of the hats gentlemen." He said causally as he walked with a necklace in one hand and the boy over his shoulder. Odds are that they would need to return to their original meeting spot in order to hear what Miss Vexus observed and if she was happy with her troops performance...and his as well. Either way he had the amulet and with his help she would soon unlock it's magical properties and it's dark potential. This child though...this was his. He was keeping this one. It's purpose wasn't quite completed yet.

*Ready to end whenever. New topic for the amulet later?*
