Hello all, my name's Vadim or you can just call me De_Vigilante. I'm pretty new to this site, and I guess you can say I'm pretty new to RPG webs too. The only RPG I've played are on pdf files and Garry's Mod. So please be nice to me (although it's your call if you wanna be nice or not, I really have no problem).

And I also have a question :

I've read the Rule Book and the one about the Superhero Role Play System. But, I'm still not clear about the design. Sure, we can't use an existing one, but can we ask someone else's help for creating the design? And do we have to credit the guy who did it?

What design are you referring to? To create a character, you just have to fill out the template on this page

It's relatively simple and assistance is available if needed.

What cha mean? A character? Please make an as original as possible character. Don't use Spiderman or Doc Oc [ good examples, I think? ] as your character. You're to make a character you want to play as. Sure they can have powers resembling any existing hero, and as long as your character doesn't look and have the same powers and the same name, you can even recycle those three traits however you want.

Just please be as original as possible.

What I meant by character design is the character appearance. The picture of the character that I make. Not the design that I explain, but the picture. I know we can just use words to explain what the character looks like, but what if I want to use a picture to make my character, can I ask someone else to make it? And if so, do I need to credit him/her for the picture?

Yes, you can ask someone else to make it. Whether or not you need to credit them is up to said person. It would probably be better to credit them regardless though.
