Item Description: A microscopic chip implanted in Lucius' neck. Its prototype was created by Lucius himself then improved upon by Travis Masters. Its purpose is to fully change Lucius' appearance so he can have a public identity without the risk of being exposed by those that know who he is and what he does.

Item Power(s): Upon mental activation Lucius' body is morphed on a genetic level, making him physically another person. In this form Lucius acts as his public identity, Francis Hayes. There is virtually no way of detecting who Lucius is because he literally is another person, though some forms of magic may possibly see its not his true form. The chip can be activated and deactivated, as well as completely destroyed with a simple thought.

Item Weakness(es): While the chip is active Lucius has very limited access to his powers. He still has pretty quick healing but his durability and energy are almost completely gone.

Advancement Name: Hyper-cognitive Combat

Advancement Description: Lucius' mind processes information so fast he can deduce the highest probable action and react to it at incredible speeds. His thoughts happen so quickly everything is almost slow motion, he can form strategies and counters in between seconds. As an extension, his photographic memory has allowed him to learn numerous fighting styles and hold his own with the best of them.

Advancement Power(s): Basically rp fluffed superhuman reaction time.

Advancement Weakness(es): While his mind is very quick, an unpredictable feint attack style could confuse his method of reaction.

Character Advancement Price: 10 XP




Item Name: Speed Assisters

Item Description: Lucius' mind is far faster then his actual body. To fix this, Lucius' gauntlets and leg wear move his limbs in sync with his mind, but at nearly ten times their natural speed.

Item Power(s): Faster combat speed (Does not revoke the Slow weakness as these do not allow him to run any faster.)

Item Weakness(es): If his mask is destroyed the mental link to these assisters is lost, meaning he returns to his normal combat speed.

Item/Character Advancement Price: 15 XP




Advancement Name: Illusion Resistance

Advancement Description: Lucius' mind is highly resistant to illusions, only the seasoned master could produce an illusion that could fool him, and even that won't last very long. This is also an explanation for mental permission based powers not working on him.

Advancement Power(s): High Illusion Resistance.

Advancement Weakness(es): If the illusion were to be of his deceased family, it would have a much higher chance of succeeding.
