The Looks

Tia is a rather tall young girl with shoulder-length platnum blonde hair and unermarkable hazel eyes. Soft features upon her face and fair skin normally covered up by band tee's and shorts or cargo pants. One of the most notable features is her all-year around winter beanie cap that she pulls down so that the brim of lip of the hat is settled just above her eyebrows.

When in action she wears a non-restrictive wic that has thin pieces of metal armoring it for her legs, and she generally wears similar "armoring" as a belly-shirt ad well as a sleeveless tan trench coat where she keeps all of her grenades secretly hidden. She wears the Kabuki mask depicted here with this over that mask to give her a complex and nonsensical and weird apperance.

The Legacy

Personality:
A carefree, whimsical and comical girl with seemingly no grasp on reality. She seems to have her mind in the clouds, and can take nothing seriously until it becomes a matter of personal venegence or anger. She is a little girl that seems to know no sadness and seems to embody everything in an "explosive" and larger than life style. She loves fire, explosions and is quite easily distracted. While she is what one might call intelligent, she is not what one might call "bright" as she is rather easily manipulated in most circumstances.

She is very kind-hearted though tomboyishly in behaviour and uttterly reckless.
History:
The daughter of a russian spy, Tia was born into a life of danger and excitement. Though it's a good life to lead, Tia found herself quickly doing her best to help her mother "save the world" from metahuman threats and attempts to spy in upon the government of America. Tia of course thought that simply because her mother said so, the two were obviously related.

Tia is a typical fourteen year old, clinically manic-insane girl with an affinity for making things go boom. She followed her mother to the U.S in order to help her save the world, despite the fact that's not at all what her mother wants to really do. She is currently stationed in Los Angeles, but her mother travels and often times Tia is forced to run along with her, mostly on journies to Chicago and New York. Tia attempted to join Prodigy, but because of her "destructive nature" a friend of hers disuaded her from trying to join with the hero group, and now she simply exists to blow shit up for her mom, and possibly for her friends when it's needed/required.

The Powers

Explosive Affinity: Tia has the uncanny ability to make absolutely ANYTHING explode. She can take an anti-explosive in a totally docile enviornment and make it go BANG! This isn't a superhuman power, this isn't exactly a magical power. She just, for some reason, is able to make virtually anything into a bomb. Magical bombs, scientific bombs, the girl is a walking explosives expert in every way possible. (bombs measured by strength priority)

Lucky Break: Tia also has the uncanny ability to survive absolutely anything. It's not regeneration, it's not superhuman durability. It's just sheer, dumb luck.

The Weaknesses

Explosive Affinity: She can make virtually anything blow up... this is problematic when she's trying to make something she doesn't want to blow up. Whatever you do, don't let her work on your car or cell phone.

Explosive Impulses: She is very easily distracted, loves explosions, fire and other things of mass chaos. This overall personality leads to impulsive behaviour which ultimately leads her into making poor life choices as a thrill-seeker living on the edge. She also tends to fall into trouble, bringing others into it with her.

Dynamic Ingenuity: While she is able to make bombs able to harm almost anything she requires time to craft said explosives. She will need more time to make a bomb able to blow up a star or a 300ft Kaiju dragon than she would need to blow up a car or a building.

Child at heart: Tia cannot take anyone seriously. She is far too whimsical and carefree to treat any situation with the gravity it deserves unless she's been angered, in which case that is an entirely different weakness.

Anger management at work: When Tia is angry there is no such thing as subtle, there's no such thing as quiet or passive. There's also absolutely nothing that she won't blow up in a state of anger. Far less reasonable in this state.

Limited inventory: Tia only can carry 4 grenades 2 Claymores (the explosive, not the sword) and 1 Anti-metahuman explosive on hand at any given time. That being said she has one way to hurt powerful high-dur opponents, two tactical explosives and 4 crowd control explosives before she is entirely out of ammo and is required to rely on her power, which cycles back to her "needs time" to create.

Easily manipulated: She is very easy to coax or coercse into a course of action so long as it does not involver her directly harming someone she considers close to her (i.e: Her mother).

drop the bomb: She is good with arming devices, but she can't disarm them worth crap. If she's ever in a situation where she needs to disarm a bomb she, and everyone else nearby are royally screwed.

Forgetful: She could rescue a kitten from a tree, and then accidentally blow it up and forget entirely where the kitten came from. Her long term memory is rather sharp, but short-term is god aweful. Her mind is a strange place, it seems as if the longer ago it was, the better her memory of it is.

Can't swim: Tia swims as well as a sack of bricks piloting a ship of cinderblocks carrying crates of darkmatter... nigh-instant sinkage

Underestimate: Tia underestimates everyone. Not ina condescending manner mind you, but she always seems to not realize how strong or difficult anything is.

Allergies: Tia has terrible allergies to the point where she can't see, hear, or breathe for the most part. This occures mostly in spring time or summer when there hasn't been any rain recently.

Allergic reaction: Tia is allergic to carrots, tomatoes and strawberries (as well as all things strawberry scented). The ingesting of those foods or even the smell of strawberries will knock her out and probably kill her (without treatment) over prolonged exposure.

RP Mechanics

Disguise specialist: She's pretty good at playing dress up to look entirely different. Despite her deep hatred of make-up she has no problem fooling the public eye and even some professionals.

Intelligently Insane: Tia's mind is best described as fire. You can't hold fire, and even if you could you couldn't hold it very long before being burnt and letting go. Even if you could hold it without letting go, it eventually turns into smoke and escapes you. Tia is immune to all telepathy and mind control, however she is actually very easily manipulated upfront. She is indeed intelligent, but she's just crazy enough to not care.
