The Legacy

Personality:
A good hearted person, but stern and loyal to his people and his cause. It's his job to make sure every child learns the art of warfare, and so it is his job to ensure every child is safe. He has a heavy burden of responsibility with the death of his two older brothers, and feels in debt to Tsxero for stepping up and being the one to save him and his little brother μrsine X. Despite his strong bond with Tsxero and μrsine X both, he remains an independent party when it comes to butting heads. He takes what he does seriously, though that doesn't mean it can't be fun.

History:
The older brother of μrsine X, but the younger brother of Tsxero. When Tsxero's two big brothers died, Tsxero took over the clan for their mother and Hɇtallos immediately began to train, train and train some more. His life was soon nothing more than making it up to his fallen brothers. Hɇtallos convinced μrsine X that it would be fun to go and scare a couple humans, a decision that led to scientists and metahumans dying in mass quantity. The unfortunate result was that their older brothers were killed and they were chained up inside a lab. Had it not been for Tsxero, they'd still be there...or dead.

Ever since that moment he knew his purpose in life was to be like his older brother, the one who led by example and did whatever it took to defend his family. People didn't have to like it. Your family didn't have to like it. But you'd do it because it was best for them, and eventually one day they'd see that. For the past several years his training finally paid off as he was promoted to a title called "Brigadier General" and was placed as the "parent" of the children who showed promise for becoming warriors. He replaced Tsxero in this position after an event that the colony no longer speaks of occured, an event that eventually led to the destruction of Tsxero and then his re-establishment into the colony as the Kaxkain.

The Powers

Blessed/Cursed Physiology: Superhuman Physiology that is advanced beyond regular human means.

Superhuman Strength: The ability to lift, jump and punch at superhuman levels. He can damage even the toughest metahumans and is perfectly able to hold his own in the name of defending his colony.
Superhuman Durability: The ability to take more damage than human levels. His durability allows him to take punishment form the best of them and keep up to par so that he can defend his people.
Superhuman speed: The ability to move at speeds that break the sound barrier time and time again. This allows him to move fast and efficiently in order to defend his colony and be wherever he is needed in a generally fast time frame.

Superhuman reflexes and skill:The ability to use a sword, react and fight on a level that keeps him even with many superhumans. He will never be better than the opponent he is fighting, though it is possible for him to be worse. Part of his inherent skill is the ability to react to vibrations in the air. Simple explanation to his natural skill despite his blindness.

Innocence; Life's greatest Illusion: Born with a particular gift, Hɇtallos had the ability to use a power that allows him to create illusions that can be heard, smelt seen and tasted. These illusions can also be felt, though the illusions can never produce harmful effects.

The Weaknesses

Painful Intolerance: Hɇtallos will turn into his blessed form, regardless of his desires, if he is in enough pain.

Blessed in body, Cursed in mind: Hɇtallos is a gifted knight and he knows his share of tactics, but in his Blessed form, his intellect takes a sever slice, rendering him to the thinking of an animal, only able to do the most basic of plans.

Through Items I emulate: Hɇtallos superhuman stats can only be emulated in his "human form" by items, items which will break if used to any extreme.

Strength for a sword: Hɇtallos' superhuman strength is emulated through a sword. That being said the sword is only able to damage things by cutting, it is not actually able to help him lift anything.

Honor-bound: Hɇtallos is bound by a code of honor which prevents him from attacking an unarmed person, or engaging in combat with one who has done nothing to warrant judgment. That being said he is also honor bound to protect any innocent of any race if he is able, even if that means his own life.

Tarnish not thy soul young knight: Hɇtallos' people view their tails as sacred. Therefore he is not able to use this as an offensive weapon and must protect it with great care.

Flame sensetivity: Hɇtallos avoids fire like the plague for some reason. He does not liek fire and prefers to disengage form fire whenever possible. If his honor-bound nature prevents him from fleeing, he does his bestto avouid the fire, as it hurts him more than it does most of his species.

My own illusions fool me: Hɇtallos' own illusions fool him as well. His own sensory is affected by his illusions so any hazardous environment or sensory baffling things he does, he does to himself as well. This prevents him from creating the illusion of a black area to render eyesight useless, or produce deafening noises or any such things.

It's no secret that justice is blind. It IS a secret that I am: ... well, actually he's not entirely blind, but he does have terrible vision. He is basically the Velma of this scooby-doo crew. The only way he can fight is with glasses, contacts or by using his power to project an illusion into his own mind of his area. Unfortunately, while he does either of these things it corrects ne weakness, but flashes of light will stun him and present an opportunity to strike.
(Basically he has bad eyesight, if he fixes that weakness then he's got flash-photosensetivity. Either way he has the weakness there.)

Innocence: Hɇtallos' power of illusions cannot affect someone who is not guilty or does not FEEL guilty about something. Guilty is defined having committed the crime that Hɇtallos has accused them of, Hɇtallos must have previous knowledge of the crime they have committed and the crime must be pertinent to a member of the Blessed Ones. Feeling Guilty is self explanatory.

Speedy stop: Hɇtallos speed is actually a point of issue. Unlike most other gifted Blessed ones, he is unable to fly in any way, shape or form. His superhuman speed is uncontrollable in the air and when he runs on water he is literally unable to stop. He is also prone to crashing into things despite his advanced reflexes.

Never greater, always equal: Hɇtallos is unable to be more skilled than an opponent. This is due to his biology reacting to stimuli enacted by an opponent. This makes it impossible for him to be ore skilled than any person or number of peoples. He will always be on level with a person, unless their skill is superior to his biological response to stimuli.

RP Mechanics

Painful Duality: (Rp Mechanic) - Hɇtallos, like his brother, is blessed with the ability to emulate and essentially "become human". While doing so he is stuck to peak human ability. The transformation into a "blessed form" is stimulated by intense rage, intense pain or the strong desire.

Bond: (Permission based Rp Mechanic) - Hɇtallos (as all cursed/blessed ones) is able to use his tail in order to dig into the nape of ones neck where he is able to interface with the other person's nervous system and "hack" into ones brain, using them and their collective knowledge as a google search engine. While doing this he is forced to feel everything that the person he is bonded to feels, and he is only able to bond to one person at a time. Bonding with someone also requires their permission.
