Powers

Enhanced Intellect: Data's mind is like a super computer, gathering information from whatever it influences into a massive database that continues to grow. He was a smart kid before, but now with his direct connection to the worlds information networks, he's practically a god.

Cyberkinesis: Jake has the power to control and tap into electronic devices and signals, from controlling cars to shutting lights off. His mind can directly influence electronic devices and signals anywhere in about a 300 meter radius and indirectly influence them outside his range if they are connected to a network such as the internet that he is also connected to. He utilizes his hacking abilities to their fullest while using this power, its like his mind is literary a living supercomputer. (Cannot be used on PC items without permission.)

Electronic Sense: Jake can sense electromagnetic signals such as wifi and anything that runs off of electricity, allowing him too easily pinpoint the location of signals and electronic devices within the range of 300 meters, this can cause a radar effect if wifi or something similar is in the area.

Cyber Teleport: Jake can unsolidify his data body to become nothing but a signal, allowing him to travel through or into electronic devices and signals to arrive at his destination almost instantly within the range of 200 meters.

Cyber Phase: Jake can digitize his body to become incorporeal, allowing him to pass through solid objects and making him invulnerable to most physical attacks temporarily.

One Foot in Cyber Space: Either by choosing to abandon his data body or if all of them are destroyed, Data will be pulled into cyberspace. Once there, his consciousness grows exponentially and travels at the speed of frequencies, allowing him direct and flawless control over all electronics in his normal range as well as those he infects through the internet or other wireless networks. This makes him nearly impossible to extinguish as he lives in not just one piece of data, but all that he infects. (Bought)

Data Physiology: Jake's body has become nothing but solidified data, allowing him to take damage with no effects except a faint digital glow that momentary appears where he was struck. It may appear as though he is taking no damage, but he actually is. His digital body loses 'HP' as it's hit, and once that reaches 0 the body will digitally fade away leaving only Data's mind in cyberspace. (Body durability is moderately superhuman, normally.) This also allows him to edit himself by using his technopathy to manipulate his body. This can do a variety of things such as increase physical stats or temporarily grant him new abilities. (Bought)

Data Creation: Jake can create things by literally writing their code, then pulling them into reality. These things have the same physiology as data himself and can range from a weapon to another body for himself. He has full control over these creations at all times. Things that are unique or overly compliacated have to be learned before creation through the use of Digitization. (Creation durability is moderately superhuman.) (Bought)

Digitization: With a touch Jake can digitize anything, allowing him to learn it's code and store/edit/copy/undigitize/delete it once it's in data form. This manifests as a green digital glow on his hands that spreads out onto anything he touches, assimilating it into data. (Permission Based for PCs) This can be used for defensive purposes, but a high quantity attack can easily overwhelm it. (editing has the same limits as self edits.) (Bought)

Weaknesses

Concentration: Digitization requires concentration. Not much a problem for small items, but larger ones can take awhile. If the concentration is broken the item will revert to normal and the process will need to be restarted.

Sonics: While phasing a high frequency sonic weapon more often then not will force him to become corporeal again.

Cannot Be Healed: Data's bodies cannot be healed in any way shape or form.

Corruption: Jake is limited to three edits on himself or anything else, anymore would corrupt his body or revert the edited object back to normal.

Creation Strain: For each creation currently made it takes Jake a little longer to do it again, thus limiting him in the number of things he can create.

Virus': Jake is not usually vulnerable to computer virus' when using his technopathic abilities, however when he is completely in cyberspace (See One Foot In Cyber Space) some specially made virus' could effect him to a great degree.

Just a signal: When in cyberspace Data cannot do anything physically, and creating a new body when in cyberspace takes at least until the next thread, meaning if you destroy all his bodies he is soundly defeated. (See one foot in cyberspace)

Electricity: Electrical attacks have a better time damaging Jake's bodies and creations.

EMP: EMPs don't do as much as you would expect them to against Data, but they do cause a moment of 'lag' and intense pain.

RP Mechanics

Kill Code: There exists a code hidden deep in Data's mind that a skilled user could weaponize. This could be used to instantly destroy Data's bodies and creations, or properly harnessed could be used to influence his actions. This code was created by Jake before he lost his personality just in case he got out of control. This kill code can be rendered ineffective at anytime as long as Jake is allowed to do so, but a new one will replace it.

Made of Data: Jake is made of data, and as such does not need human essentials such as air, food, water, and sleep. He also doesn't age.
