Description/Goal: mercenaries that take the jobs now one else wants(kinda like dc suicide squad but with punisher type vigilante heroes instead of villains), they don't fit the typical goody toe shoes mold of most heroes while their intentions are always good they are no saints and do what's necessary. Their goal is that if justice is blind they are the ones to deal with what it can't see. so often, there things that slip through the cracks, cops have their rules they have to play by, most heroes have their morals that stop them from doing what needs to be done. so for the crooked politicians that think they can hide behind  their lawyers. diplomates that think there immunity   apply to justice. criminals  that get off on flaws in how the courts judge them or refuse to learn their lesson get ready for some bad company.

requisites to join=you have to be mercenary  type character (punisher, Deadpool, Deathstroke)cause guys like superman would be out of place here.weapons users make more sense for black ops then guys that shoot lasers and fly.or if you don't want be a field agent you don't have to be merc, you can be a benefactor that supply the groups finances,a information provider,weapons gadget supplier roles like this help to
you can't be evil cause we're here to do good, but you don't have to be a saint either.so chaotic good is best but can be lawful of it's more of a personal code that may limit what contacts you take, but have to be willing to go outside the normal laws to an extent. also, if you like making things go boom that's a plus.
