Personality:
Hexller is nearly emotionless when he's not out there killing and only shows a blank expression at most times. He would kill anyone he is ordered to kill and anyone which he thinks deserves to die. Killing is also a mean of entertainment for him as he is pleased whenever he sees a bloody corpse he just dismembered laying down. He is also uncompromising and wouldn't take back anything he says or does. He's also a pretty straightforward person that would says anything that pops in his mind.

History:

OVERWORLD, BEFORE HELL

Alexander was born at the year 1925 on an underground hideout of his two parents, both of which are wanted serial killers that time. He was raised in the hideout for 14 years. Without his knowledge, his parents were secretly devoted to a cult. His parents were supposed to offer him as a sacrifice to the devil when he turns 14. After his discovery of his parent's occult books and their plan of sacrificing him to their "god", Alexander murdered his parents by surprise with the use of guns stored in the hideout to avoid the planned sacrifice. Feeling satisfaction from his first murder, he wanted more. Curiosity led him into reading his parents occult books. It was filled with incantations, rituals, and information about the netherworld, more commonly known as hell. This granted him knowledge of the devil's power in which his parents praised to grant anything wish, for the price of his own soul. Through this, Alexander wished to be the perfect killer, this he achieved. He became a serial killer at the age of 15, his first kill as a serial killer was a family of 7. Alexander continued using his parent's hideout, weaponry, and their occult practices, he himself became devoted to the cult, praying daily to his "god" for the avoidance of being caught and rituals for success before going out to kill. It all went smoothly, he continued his killings until the age of 19 and became the perfect killer, until that one day. A day after another one of his successful killings, Alexander vanished, leaving no trace behind, he vanished from existence.

HELL

Being a murderer doesn't pay off at all, not to mention his practice of worshiping the devil, he had a bad afterlife. A few of his memories back to when he was living was erased, something that happens to dead people. He forgot his name as a human as well as his life before while retaining his knowledge and the memory of selling his soul to the devil. Alexander became a demon taking on the name of Alastor. Of course, he was not exempted by the punishments and tortures. At Hell, he met the devil on which he sold his soul. The devil explained to him his case, as it appears, any demon can accept to grant a human's wish, it was just a matter of who gets the call first. After a few years in hell, he finally got someone to call him, and his call has became his chance to escape hell. By tricking the person whom wished from him to summon him into the overworld, he managed to get out from hell and killed the person who had summoned him, which was a magician. After the "lord" of hell knew of what he did, instead of giving him a punishment, he was given the privilege of spreading havoc on earth.

OVERWORLD, AFTER HELL

As it turns out, being a murderer does pay off after all. Alastor has been given his appearance back when he was the human Alexander but with a new hair and eye color making him half human, half devil. He was given new powers that would allow him to do his job as well as that he gained his abilities on being an assassin back, only not too perfect this time around. Alexander / Alastor took a third name and started calling him Hexller. He regained a few of his memories back, this includes his experience on killing people. Unexpectedly, Hexller disobeyed hell's orders and started moving on his own will. He went on and used his new found powers to kill those who are worthy of killing with the hopes that one day, his identity as a devil would be rebuked and gain God's trust to make him an angel. Only thing is, he still accepts killing requests as long as it involves money, hindering him from his goal to become holy.

The Powers

Power 1: Weapon Materialization (Ability 8):
Hexller is capable of materializing any weapons out of thin air. These weapons are limited only by Hexller's imagination. These weapons also range from ordinary knives and rifles to powerful hellfire blasters and large blades. He is also capable of customizing the weapon's weight, this makes it so that even if the weapon looks large, it is as light as a feather. Any weapon Hexller would materialize grants him knowledge at handling it.
Hexller is capable of removing/ make these weapons disappear at will. Any weapon that truly exists on earth is capable of staying in an indefinite amount of time although weapons on which is currently non existent would disappear in time. These weapons, however, are not unbreakable and is breakable like their normal counterpart, this applies to existing weapons on earth. However, breaking a non existing weapon requires an even stronger force to be broken.
To be able to create these weapons, Hexller must spend 10 to 30 seconds of concentration in the creation process. The time needed depends on the weapon, If it's an ordinary sword, a mere 2 to 5 is enough, complicated guns can reach 5 to 20 seconds, and those weapons which are non existent to earth may take 20 to 30 seconds. Even more complicated weapons may require more than just 30 seconds. Also, he can only summon 2 weapons at a time.

Power 2: Superhuman Durability (Durability 7):
Hexller is capable of withstanding bullets and blades as well as extensive amount of force. His stamina is also remarkably high.

Power 3: Hand to Hand Combat Specialist (Fighting Style 4):
Hexller is an expert at hand to hand combat and prefers free style fighting than using existing techniques. He mostly uses his instincts on combat and has a slight hint of unpredictability when fighting.

Power 4: Demon Tongue (Occult 3):
Hexller is capable of speaking with demons or any being from hell and understand them as well.
