The Legacy

Personality:
Key personality traits: Anxious, Paranoid, Alert
Gemini is a very high strung individual with more than a few screws loose. He’s about as neurotic as they come. Very few people can calm his nerves. He’s always nervous about one thing or another and has a hard time relaxing. A worrier by nature, he can’t stop thinking that something bad is going to happen.
He has a long list of fears and delusions. He can’t help but be paranoid about what most people would call silly things. Can everybody read his thoughts? Is the next door neighbor’s cat spying on him? Will he die of food poisoning if he drinks milk that expired yesterday? These are just a few paranoid thoughts that pass through his head each day. The schizophrenic visions he gets on a constant basis don’t help with these paranoid delusions either.
Even though he hardly sleeps and makes a point of not drinking caffeine he is always wide awake and alert. Only when he is using his power is he unaware of what’s going on around him. His body enters a dazed state while he controls the images in his victims brain.

History:
Gemini never wanted to be a hero. He just wanted to stay safe in his home, taking his medication like a good schizophrenic. That’s what he had done for most of his life. Even when he learned he had this strange ability that could surely help in the fight against evil, he never wanted to do anything with it.
It wasn’t until his good friend, Tristan, found about his strange ability that all this heroing stuff came about. Tristan was fond of comic books and was over joyed when he witnessed Gemini using his super power on someone that was in the process of mugging them. He kept urging Gemini to become a hero ever since that day. Finally Gemini broke and, soon enough, found himself wearing a mask and gallivanting around the city, saving people from petty criminals and generally going way out of his comfort zone. And that was pretty much everything about his history. He had no tragic deaths in his family. Heck, even Tristan is still alive and telling him what to do based on the comics he keeps reading. Gemini still won’t follow his advice on getting a costume yet though, opting for a simple, face covering gas mask and a hoodie.

The Powers

Power 1: Hallucination- Can cause hallucinations via eye contact and control said hallucinations. (8 ABI) (5 duration/cool down)

Power 2: Fast runner- Cannot reach super human levels of speed, but is a pretty damn good runner (at least by human standards.) He also has great endurance and can run for quite a while before getting winded.
