Personality:
Th'saak is driven by their desire to settle and create a brood, stopping at nothing to prepare for and achieve this, they are cunning and not above conspiring or dealing with others for the sake of their goal. Though lives beside their own do not matter to Th'saak they understand that too much unnecessary bloodshed would be detrimental to their goal, drawing unneeded attention for little gain.
History:
Th'saak's species is a doctored one, created by a race who had reached the climax of scientific knowledge, stagnating their society's advancement. Realizing that as they were there was no way to further themselves they modified their species, giving them the tools to adapt and thrive in almost any environment, they seeded these modified queens throughout the universe, launching them to all manner of worlds.

In time, surviving queens would give rise to another another civilization, growing into a world with different challenges and different ways to overcome them. On death, the queens would birth creatures that would return to the stars, carrying the genetic information gathered over the millennium and leading the seeded peoples back to their home world, bringing their history and culture to merge with the originals, widening their knowledge and ways of thinking beyond what one single culture could ever hope to achieve.

As time wore on and seeding cycles continued, direction was applied to their placement and queens were being seeded on worlds deemed to be of interest. Earth, with both an already existing sapient species and the unique "meta gene", was decided to be of great interest as a world to cultivate and a larval Th'saak was seeded upon in.

The Powers

Hive Telepathy: Able to commune with and/or command their brood when matured this ability is also used to speak with others in place of any sort of human vocal cords

Chitinous alloy exoskeleton: (8 Dur) External armor created from an alloy of the equivalent of chitin as well as earth metals

Metamorphosis: Once the requirements are met, Th'saak is capable of cocooning and morphing into a much larger, stationary being, the sole provider of offspring for most of the hive's castes (Transformation is permanent and will render the character an npc)

Egg birthing (rp mechanic, unusable on pcs): Eggs can be lain inside living creatures, the children become the guard caste for the hive andcan be consumed to add specific traits into all future offspring. (After metamorphosis ability is expanded to encompass production of all hive castes, these do not require host bodies an are hatched directly)
