The Legacy

Personality: Harsh, brutal, arrogant, relentless, and generally warlike. Cylon is cunning and manipulative, happy to pull the strings of others for his own gain. Although he is tactical he will rush into battle with very few plans just for the glory of it at any given moment. He has no problem killing and in fact rather enjoys it. He thinks the world should be his and wants nothing more then to rule it. He will join in on fights just for the fun of it and fight both sides.

History: Cylon was a soldier in the Arcadian army 3000 years ago. He was there best soldier and won many battles for the city state. The others spoke of his greatness on the field of battle, the army would eventually name him king then he marched on Arcadia and took it by force. He then began to attack other city states, expanding his kingdom in all directions. The people loved and honored there new king for bringing riches to them. One night he consulted his oracle and asked if there was anything on earth that would make him immortal, she spoke of a lost stone of great magical power somewhere north of the city. With that he left the chamber and began looking for this stone on his own, tracking down story tellers and mages to find out where he could find it. He was told that the stone would indeed make him not age, but at the cost of the thing he most greatly coveted. This was of course his empire, his people, but if that's what it took it was a necessary sacrifice. He was also told the stone lay in a treacherous volcano a few hundred miles away that would be suicide to venture into. But cylon was determined, so he made the journey and arrived at the volcano. It was more of a fortress really, with tunnels and traps along the way. The path to the stone was deadly yet he still made it. He removed it from its holding place then the fortress began to come down on top of him. Running as fast as he could he somehow made it out alive with the stone. He held it up in the sky and attempted to command it, however it did nothing. Thinking it worthless he began to crush it in his hands in a rage. When it was dust a charge of golden energy surged through his body, causing him to drop to his knees in pain. Once the seizure of pain was over he stood up, feeling the power the stone had granted him. The stone had also given him vast knowledge of magic and the beyond. When he returned to his city he found that it had been invaded when he was away and it was reduced to rubble. Knowing this to be the result of what he had done he went in to hiding with much regret. He would later emerge in certain points in time to do what he loved to most, fight. He recently decided to come out of hiding for good and lay claim to the world, but this time less with the sword and more with the pen.

The Powers

Teleportation: (1 ABL) Cylon can teleport anywhere he has been or in sight and within 100 meters, this can also be used to move from topic to topic aka moving to the location the plot is taking place. (cannot be used to attack pcs. 2 post cooldown.)

Item Summon: (1 ABL) Cylon can summon any of his items to his person with a thought, and also teleport them back to the pocket dimension where they are kept (each item has its own cooldown of 3 posts for the summon but not the return)

Expert Combatant: (7 FS) Cylon is a master combatant with thousands of years of experience with almost every kind weapon as well as unarmed combat

Arcane Knowledge: (8 OCC) Cylon has deep knowledge of magic and arcane arts

Physical Empowerment: (7 DUR.) His physical attributes were increased exponentially when his powers were given to him by the stone.

Semi-Immortality: (rp mechanic) Cylon does not age and could effectively live forever.

"Immortality" will be used as a plot device.

There is no such thing as "true" immortality on SHRP.

everything else seems all right.

However, I dunno how I feel about the low post cool down between summoning weapons to your person.

Please change your history to not use the same names as greek Mythology, or state that they are Greek Gods.

We want original characters here, not Percy Jackson fan characters.

I'm going to need you to change the 200 meter range of your teleportation down to about 100 meters. Two football field lengths is too much for only 1 ABI point of teleportation, especially if you're going to use it in RP. Also, the RP mechanic of being able to Teleport wherever is... all right. If it is used/abused in a thread I'll be disappointed.

Once that is fixed, you're good to go.
