Personality:
Stein can be discribed as a mad scientist. He always aims to be on top of the world in the worst ways. He always has a trick up his sleeves and knows when to use it. There at also times when is mentality was come into question. However, he knows when to give up or strike a deal to help himself.
History:
Stein was born to German immigrants in Virginia. All his life he studied many fields in science to make it to the top of the world. After years of working for the government, he was thrown out. Stein wanted to bring in metas to study them to benefit the world, but they saw it as inhuman. He then tried to steal data and equipment. After this and braking out of prison during a riot, he would get to work on taking revenge againest the government. He tried to rob a few banks and robotics from Brooklyn in a robot suit, but with the combin power of the police and QuickKid he was taken down.
After this he had a new goal, to kill QuickKid and he knew how. He hired a few men to steal the blood sample from the police belonging to QuickKid. He used it to clone him into Jason Ryes. It was considered a failure as it tried to kill him and ran off. However he had a back up plan.

The Legacy
Personality:
The T-50 doesn't have much of a personality as it doesn't have free will. It only lives to follow orders from anyone who controls him. But it does show to be a bit agreesive towards people a lot. It also shows to be very Violent in battle.
History:
The T-50 was made as Professor Stein's back up plan to kill QuickKid. This was due to the clone of QuickKid going rouge. The professor decided that biulding a QuickKid would be a better idea instead of cloning one as he was able to control it. Stein made him out of one of the hardest metals on the earth so it can stand up to other metas and had not only the speed, but strength as well. So far it hasn't been turned on after testing.
The Powers
Power 1: Superspeed
Cyborg Quick has the power of superspeed. He can run for 4 hours without rest. His speed allows him too run on water and on builds. He can dodge liner attacks by using his speed to side step, but attacks that don't attack in a line he can't dodge very easy. He can use his speed to fight much faster and throw rapid punches. He can punch through light metals with his strength and speed. Change in gravity can effect him.
Power 2: Metal Skeleton
The T-50's Skeleton was made to stand up to other meta's. This means it has superstrength and durability so that QuickKid would have a hell of a time killing it.
Power 3: Enchanted Vision
The T-50's vision was made to be able to use heat vision, night vision, and infrared vision. His heat vision can reach 2,000 degrees.

After years of this the two wouldn't notice that Alexis sneaked in to see them. But she would accedently be ex posted to cold rays that activated a inactivated metagene in her. Surviving this, Alexis would find out that she can control ice and cold energy. Using this ability she killed her parents and destroyed the lab they worked in.

Alexis is able manipulate extremely cold energy which is able to freeze anything it comes into contact with. She uses this through her hands via skin contact with others
and is able to reach the 30 degrees and below.

Alexis is immune to extreme colds due to her abilities over ice, making them immune to hypothermia and freezing.

Jennifer was born as a orphan in Stamford, Connecticut. She liked to spend time alone and away from other people to do her own things. This would also involve playing. With fire and burning things. Because of this she was labeled as a pyromaniach and sent away to get some help. After a few years and no progress in getting better from this addiction people gave up on her, but she kept telling them that nothing was wrong even when there was. But then after her metagene activated, she gained the power to bend fire to her will without taking it from any other source. She would use this ability to go into a life of crime.

Marc was a normal high school student in conneticut for a while. When his meta gene activate, he found that he can clone himself from his own cells. After the police heard about this they would take him to a lab to see if they can take his cells for medical use. Knowin he was just being used, Marx would brake out of te lab with his new strength and run away.

It was then she got the idea for a new life style.
