Name: Nanotech Weapon System
Abilities: The main centerpiece of Quick Draw's arsenal. A collection of nano bots tuned to his brain waves, these happy little robots are capable of combining, and refining their shape into various weapons. However, because of the limited amount of memory within the robots, they only know two forms. One, being two desert eagle .50 caliber pistols, and the other being a L115A3 AWM sniper rifle. The robots have a limited power supply, and must recharge before changing shape again (Three post cool down between transformations.)
Description: While on a routine bounty, Roy discovered a secret room hidden inside the bounties room. Inside were these nanobots, incomplete and still needing work. Taking them with him, he lovingly programmed and finished the little critters, shaping them to his exacting specifications.

Name: Nanobot Blade
Abilities: A seemingly simplistic sword, it's blade is actually composed of thousands upon thousands of tiny nanobots. These nanobots serve two purposes: One, they can form together at the moment of impact, making the blade seem unbreakable. Two, they can expand and contract, making the blade shorter and longer. The blade can become as small as eight inches, or as long as six feet. Because of the quick nature of this transformation, the nanobots must wait to recharge before changing size again (One post cool down between size changing.)
Description: With the left over nanobots from his weapons system, Roy decided to make himself a close quarters combat weapon, the result of which being his sword.
INT Allocation: 8

They seem fair enough. The cool downs are fine. Et cetera. So long as you're not changing sizes, or swapping hand guns for sniper rifles, it's all good.
