Bargain brand portal to hell.

It was mid day as Entei sat in the dim, near silent lobby of the host club where he worked. The very nature of the club made it so most of their clientele showed up much, much later, only a few of the incredibly wealthy, and therefore not required to work, mingled about. Honestly, the young demon had no idea why he had been called in. With his tail, pointy ears, and near fangs,  he wasn't exactly what these women were looking for. Add on to the fact that they were trying to play up the young rebel persona, with his vintage metal band T-shirt and torn and frayed jeans, her certainly wasn't going to be drawing in many of these women. With a small sigh, he casually fiddled with the rather strange device the robot suited man had given him nearly a week ago. It was at that time, the two had fought with a rather powerful meta human who had called himself Raikou, an irony that was not lost on the young host whose own moniker was Entei, another rather famous legendary dog. The man boasted a mastery over his power the likes of which Entei had yet to encounter, and it left a sour taste in his mouth. Although he had only possessed his Demonic powers for a little over two months at this point, he still thought had flawless control over them. That belief was firmly shaken when he saw what the lightning terrorist was capable of, especially when he boasted he wasn't even using all of his power. With a bored expression on his face, Entei raised the device closer to his eyes, focusing them on it.

"Activate this, and you'll be here in the blink of an eye, eh...?" He muttered to himself as he inspected the device. Another cautionary look around the club proved that it was still dead, and he had nothing better to do, so with a flick of his thumb, he pushed the transmitter, and waited.

Jeisen was in his shop in the outskirts of london, working on a few of his tools. Sparks were flying as he leaned over his suit, welder in hand. He was in the process of rewiring the power sources so they could better handle electrical surges like the ones from Raikou. Those blasts were far to strong for the suit to take on its own. Even when Jeisen phased through the blasts, it damn near fried half of the circuits. If Nolan hadn't diffused the extra energy, the suit may not have lasted much longer. A small beeping filled the air though...

With a small click, Jeisen cut off the flames to the welder and lifted up his welding mask.

"Nolan, throw it up on screen"

"Is that how you ask me to do things now? How rude..."

Jeisen sighed at the back talk, but Nolan was already throwing up the image. A holographic display popped up on screen, showing the tracker he had given Entei. It was at some club from the looks of it. This early? He must be doing a bust of some sort and bite off more then he could chew. Jeisen quickly rewired the last componet on the suit before turning it on.

Fast as lightning, the suit attached its self to him, molding to his  shape once more. Jeisen swore it changed slightly everytime he put it on, adapting. Rolling his shoulders and touching his fingers to his palms, he made sure motion was still ago. Felt a little tight, but it would do.

Unsapping his guns, Jeisen gathered his energy and "jumped" to the trackers seal. With a flash of lighting, Jeisen teleported inside the club in a crouched position. He stood up, guns drawn and ready to fire as he tried to locate targets....

"WHOS READY TO.... oh wow."

Jeisen looked around and down at entei who didn't look like he was actively dying.

"you brought me to a titty bar... I'm leaving."

Grand entrance wasted, Jeisen snapped his guns back into their wrist bracers and started to heads towards the exit.

"Seems to be a dud..." Michael said as he waited after pushing the device, finally raising the device to his ear and giving it a small shake, listening for some form of rattling. There was none. With another bored sigh, Entei rose himself from his seated position, and started to move towards the bar, when he heard a large crackling, followed by a bright, blinding light. There in front of him, guns drawn, was the robotic man he had met during that brawl. The club around them was filled with anxious gasp, and shouts of terror, and the music took a sudden stop as the D.j. fell backwards, knocking over the equipment. At the sight of guns, waiters quickly dropped their serving trays, diving behind cover, sending glasses crashing to the floor.

"WHOSE READY TO.... oh wow." The man behind the suit had screamed out, Michael guessed he had been expecting a combat situation, not that he could blame him. Looking to Entei, the man paused for a moment. "You brought me to a titty bar... I'm leaving."


"It's not a titty bar...it's a host club." Entei said, sticking his hands in his pockets calmly as the suit of armor began to head towards the exit. "I work here, and I was bored. So, naturally, I tested out that beacon you gave me. You have an interesting ability there, that flashy teleporting thing. But while you're here, I do have something I need built."

Unbeknownst to both Entei, and Jeisen, one of the waiters had headed to the back, to warn the mistress of the club of the meta attack. Uh oh.

Jeisen began to rub his face, despite the mask. He was brought here to build something? Now thats just not cool man... Should he shoot entei now then stab him a bit? Or stab him now then shoot him? Jeisen was have trouble making up his mind as he kept track of all the people around him. That entrance he just made was far to flashy by any standard. Now a bunch of civilians were running around scared in a crowded building. Not a good idea. With a small grunt, Jeisen turned to Entei, raising one hand threateningly

"You want me to do what now?? I was in the middle of some very important work ya know? Seriously, do you think its easy just to wipe something up??"

Jeisen begins to mimick something like an overdemanding boss

"Say, Jeisen... why don't you just wipe up a thingymabob that can just blow up the doors to the vault alrigthy?"

Jeisen goes back to piointing threateningly at Entei.

"And you know what? I did. I made steve a device that could blow up those vault doors. And you know what happened?? He blew himself up when he tripped down the stairs carrying the blasted thing. Fuck you steve... fuck you..."

With that Jeisen plops down in the booth with entei, spreading his arms out and kicking one foot up. He was done ranting for now

"Soooo... what do you need built?"

And with that, Nolan popped out from underneath Jeisen's cloak. He was in his new ghost shell body and was having fun just floating around.

Nolan: "Just so you know, Jeisen is a sucker for building things. Almost never turns down a project despite how ridiculous they can get. You should have him tell you about the time he built a machine for those three ladies.... and he still didn't get anything if you know what I mean. Though with that machine... well... I understand why"

Jeisen smacked his overly talkative helper so that it bounced off the table. It turned around a made angry beeping noises at Jeisen who waved it off like a fly

Entei stared blankly at the threat, raising an eyebrow in slight interest. Very few humans threatened him, especially once the new he was a demon. With a small chuckle, Entei listened to the remained of the speech, and even took note of the new information Jeisen's...item had given him. As Jeisen continued to point threateningly, Entei just continued to watch with bemused joy at the rather strange boy in front of him.  When he finally finished, and sat down next to Entei, the young demon gave him a sarcastic, slow clap.

"Nice speech, but, you do know you threatened a demon, right? I'm immortal, you can't kill me." Entei lied flatly. He knew he was still one hundred percent mortal, the only benefit he didn't get form his demon blood being eternal life. Though, he did surmise from other historical mentions of half demons and demi-gods, he would probably age much, much slower than the average human once his growth was finalized. Reaching over for the glass of water he had on the table in front of him, he took a small sip before continuing. "Plus, do you really wanna upset someone who was banished by god himself for causing problems?"

Michael sat there for a moment, letting Jeisen absorb the subtle reference he had made to his lineage, hoping that would keep the rather obnoxious boy from making more threats towards him. Calmly, he stood, ushering for Jeisen to follow him towards the backroom. It was much quieter in there, and far away from nosy people curious at why the young host was unusually calm around a man who had just teleported into the establishment brandishing two guns. As the reached the room, Michael was just glad that they were in a host club, and not a strip club, and the room was made for entertaining, not other activities of a more...lewd nature. It was a medium sized, cozy room. Which cream walls, and lush red carpet. On the far side, a viewing area was set up, with a flat screen T.V. and a large lounge couch. On the left of where they came in, a small kitchen area, complete with oven, fridge, sink, and coffee maker. Other appliances were stored in the various cabinets around the area, in case a host wanted to cook for the client. Entei sat at the smallish table in the center of it all, one that was clearly meant for talking between a 'couple', though, it would suffice for this.

"Coffee? Soda?" Entei asked, gesturing to the kitchen area. "Don't get any weird ideas though, there is no way you could afford my services."

"I've never killed a god, but its defiantly on my to do list."

Nolan: "No its not, you only have watch gone with the wind on your to do list.... again"

Jeisen: "Well then add it why don't you. And you like that movie just as much as me. I catch you humming the theme song to it. The one that goes Nanananananana"

Nolan: "Thats the batman theme song"

Jeisen:" You still like the movie"

Jeisen and Nolan's converstation was actually quite rapid. It was much much faster then normal people talked simply becuase that could both understand that rate. One of the main reason's nolan was kept floating around was that Jeisen had someone to talk to that he didn't have to slow down for.

They both followed entei into the next room. As Jeisen stepped into the room, he identified the nearest exits, best ambush spots, weakest walls and hidden dangers as fast as possible while nolan... Nolan scanned the room

Nolan: "Whoa... for a prostitute, you keep this room pretty clean. There's almost none anywhere!"

Jeisen faceplamed hard. Goddamnit Nolan... least Jeisen knew he wasn't sitting in anything. He sat by the table and kicked his feet up once more, facing the nearest entrance. Old habits die hard.

"Thanks, but I don't drink very much. I'll be fine."

Jeisen leaned forward now though

"So tell me though... What do you need me to make? You said something about my ability to teleport? What the hell do you want with that?"

Jeisen was supremely curious now. No one had thought to try and take advantage of his teleporting ability, specially with how.... erratic it could be.

Entei's eye twitched slightly at the prostitute comment the small robot had made, but he kept his anger mostly contained. He was really marveled at how fast the other boy could talk. Hell, Michael was even sure he could girls a run for their money. Sighing, he snapped his fingers, causing a long column of fire to appear in front of him, before quickly dissipating into the full formed Kurikara blade. Setting the blade on the table, he began to speak. Slowly, and enunciating his words, trying his best not to show his annoyance at the duo.

"As I told you before, my father is a demon. And I, as such, inherited supernatural powers from his blood that unlocked recently. Most people who see my powers, think that I'm simply creating the fire out of thin air, but that's not completely true." With a smile, Entei snaps his finger again, lightning the range on the stove briefly, before quickly extinguishing it. "You see, most uh...pyro..something or another, people who can make fire, they create a small amount of fire near themselves, and then send it forward in larger burst, or move it so quickly it looks like they ignited something, when, really, the source of the fire is themselves. My powers work different than that. My body is simply a conduit between my father's realm, and the human realm. That's why I can walk freely through this realm without needing to find a host body like most demons, my body is, in a sense, a portal. The flames enter the world through my body, and because of that, they are essentially me. The borrow my essence to allow them to stay in this realm, and not instantly burn uncontrollably."

Taking a short break, Entei crosses his hands behind his head, leaning back in his chair, and allowing Jason a small reprieve to take the information in. "What I want, is for you to build a device to reverse my power, allow me to teleport to the other realm, rather than bringing the fire forward into ours. I didn't know about your teleportation power, but now that I do, I'm certain you're the right man for the job."

Jeisen: "you want me to do what now?"

Jeisen blinked underneath his helm. Build a portal to another realm? Jeisen had heard of such thing, even had a few ideas rumbling around in his head about it, but it was mostly conjecture and theory.

Nolan: "he wants you to teleport him to another deminsion, are you going deaf sir?"

Jeisen just have an exasperated look at the small little ghost. Now was not the time for back talk. He had too much thinking to do to even come up with a good reply. He sat there rubbin his hands together, his mind splintering off into too many directions at once. He best explain a few things first.

"What you are asking is possible... Theoretically. It's just not something I have ever done. In a way though, you already have. You got here, now we just need to figure out on how to send the same energy that brought you here, in reverse. From what you are telling me, about your father and your body, it sounds like you aren't completly here. "

Nolan: "what he means by that is that you are existing in two places at once probably."

Jeisen: "or that you have left an imprint of where you were. Traveling inbetween deminsions is a tricky business and bound to leave a trail to follow. So... It will kinda be like how I teleport. I leave these marks where I want to go and my own energy calls me back to that spot. In your case... We will use your fire like you said. It will pull you instead of you pulling it."

Jeisen leaned back, hands behind his head as his mind raced once more.

Nolan: "there is a risk though. When Jeisen teleports, everything is converted into raw energy then transported. You may not like the process... Since it will feel as if your atoms are being ripped from you. Also te other risk is that we might miss. Unlike the marks we use, your fire isn't made for this like the marks. I would tell you the odds but I wouldn't want to depress you"

Nolan beeps quietly as Jeisen thinks. A silence hung in the air as they both waited for enteis response

"Hold on there techy, before we start building this device, perhaps I should give you the second half of my origin story. I didn't lie when I said my father was a demon, but I never said my mother was one." As he spoke, Michael rose from the table, crossing the room and heading over to the small fridge that was in the kitchen area. From inside he removed a can of soda, before cracking it open, and taking a small drink. "You see," he continued, "I wasn't born in hell, I was born in Burbank California, to a very human mother. Though she died giving birth to me, but that's neither here nor there." Another pause, another sip. "So, your theory about me 'returning' to my father's dimension is incorrect. I've never been there before, never even met my dear old pops."

With a kind of sick smile, Entei crosses back to the table, returning to his seat, and propping his legs up on the table. "But, you do know what they say about assuming." Setting the can on the table, Entei gives Jeisen a moment to absorb this new information, possibly come up with a new plan. "Regardless, I don't think my body can be in a place I've never been. Any other ideas swimming around in that oversized cranium of yours?"

"Well then..."

Jeisen rubbed the bak of his head as abosorbed the new information. Nolan, ever helpful, decided to pitch in again

Nolan: "we could always kill you and really aee if there is any sort of afterlife waiting for you. Probably the most striaght forward way"

Jeisen: "Nolan shush. Well good news is that your dad got here once so we should be able to send you back there as well. Just need to sorta figure out how he did it and then reverse the process or find his process for leaving this realm."

Jeisen began to run his chin despite the armored suit as he thought of the countless possibilties before him. His mind was like a river, ever flowing and carving new paths as it went. It took the easiest routes around the hardes objects as it constantly pressed forward for the best ideas and plans. After a few minutes he spoke up

"Well... We could create a wormhole of some sort. It would be based off of my own energy transfers like when I teleport. We would be literally ripping a new hole in the fabric of this universe and that one then toeing them together so your energy could move along to the other side."

"The only problem with that is tearing in the right places on both ends and then creating a bridge for you to transfer stably. It would be difficult"

Nolan floated over to Entei and sorta leaned next to him

Nolan: "when Jeisen says something is... 'Difficult' he means it might not be even theoretically possible difficult. Last time I heard he talk about something being difficult, there was the Hungarian incident. You should ask him about that one day"

Jeisen seemed to ignore all of the comments from Nolan as he was deep in thought. It looked like he was barely even registering that Entei and Nolan were even there. He was talking more out loud then to anyone else.

Jeisen: " It would probably be the best bet as it would have the lowest risk of missing. Does that offset the higher risk of misplaced body parts? Does everyone really need all of their fingers and toes? Hmmm"

Michael blinked absentmindedly, only about ten percent of what Jason was saying was actually registering in his brain, the rest seemed to float in one ear, and directly out the other. Nodding as if he actually understood what was going on, he took another sip from his soda. For a moment, Michael's ears visibly twitched as he heard the sound of wood slamming against wood from the far end of the club. It was quiet enough that Jason wouldn't hear it, but Michael with his enhanced hearing did. The wheels in his head slowly turned at the strange noise, curious as to what it would be. Did a fight break out? Was the bartender trying a new way of mixing drinks?

'What could that sound be?' He wondered to himself. 'It kinda sounded like...oh no...'

"Oh Michael kuuuuuuuuuuuuun" The smooth, british accented voice of Miss Cecil, A.K.A The Black Widow, A.K.A Michael's boss rang out as she stepped into the back room. The fear on the young demon's face was palpable, though not understandable to someone who didn't know the true terror this woman was capable of instilling. She was a meta, and in her mid twenties was a rather famous hero around the poorer parts of London. Her body was capable of emitting a toxin through skin contact that was rumored to be able to even kill gods, and she was a master of more martial arts than Entei dared try to count.

"M-M-M-Miss Cecil..." Entei stuttered out, standing and facing the woman. "Is uh...is something wrong?"

"Oh no sweetie, nothing at all." The woman smiled, a surprisingly creepy smile, given the woman's attractive looks and friendly demeanor "I'm just curious as to why you're little friend here came into my club in an explosion of light, brandishing guns, when we have a perfectly working front door." Slowly, almost like a predator stalking it's prey, the woman walked up to Jeisen, leaning against the table to get in his face, mask, thing. "And he hides his face like a common criminal, what is a poor girl like me suppose to think about this situation?"

Nolan inside the suit: "sir, it appears a woman is approaching the room on the cameras. Looks like someone went to grab her, do be careful."

Jeisen cut off his thinking of the portal for just a moment when he heard a loud woman come crashing through the door. Fast as lightning Jeisen was up and with his back against the walls. One gun was up, a table was in the way inbetween him and the woman and he had his hand on the back wall. Nolan continue to talk in his ear

Nolan:"Scans show a potent poison mix on her skin and in her genes. Locking down your suits ports and switching to life support mode. Tighter then tight, nothings getting in through the suit."

Jeisen would have given his thanks, but he damn near always went quite when a fight was about to begin. His mind raced faster then a speeding bullet as he broke down the threat before him. Hell he didn't even know if she was a proper threat but she sure as hell carried her self like it. Between that stance she walked in and the poison on her skin, Jeisen wasn't about to take any chances with her. Nolan moved farther back and near the door incase he needed to bolt. Jeisen already had a mark on nolan in case he needed to get to him, but sometimes it came in handy as a quick escape jump to point as well. And with his hand against the back wall, he could better feel vibration through it so he could feel foot steps. He faced her from as far away as possible now.

"A poor girl may think whatever she wishes, but this one assures you... He is anything but common."

Through a filtered voice and with a odd cadence, Jeisen cocked the gun just once. It may have been a weird combination, but in combat, Jeisen's senses tended to explode and talking kinda went on the sidelines. He couldn't help it, it was just how he processed information. And now that he was in a good defensive position, he would have a a better time on getting the hell out of here if he needed too.

"This one intended no harm, for a friend called no? Friend requested help, this one assumed one was in danger"

"Just a friend eh?" The woman said, raising an eyebrow. "Well, I'll leave you two be for now, Entei doesn't have much to do at this time of day as it is. But know thiiiiiis..." She almost sang out the last word, holding up one finger towards the suited boy. "If you come into my club again with guns drawn, not even that fancy little suit will save you." Her voice had a sickening sweetness to it as she spoke, which made shivers run down Entei's spine. And like a ghost, she was gone before the fire demon had realized where she went. Letting out a sigh of relief, Entei turned towards Jeisen, shrugging his shoulders awkwardly, before thumbing towards the door where the creepy woman had entered.

"Yea, that's my boss. That's the bundle of joy I deal with every day. You wouldn't know it, but about ninety-five percent of the host who work here are either meta humans, or aliens in hiding. She is the sole reason why no one has busted down these doors to hunt them. You remember that lightning meta we fought earlier? She's fought him before, and she beat him within three minutes. She's not really someone to mess with." Clapping his hands together, Entei rubbed them for a moment, before speaking again. "So, shall we resume what we were talking about? You said you might have another idea? Because I have one as well. If you can scan my flames a I release them, and find out what dimension they're coming from, would that not make it easier?"

"No, no... I'm good."

Jeisen slowly lowered the gun before it snapped back into his wrist slots. The woman was for sure something else. Even Nolan beeped quietly when she left through the door. With the disruption gone, Jeisen brought his mind back on to what he was here for.

"Pretty much have your genome, biology, and meta powers already scanned from our last fight when you almost hit me with your fire. By the way, I could handle Raikou just fine if you didn't try and hit me with a sword slash of fire. Seriously, watch were you swing the bloody thing."

Jeisen sat down though, head resting on his hands as his mind began to wander to what he would need. He mentally went through the lists from all the storehouses he had around the world. Some of it would be impossible for him to get to as of right now, while a few others would just simply be useless. No what he needed was the Catalyser he stole from that swedish group.It was capable of storing vasts amounts of energy from almost anyform. He would have to hold Entei's fire as he used it as both the source of power and locator. Luckly it was a simple design, using only pretty basic material.

"Nolan, start making the catalyser while I begin to write up the schematics for the actual gate. Entei please exit the room as I don't need any distractions nor do you for the matter. Also this room is about to get a make over."

Jeisen stood up slowly cracking his neck as he motioned Entei to leave. Not the nicest of things for a guest to do, but he need the space. With a loud zap, Nolan began to tear into the rooms electronics as he disassembled them into a vast amount of pieces and wires. Everything seemed to float around the tiny little ball that hummed away as it worked. Without really checking to see if Entei had left or not, Jeisen threw up a schemtic from his holographic display. It was a thought display that Jeisen could project his minds images on. Sometimes having something concrete like this before him helped him organize it and spot potential links. The images on the screen changed faster then any mortal eye could hope to follow and comprehend. Nolan simply hummed a tune as bits and pieces of technology swirled around the both of them like a futuristic tornado. They both just stood there as thoughts crossed through their brains in a sort of meditative state. More and more of the rooms devices joined the tornado until suddenly, Jeisen spoke out quietly.

"I see it."

And just like that bits and pieces began to fly together as they began to form an archway. It was an archway that went nearly to the ceiling., but when you looked at it from the side it was only about a foot long. It looked like a collapsible tunnel of sorts, the middle being full except for the exact center. The tiny hole was only about the size of an Baseball. It looked like raw metal joined together by pure force infusions that simply melted the beams and components together. Floating in the middle of it was this tiny little metal cube that floated in the hole. Cube was the wrong word, it was a set of rings that all cycled endlessly. He had based that part of off his guns internal devices and energy workings. Jeisen actually didn't know quite how it worked, but he did know that they were capable of creating and manipulating a vast amount of energy. They just needed a good source to start off with.

"Entei. Its ready"

Jeisen called out to his soon to be travelling friend. He wasn't quite sure if this thing would work, but it would be the best shot that Jeisen could give. It might blow up in their faces, might actually work but send entei to the wrong place, or it might even work right! Who knows. Eneti would be the lucky guy who gets a chance to find out. Or die trying, but Jeisen was willing to take that risk. All in the name of science.

"Just... feed the little device in the center some of your flames and well... think real hard about where you want to go. Try not to let anything distract you"

The thinking part was just a joke, but it would help take Enteis mind off of the whole being converted into energy part he was about to go through. Best he didn't know about that part as it would be fairly unpleasant. Once entei gave the device the energy it would be a portal to the dimension and that dimension alone. Jeisen doubted anyone else would be able to use the portal either since it would be fed off of entei.

"Yea...so, this would probably be a bad time to tell me you're not coming with me, wouldn't it?" Entei said as he placed his hands where he was told to, channeling his demonic flames into the machine. "Sorry, but, this is a personal matter I need to take care of, and I can't have a human getting in the way." As the machine began to power up, lighting zapped all over Michael, and he felt like his body was slowly disappearing, like he was losing his very core. And then, without warning, he was gone.
