Wolves of a pack......(Razor, shadowolf)

Little Fox Creek, Jasper County, Missouri. July 15th, 2020. 8:56 PM

It was a nice summer evening in Little Fox Creek. In fact, today was a special day in the small city, It was Founders Day, a official holiday in the city. Downtown was full of booths, amusement rises and decorations all to celebrate the founding of the town. Most of the local businesses, save for restaurants and theaters, were closed. This did not mean that crime had the day off, as pickpockets would be in the crowd. So it was the the police were in downtown. This meant that most of the banks, houses and the Local Museum were partly unprotected..........

But not totally.

Wolf Girl, the Canine-sapien Defender of the city, was also on patrol. looking out for any break-ins that were likely to happen withe the law enforcement officers busy elsewhere.

Wolf Girl was on the roof of a near-by building, looking down on the Museum. It was still open, but would soon close. Today and for the next three months, the museum was showing off a collection of artifacts from the near by Mounds. These artifacts were from the Caddoan Mississippian Mound Builder culture, which lived in the area thousands of years ago. The artifacts were worth over $12,000,000 on the black market, which made them a target for criminals.

"Which is why I am keeping an eye out for any one trying to steal them." She said to her self. She knew that she had to keep the artifacts safe and out of the hands of criminals. Back on her homeworld, her father once fought against tomb raiders who stole artifacts from sites to sell on the Galactic Shadow Market, which lead her to join the military. She remembered her homeworld, her friends and her family.

Family she thought to her self. remembering that her friends and family were long dead, as she was stuck in a cryo-pod for over 100 years. A tear rolled down her eye a bit. a Hundred years taken from her thanks to pirates.

She then shook her head, remembering she had a job to do. She continued her look out on the museem and waited for any sign of trouble.

Today was the day. six or seven years ago Marcus had died and came back as something else, something more than human. He had trained himself with his new found powers and kept his new friend from taking control but now he was ready for the big wide world that meant restraint for him and Dark.  Are we there yet?  His friends voice boomed in Marcus's head as he walked on the dirt tracks. "You know, I saw that sign about an hour ago maybe. So not that long." Marcus said back to him as he started to go uphill. Reaching the top  he looked onto the small city of Fox Creek. "Think we should just walk around the city first?" Marcus said to Dark but got no response. He was usually quiet so Mark just went with his idea of walking around.

Making it downhill he started to walk along the border of the city looking among what he could see. Banners and people. Marcus guessed that it must have been a special day for the city. walking further the sun was starting to take its toll on him but he didn't mind as it annoyed Dark even more. Deciding that he wanted to enter the city he entered though a road and explored the insides. It had been a long time since he had been in one and it had been even longer since he had some proper food other than any animal he could find and cook over a fire. He looked for the closest store but most were closed which made him realise that it was one of those event's. "Well great, say why don't we look at some places that are open. Marcus said to Dark but still got some worried looks from bystanders. Realizing he should have just thought to Dark he grinned and removed himself from the area before coming towards a Museum of sorts or at least he thought it was a Museum. Please god no, human don't please don't go in there. Dark said to Marcus with a strained voice that only he could hear. Mark didn't look at the museum much to get many details but he got that it was old. Yawning Marcus raised his arms to stretch but also brought a Strand of darkness from the ground. Realizing what he did he immanently dropped the darkness that was forming into a whip back into the ground and hoping no one saw.

Looking everywhere but up, he let out a sigh of relief  before complementing on whether to walk in or to rest on a roof where their was shade. "I will think about it buddie, I will think about it." Marcus said to his friend with a joyful tone and a grin on his face. Why don't I like that voice at all.

Boris was in the small town of Little Fox Creek, Mi. He was sent by a man he met just a few weeks ago named Lucius. Lucius needed an alien artifact recovered a few years ago that was on display in the towns local museum.

Boris had no idea what he wanted it for but he figured he could grab a few of the more expensive works while he was there. It was sort of a right of passage to become a member of a group Lucius called "The Society".

So he would get him his artifact and they would both gain a little from a small job, nothing more. He ported in front of the museum from the teleporters in the society's base. He had not ever teleported before this so it made him feel a bit sick, but he shook it off and continued on to the entrence of the building.

The door was locked, but boris simply used his electric manipulation to break the lock off. He walked inside and headed toward the display that held the artifact.

Wolf Girl soon smelled someone near by, two someones in fact. She looked down from the roof and saw one of them near the door of the Museum. "Seams someone wants in." She said to her self. looking upwards and using her sense of smell, she found the other near by.

Wolf Girl Decided best to check out the person, thinking it was a look out. She knew that the guards, while being rent-a-cops, were good and would keep the other one busy while she too out the other one. Silently, she jumped into the air, using her power leap to head for the other roof and landed next to the person she thought was the look out.

"Museum is closed" she stated to the person.

Oh thank god it's closed. Dark said to Marcus  and Marcus alone. "Well, thank you kindly for telling me." he said as he turned around to see the woman only to be shocked by her appearance and what she was wearing. "Oh. Hi, wow you are a meta huh." He said as he turned away to face the museum. "Dude, the place is closed" He yelled out to the man who walked into the building. "Seems like someone forgot to lock the door me lady, you might have to tell that guy if he didn't hear me." He said to the wolf girl again. He was surprised by her and her suit but he had to remember that he was a bit like her, only worse.

As he walked inside he heard a male voice shout out that the museum was closed, not wanting him to come after him later he turned around and walked back outside.

He was surprised to see a part wolf part woman creature and a male of about 20 standing outside. He pulled his hood down a bit more to hide his face and began levitating toward them, hoping to spook the two so they would run.

"If i were you i would leave" he remarked with a humored tone to his voice.

Wolf Girl was wondering who the guy was when she had changed the subject with the other person, the one that was entering the Museum 'I guess he is not the lookout.' she thought.

She soon raced towards the would-be thief, who was floating in thin air! Wolf Girl decided to try and end it before it got out of hand, mainly when the person told her to leave.

"Leaving is not what I will do." she said, getting into a defensive stance. "Give your self up and I am sure the Judaical authorities will go easy with you. But I will not allow you to rob a museum!"

"First two meta's I meet is a wolf girl and a floating guy." Marcus said though his teeth so no one could hear. "Look, mate me and running away have a bad relationship and let me tell you, the kids are not proud." Marcus said to the man walking closer, almost standing next to the wolf girl. He waste his name robbing banks, what a idiot. He should be killing.

"Not now dark." He said to the demon while summoning the darkness, four tendrils of darkness appeared around Marcus and were flying about around him, looking for something to kill. "Now, Flying guy. I recommend you run."

The two didnt move a bit, this was unexpected but could be dealt with easily. "Is that what the kids are doing nowadays? Stopping superhumans from stealing? We had better and safer hobbies when i was a kid" boris said to the two chuckling.

The male started to conjure some sort of shadow from his body, it seemed boris would have a challenge.

"Sorry, but like you i am no coward" boris said as he unleashed a barrage of electric fury large enough to hit them both right at the two.

Wolf Girl saw the lightning attack and leaped to the right, barely missing being stuck. It was still close, she could smell the Ozone from it and felt a bit weak as severe electrical shock could make her powerless for a while.

'This person can't be totally human!' She thought. She decided that it would be best to take him out. Jumping into the air, she aimed a downward flying kick for him, aiming for his head.

Marcus used the tendrils to make a wall of darkness while he moved to the left. "Mate, you brought this on yourself." He said as he flung his left hand to point at the electric figure which in turn sent half of the wall right into the man, if he moved the two Javelin tendrils would bend to follow him and if he blocked the wolf girl would attack him.

He made sure that if the Tendrils missed they wouldn't continue or else he would most likely hit his temporary allie.

The girl/wolf narrowly evaded his electric attack, then jumped into the air with a kick headed straight for his head. It was a rather basic attack and could be dodged quite easily.

He leaped to the right with a push of electric energy that he would normally use to levitate, then again sent a barrage of purple electric at the girl with both hands.

The male fired some sort of shadow projectile at Boris, which he attempted to guard with a field of pulsating electricity around him, the tendrils hit it then bounced off, then Boris sent more electric attacks at the two heroes

Wolf Girl cursed a bit in her native language when she missed the villain.But soon she was hit by his electrical attack. This time she could not get out of the way in time and was struck.

She screamed in pain as the electricity went through her, weakening her powers a lot. while the weakening would last only for a while, the pain was too much and she fell on her knees.

"Being able to move out of the way of two attacks not only surprises me and pisses me off but now yo done goof mate." Marcus said in an angered tone as he constucted a wall of darkness to block the attack. He then moved the wall of darkness and expanded it. in a matter of millseconds Marcus constrocted a wall of darknesss ten foot wide and tall and threw it at the Villien with a distractive force he made the ground under the walls movement break's apart. Not waiting to see what he had done he sank to the ground and moved to the wolf girl before reapearing next to her. "So, I see this stuff isn't to good for you."
