The Looks
   He wears a form fitting black jumpsuit, with red stripes down the sides of his chest that go all the way down the legs. He has a black hood/mask that goes down to his nose and has bright blue eye covers. He has a black cowl/ cape that goes down to his knees. He has a grey metal rebreather that is marked with bright blue lines and covers the rest of his face. He wears tall black boots that magnetically seal to his flight suit. The flight suit is pressurized and ionized, and gives him extra durability and is radiation proof. On his black gloves, there are two metal gauntlets that have buttons and dials all the way up the wrist and stop about four inches from his elbow. The metal stops at his knuckles and doesn't cover his fingers so as not to hinder movement. His suit has compartments that fold out to reveal black flaps that allow him to glide much like a flying squirrel.






The Legacy
   



Personality: He is the ultimate libertarian, and believes in complete and total anarchy. He is bent on the total destruction of all governments on Earth and will stop at nothing to achieve this. He is an expert at all things technology and knows it, so is very cocky about his mind and how it works. He is very likely to hold a grudge, but does not let revenge blind what he is doing. He generally hates other people and sees them as tools, but he did fall in love once.

History: He was born in Charlotte, N.C, to a doctor and a lawyer. He aced his classes and went to school in Germany, where he stayed. He developed technologies in secret that granted him longevity, and some superhuman aspects. He moved to Sweden in secret and set up a base there, where he developed his armor and all of his gadgets. he still uses his Swedish base as a H.Q., but he also travels all around.

Power 1: He has longevity. Because of the fact that he developed incredible technologies in Germany he can now live far longer than average humans.

Power 2: He has superhuman athleticism. He can run extremely fast, lift extreme weights, and jump very high.

Power 3: He is a master inventor. His inventions and technology are insane, and he is very smart. He can hack into computers and break through firewalls easily.

Power 4: He can manipulate energy on a medium scale. He can create moderate plasma shields and small kinetic blasts.

Please elaborate on the powers, also you have 42 points spent. Only 30 are allowed for a beginning character. I recommend removing the "Magic", "Spells" and "Occult", as you could do excruciatingly little with 1 in Magic and Spells, and 4 Occult is not worth it, when three and under is included with Intelligence above 3. On that note, you may only start with a stat of 8.

You still have 31 points, since you have a higher wealth it is ok to keep this but you will be 10 xp in debt, meaning your first 10 xp would have to be used to buy the wealth.
