This char I would like to replace Arsenal, since Arsenal hasn't really had any threads and I feel I may have copied a little too much from a Tau Battlesuit from warhammer 40000

The Legacy

Personality: A kind-hearted hero, he won't jump to everyone's rescue and knows when people deserve to die, but most who are redeemable he will attempt to save if he can. Talking to him is a happy thing to do as well, seeing as he's quite a friendly and emotive character. When he becomes enrage however, no screaming or overly aggressive tactics come into play, but he enters a kind of trance, a trance of near perfect calculation, where his mind branches out from the norm, taking anything bladed to a whole new level, if his opponent is blazing through his attacks he will make his wisps large blade edged shields and suchlike.

History:
Born a prince and a defender if his own dimension, but tricked when he was much younger and impulsive, he was cast into this realm, the realm if humans and metahumans, training his entire life to control the æther blades that existed in the Blade dimension, he was powerful, with him however, he could only bring some blades into this world through willpower alone and even then he can only concentrate to pull through a limited number of these. Every type of bladed weapon that exists is at his disposal as all of these blades are entities that shift and warp to their masters bidding, as in the blade dimension, wisps of power roam the wastes, and form companionships with angels who live there, angels can form bonds with more than one wisp but for a wisp the bond is for eternity, the wisp responds to the willpower and discipline of its master and forms blades with its body, the look of the blade is chosen by the wisp, but the blade itself is decided when the master calls them forth and he can change it as fast as the wisp can hear his thoughts, since they don't communicate telepathically, but they form an emotional bond, the will of the master determining the blade and how strong each blade is but the look of the blade determined individually by the wisps. Azael managed to bond with 30 wisps before being cast into this world but this world limited him somewhat, the wisps that he had the strongest links with made it back to him, but 6 are still inside their dimension, and Azael as a result trains to branch out to them evermore, seeing as the bond means sharing a piece of his soul with them, he is also missing a part of himself.

The Powers

Power 1: Power of the Blade Dimension 8: after training in the blade dimension for so long he has mastered the art of the blade manipulation, this allows him to call forth his blades from the æther and control them mentally, maximum he can control 24 at once and the more blades he uses the force he hits with them is divided equally among the number of blades, minimally each blade hits with a force of around 15.5 tonnes but maximally with 1 blade or all at once he hits with a force of 350 tonnes. These blades can be summoned and called away at any time. Also the blades can assume any bladed weapon Azael chooses, these blades are not normal blades either, since they are as powerful as the controller the blades give off a faint light blue glow and are diamond hard, also they move at lightning speeds (both Dur and speed are equal to the ability score).

Power 2: Angellic Combat prowess (8 FS): able to see most things and react with lightning speeds, he can also coordinate his blade simultaniously through rigorous mental training and perception, as if he can feel the general location around his blades.

Power 3: Soar on bladed wings (flight 2)
Yeah he can fly on his wings, not a dangerous ability but useful
Power 4: Angelic Protection (5 Dur) his body glows faintly with a weak invisible force field, not immunising him but mitigating a lot of damage towards him, more than the strongest of normal humans can withstand
