- Founded in 1981 by Yvonne Lindros as Lindros Capital Management, the Lindros Group started as a Hedge Fund with operating offices in London, Toronto and New York. As time went on the Lindros Capital Management gradually expanded it's holdings into a number of key fields namely Engineering Services, Shipbuilding, Aircraft Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals. By 1987 the fund had transitioned from minority investments in companies to full-scale corporate takeovers. By 1990 the fund's portfolio consisted solely of wholly-owned private companies.
The key turning point in the company's history came in 1992 when Yvonne Lindros completed a buy out of the other investors in Lindros Capital Management. The end result was the establishment of the Lindros Group, a private holding company. The emergence of the holding company saw the Lindros Group merge various companies owned by the fund into 5 key new operating companies. Which in order of size are as follows:
1. Lindros Financial: The remains of the previous Lindros Capital Management which has since expanded to include operations in Hedge Fund management, investment banking and commercial banking. With operations in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania
2. Lindros Shipbuilding: A merger of several companies owned by Lindros Capital Management with operations in Europe, Oceania, Asia and North America. The company primarily operates in the Civilian Shipbuilding sector as one of the world's largest manufacturers of private yachts, ocean liners, and super tankers. The company has a small Defence Shipbuilding sector primarily based in Europe and North America.
3. Lindros Aerospace: A merger of several companies owned by Lindros Capital Management with operations in Europe, Oceania, Asia and North America. A significant player in the construction of civilian aircraft specifically commercial aircraft and private planes. As with Lindros Shipbuilding Lindros Aerospace operates a small division in the Aerospace Defence field in Europe and North America.
4. Lindros Pharmaceuticals: A merger of several companies owned by Lindros Capital Management with operations in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. Lindros Pharmaceuticals while smaller than the Financial, Shipbuilding and Aerospace arms of the Lindros Group, is still a significant albeit smaller player in the Pharmaceutical industry.
5. Lindros Engineering: A merger of several companies owned by Lindros Capital Management with operations in Europe, North America, Asia, Oceania and Africa. Lindros Engineering provides consulting services globally in the fields of Construction Engineering, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.
Two years ago ownership, and control of the Lindros Group passed from Yvonne Lindros to her son Nikolai who now serves as the Owner, Chairman, President and CEO of the Lindros Group.
Main field: Global Conglomerate with primary operations in Financial Services, Engineering Services, Shipbuilding, Aircraft Manufacturing, and Pharmaceuticals.

Purpose: Primary base of operations for Nikolai's activities as Icarus. This includes operational planning facilities, teleconferencing capabilities, research facilities, testing grounds for prototype weapons, and storage facilities for the various items that Nikolai has invented, or come across in his work.

The Vault was built beneath the Lindros Tower, shortly after Nikolai took control of the Lindros Group. Vault was carved into the very bedrock under the Lindros Tower. The presence of the vault is protected from detection by a series of mystical and technological counter measures put into place by Nikolai. However, an individual with the right knowledge of the occult and technological could detect its location if they looked under the Lindros Tower. It doesn't actually render the Vault invisible or anything of the sort. They merely serve to prevent it's detection by masking its geological foot print, energy draw, and electro-magnetic emissions.
The vault was built with 7 primary rooms:
1. The Vault: The namesake of the facility, it's as its name suggests a vault, or rather a vault containing a series of smaller vaults that are used to secure Nikolai's various inventions, and particularly sensitive information that cannot be safely stored in the Archive or the Library. The Vault is located in the center of the facility, and is the most fortified room in the facility.
2. The Archive: The archive is functionally a large server field with a main access computer. This serves as the primary storage facility for the various scientific information that Nikolai has amassed. Additionally, it stores a database of information on Nikolai's more illicit activities, including profiles of various meta-humans that he has encountered during this time.
3. The Library: The library is just that a library, roughly equal in size to the archive the library stores the various tomes of occult knowledge that Nikolai has amassed.
4. The Lab: A fully equipped research lab, where Nikolai conducts his scientific experimentation and construction of technological gadgets.
5. The Arcanum: The Arcanum is the area where Nikolai researches occult issues and constructs mystical gadgets.
6. The Range: The range is a test facility used by Nikolai to test new and prototype inventions. The room is separated from the rest of the vault by thick concrete and steel reinforced walls. The room posses advanced fire suppression systems, is highly grounding and functionally acts as a faraday cage to prevent any failed tests from impacting the rest of the vault.
7. The Loft: A small living quarters contained in the vault for Nikolai's personal use.

Name: Fight Program Alpha
Abilities: A program developed by Nikolai that utilizes the neural overlay from Project Icarus to directly download information about fight styles into his mind and muscles temporarily increasing his fighting skills. +2 FS for up to 4 posts, 2xduration cool down.
Description: The program was developed by Nikolai following Project Icarus and consists of uploading data from various videos and images of fights and fighting styles into Nikolai's mind. The program is written in such a way as to be adaptive and analytical. As a result when the program is engaged Nikolai's fighting is effectively ran on program rather than his innate and trained ability, the program analyzes the situation and develops a reply faster than he naturally could. However, this is not without risk the program is only safe to be used in short periods, and require a break prior to reactivation as prolonged use could cause severe damage to his neural network.

Name: Oculus Lens (Right Eye)
Abilities: The Oculus Lens (Right Eye) is capable of firing a highly concentrated laser along the line of sight of Nikolai's right eye. 1 post max duration, 1 post cooldown.
Description: The Oculus Lens (Right Eye) appears to be a typical contact lens on first viewing. However, the surface of the lens actually contains a series of laser diodes that upon activation release a laser beam. This has a limitation of requiring a period of time equal to the firing of the beam to recharge the energy in the diodes. The Oculus Lens (Right Eye) can from one of Nikolai's early attempts to create similar effects using both Magic and Science.

Tier 7 (3/3)
Name: Dimensional Shunter
Abilities: The dimensional shunter has two primary abilities it is capable of shifting the dimension that Nikolai's occupies to 1 of 2 alternate dimensions. The first of which is slightly out of phase with the dimension earth occupies resulting in Nikolai appearing, and sounding like he is physically there but allowing physical matter to physically pass through him, in effect granting him intangibility. The 2nd occupies the same physical space as earth but which due to altered physical laws regarding photons renders Nikolai undetectable to the visual spectrum. The Dimensional Shunter has a 1 post duration and requires a 1 post cooldown. The effects cannot be stacked as a result Nikolai can't be both invisible and intangible at the same time.
Description: The dimensional shunter takes the form of a simple wrist watch worn on Nikolai's wrist with three buttons on the side triggering the shifts.

Name: E.S.S
Abilities: The E.S.S or "Electric Surprise System" once activate releases a powerful electric shock through the to the next person that comes into contact with the surface area. 1 post duration, 2 post cool down
Description: The E.S.S is a series of electrified nanofilaments, that runs through Nikolai's suit, connected to a microgenerator. The system is activated by pressing on left cufflink.

Name: Optical Interface - Oculus Lens (Right Eye)
Abilities: The Optical Interface - Oculus Lens (Right Eye) grants Nikolai the ability to remotely access the Archive in the Vault, and allows Nikolai to see at night, and to perceive light from the x-ray and infa-red spectrums.
Description: he Optical Interface - Oculus Lens (Right Eye) is an addition Nikolai made to the Oculus Lens (Right Eye)

Name: Miniaturized Flash Bangs
Abilities: Designed to disrupt the ability of opponents to concentrate, see, and hear clearly. Typical impact on an individual is as follows: After 1 Post: Vision severly impaired, Hearing severly impaired. After 2 Posts: Vision Blurred, Ringing noise. After 3 Posts: returns to normal.
Description: Miniaturized flash bangs that were modified by Nikolai to have increased impact. At any given time Nikolai will carry 4 miniaturized flash bangs.

Name: Spirit of Achilles
Abilities: A medallion that when activated channels the combat prowess of Achilles to the wearer of the medallion. +2 FS for up to 4 posts, 2xduration cool down.
Description: An object Nikolai unearthed when researching and attempting to recreate the effect of the Shield of Achilles. The medallion appears as an oversized Ancient Greek coin.

Name: Shield of Achilles
Abilities: A shield that projects a green forcefield around the wearer. It can be activated by Nikolai either verbally by saying "Achilles" or by triggering the command word mentally via the Icarus overlay that grants Nikolai his enhanced Occult and Technological capabilities. The Shield can be sustained for a maximum of 5 posts, with a cool down equal to the duration.
Description: One of Nikolai's first inventions following Icarus, it was his attempt to recreate the process used to create the mythical Shield of Achilles. It takes the form of a small round black disk that mirrors the images found on the mythical shield.

Name: Oculus Lens (Left Eye)
Abilities: The Oculus Lens (Left Eye) is capable of firing a highly concentrated blast of mystical energy along the line of sight of Nikolai's right eye. 1 post max duration, 1 post cooldown.
Description: The Oculus Lens (Left Eye) is the mystical partner to the technological Oculus Lens (Right Eye). It came from one of Nikolai's early attempts to compare and recreate various effects using mystical and scientific approaches. The end result left the Oculus Lens (Left Eye) with a comparable result, albeit with a weakened impact when compared to the Oculus Lens (Right Eye).

Name: Sonic Shotgun
Abilities: An occult shotgun that shoots concussive blasts of sonic waves rather than bullets. The shotgun can be fired 4 times before it needs to recharge for 2 posts.
Description: The Sonic Shotgun was created by Nikolai following his study of the fabled trumpets of Jericho. As a result of his research into the mystical methods used to create the trumpets destructive sound, Nikolai was able to successfully recreate the effect in the form of the Sonic Shotgun, which appears as a standard twelve gauge shotgun, with odd runes around the barrels.

Name: Glove of Hades
Abilities: A black leather glove, that when activated and make impact or grasp an object release a highly corrosive acid onto the area where surface contact was made. 1 post duration, 1 post cooldown.
Description: A black leather glove created by Nikolai with an individual rune across each finger and thumb invoking the power of a mythical beast from Hades. The glove has to be activated by mental command from the wearer.

Name: Nikolai's Suit
Abilities: The suit has been modified to match Nikolai's shapeshifting ability giving him the ability to change the appearance of his clothing. (Note: This was established in the Char App just putting it here as well)
Description: A by product of the mystical muscle overlay from Project Icarus has left Nikolai with the ability to alter the appearance of his suit at will.

Name: Healing Tablet
Abilities: Tablets that once consumed greatly enhance Nikolai's ability to recover from injury for a brief period of time. However, the healing effect can only begin once Nikolai has stopped taking damage. Healing lasts for 2 post and is in line with a level 6 healing factor.
Description: The tablets were created by Nikolai after a series of attempts to convert a healing potion into a solid rather than liquid form. At any given time Nikolai carries 4 healing Tablets.

Name: Transdimensional Pocket
Abilities: A pocket on the front of Nikolai's suit that is capable of fitting a single object of larger size than the pocket. However, the object retains its originial weight.
Description: A pocket on his suit that Nikolai enchanted in such a way that the pocket is bigger on the inside. It is used to store the Sonic Shotgun.

Name: Glove of Zeus
Abilities: A black leather glove, that when activated simulates weightlessness on any 1 object that it is in contact with. The effect only works on objects up to a weight that STR 6 could lift, and it cannot effect multiple objects. 3 post duration, 2 post cool down.
Description: A black leather glove created by Nikolai with an individual rune across each finger and thumb invoking the power of Zeus. The glove has to be activated by mental command from the wearer.

Name: Tie of Life
Abilities: When around the wearers neck the tie acts as a filter protecting the wearer from harmful airborne gases and toxins. Protects wearer from toxins in the air for up to 2 posts, 2xduration cooldown.

Name: Cane of Anemoi
Abilities: A cane imbued with the power of Anemoi the Greek god of Winds. When the rune on the handle of the walking stick is pressed and the stick banged twice on the ground the next time the rune is pressed a powerful and damaging blast of air emanates from the end of the cane. 1 post duration, 2 post cooldown.
Description: A tie made from a mythical material Nikolai acquired on his travels.
