The Legacy

Personality: Caring is one word to describe khemia. He genuinely cares for others lives and would do most if not everything that is within his power to save the majority. Although he would sacrifice one life for the greater good. Tenacious is another way to describe Khemia. He is very dedicated and strong willed it is hard to change his mind for when he is set on something he is set on it. Khemia is also not easily shaken of frightening, even by things he has not seen before. His sheer strong will allows him to persevere and conquer what is overcoming him.

History: Khemia was orphaned from birth. But promptly named Khemia Dosai by his unattentive parents before they abandoned him. At a young age he felt he was different personally due to the natural red hue parts of his hair and eyes took. He was always stronger faster and generally tougher than most kids and when angered he would lash out and have large fits that would stain things red. He didn't understand he simply couldn't. He was always the guy to stand up for others and take the beating that would be lashed out at them. It was easy being a meat shield when you were different.

A heroic tendency really awoken when he witnessed a robbery in progress three men preying on an elderly women. He stepped in and eventually stopped them, surprisingly he was not hurt. Even tho shots rang out he just wasn't hurt. He never was it always wet like that. On his 18th birthday he left his orphanage and took up a small home in a rather urban area. With a set mind on helping the weak and bring peace to humanity for the greater good of the majority. Whenever he helped someone they would always ask his name and he would simply say Khemia. He never was on for masking himself or hiding his ability he is just that type of guy.

Power 3: Limited Access (for now) to WILL, a natural energy of his people which can dissipate supernatural energy overcome other things supernaturally created or made to harm the user. Is semi sentient able to respond at a faster rate then the user. Take a color to the users subconscious liking(Crimson red for Khemia) can be sharpened liquefied or hardened. It also can disintegrates matter that it comes in contact with.

The WILL can only be used to create weapons with a strength of 2 ability, can only disintegrate things of 2 durability or lower, and other general mechanics will be low powered.

I assume you put it low so you can level it up as you go, so I'm sure you were planning for that. Otherwise it looks good.
