Personality:
Due to her organic manipulation ability only affecting her body composition, anatomical figure, and external physical traits, Linnet Ollie leaves her brain undisturbed allowing typical growth. As of such, Linnet Ollie has a mental age of 33 while her childish tendencies are still prevalent due to hormonal imbalance and other factors such as environmental and social experiences which she engages where other parties significantly approach her as a child instead of an older woman.

Living through some turbulent times, Linnet has a philosophical and cynical view towards the world though still remains innocent in some areas people her age should've approached. Another characteristic of her's stemmed indirectly from her ability would be her childish glee in her perspective of violence. Born into the world seeing bloodshed as normality and paranoia towards meta-humans, Linnet enjoys challenging foes and doesn't wither in the prospect of death.

Still, she loves sweets and toys. In fact, most of the crimes she's ever done involves destroying toy stores and robbing them of their stock.
Linnet still comprehends the fundamentals and rudimentary basis of morality and feels guilt and atonement for crimes where she sees an outcome of suffering. This is another point towards her innocence, committing capital crimes for fun until she witnesses what happens because of her choices.

But Linnet still has the mentality of a 33 year old more often than not, having intelligence, a prowess in manipulation, and self-observation in seeking leverage. This makes Linnet dangerous due to her instability when interacting with other people where she can't decide whether to use a practical, sensible approach or to follow her emotions and have a more joyful lifestyle.

In her studies, as Linnet loved books since her beginning days, she developed a prejudiced mindset against regular humans, believing them to be inferior and flawed compared to meta-humans. Because of this, Linnet regards all humans distastefully and sees other meta-humans as her siblings, a wish she wanted since forever.
History:
Her parents were born into a world suspicious and prejudiced against meta-humans, resulting in Linnet being homeschooled and isolated during her entire childhood. Never having a friend or peer, her social skills were impaired though she later made up for it by studying intensely on books on social interactions, psychology, and sociology. As an adult at 21, Linnet retained her youthful body, inheriting the metagene from her parents. Delving into studies and having limited human contact, Linnet craved for a childhood and friends.

Because of this, after Linnet studied into law and other educational text books, she moved away from her elderly parent's home. Her organic composition ability allowing her to retain a child's body, she began to look for friends, now 33. After the New York Assault, Linnet studied further into the political compounds of the social war between regular homo sapiens and meta-humans before coming to the conclusion that it was impossible for the two beings to live peacefully together.

This belief was further strengthened when Dominus created a larger rift between meta-humans and regular humans, evolving the once strictly worded fight into war. Since New York was depleted of its buildings after the attack, Linnet arrived there under the guise of being yet another orphaned child.

There, her magical ability was incomplete as she revealed her mother had passed on a gene of magic. Illusions.

First thing, if you could describe the powers more in the powers section that would be great as it shows us what they actually mean.

The organic manipulation is only used as an RP element of having her appear as a child yeah? In which case no points is fine!

Is illusion an ability as well?
