Rai VS. Dragonflizzle

THe night was cold as Kagaro was drifting along the rooftops carried by his shadows.. He had been looking for a book earlier that day and wound up with nothing.. Terrible really.. it took for ever to find those leads.. Only to have them turn up as nothing.. What a twisted fate.. At the moment though Kagaro couldnt help but feel the breaze against him, the way it felt he thought he could fly for a moment.. and thru himself into the air only to realized his shadows just carried him higher.. It was a grand illusion but he still couldnt bank or do anything one could if accually flying.. Since he couldnt get more than 15 feet from the rooftops before he lost control.. Bored Kagaro built a pillar of shadows lifting him high into the air.. The view was amazing of twilight Chicago.. The busy streets all the noise and lights from the districts.. Kagaro just took in the sights.. But being bored he looked for a spot of trouble on the horizon.. anything that might indicate what was going on.. Not able to see much kagaro leapt off his platform which dematerialized behind him.. Kagaro cast the shadows around his body his suite his protection, creating large membranes in between his arms, allowing him to glide along..

The streets flew past him and still no crime of any sort.. How boring he thought.. So kagaro dropped into the side walk and began walking in a sump.. Damn night watch and their crime fighting.. I havent been able to find anything in weeks.. Loosing control of his emotions the shadows he past began striking out, pushing people around him.. Who was staring at the man who was so dark he was black and feature less having not dropped the shadows that shroud him.. The shadows around Kagaro began bending light post and shoving cars around.. all subtly no large motions, just a sudden whirl of shadows and bend, or shove.. Kagaro was getting so angry that without him noticing glass was braking the side walk cracked.. And then in a manacle rage Kagaro roared while transmitting the vibrations of his voiceinto all the shadows around him.. Everyone within a mile would have heard it..

Chicago. The windy city. All names were applicable to the city Entei now found himself wondering into. Luckily he had managed to convince a church group in England to allow him to go on the trip with them, though, now he had broken off from the group, going out on his own. He only had two weeks off from work to enjoy his time here, and he was not going to be weighed down by prayer and what not. Sneaking off down side streets and alleys in Chicago, he let his tail hang out freely. With the Knight Watch main base being located here, the city was more Meta friendly than most, and he didn't have to fear of being judged. Plus, hiding his tail made him feel weaker, and the fur wrapping around his upper body made him uncomfortably sweaty.

Either way, it wasn't long that he was in Chicago before he was letting out a long, drawn out sigh. All around him items were being shoved out of the way, and an echoing scream reverberated through the open air of the night. Reaching for the sword strapped over his shoulder, he drew his blade, releasing his sealed demonic powers. Blue flames shot over his body, creating large fire horns that sprouted from the top of his head. The tip of his tail ignited, and his ears and canines elongated and grew larger. The ancient steel of the blade began to glow blue, becoming engulfed in the demonic flames along with it's master.

"Alright, come on out! No more hiding for you!"

Michael called into the darkness.

Kagaro was hopeless, nothing came out and greeted him after his big hissy fit.. All that noise and destruction.. He didn't really want to destroy anything he was just being emotional.. The demon inside him slyth was letting it all out.. Something about master being nearby.. How he was so close and had a chance to open the demon door to hell.. It was so hard to think and concentrate with all his screaming and belching clanging around, in his head.. The demon was fighting against the seal with all his might.. Damn he thought.. How was he supposed to find something to do if he wouldn't shut up.. So he took a deep breath, tried to let it out as he exhaled.. Yet nothing worked.. "If you don't shut up right now, I swear Ill let you go just to kill you" he screamed.. he just kept going on and on about how master was near by how he could use him to open a gate way to hell.. How it was impossible to stop him now.. He just had to find him and get ahold of his blood.. What Kagaro thought, how could he be this close, his ignorance in this matter infuriated him.. The images started then, Slyth was flooding images of a demon boy into his brain.. Images of him killing the boy, in thousands of different ways.. SO much that he thought the boy was in front of him.. And started crying out.. "No get away from me" and raised his arm and a shadow formed into a blade and cut thru the road.. Terrified he couldnt control his power Kagaro tried to run but the images just kept flooding his brain..

Michael stood in silence for a moment, whatever had caused the disruptions earlier seemed to have gone away now. Or at least, it was being quiet. Licking lazily at his fangs, his mouth curled into a cocky half smile.

"Damn I'm good at my job."

He said outloud, walking casually towards where the earlier disruption was coming from. Whistling a short tune, he swung his sword in a circle with his hand as he walked, he was really quite bored already. That was when the street became tore up from what appeared to be a..shadow? It appeared a meta was near by, which was fine with Michael, Meta's were way more fun to fight than regular humans.

"Oy! I'm right here! Come and get me already!"

As the voice hit Kagaros ears, the images stopped.. No, he thought, that boy is actually here? Why not, Kagaro was finally finding a way to end the demon inside him and now the demons goal was almost in reach.. Damn Slyth wish he would just go away and die.. Yet there was the boy demon sword in hand, and tail swinging around blue fire every where.. "How unfortunate you came out" kagaro proclaimed to the boy.. At least Im not going to be bored now.. The shadows in the street cast by the boys flames thickened and seemed to grow towards him.. (Kill him slyth hissed into Kagaros mind).. It was hard to chase away the images then as they flooded into his head.. The shadows responded, wrapping around his body quickly.. Forming nothing in specific yet.. I might just have to chase him off in order to avoid the end of the world.. Some how this boys blood was all it would take to open a portal to the demon world.. Fine.. kagaro filled the street with his shadows, of which stayed away from the boy about three feet away from his blue fire.. Creating a world of darkness as it covered the buildings, yet one shining blue light in its center.. all other sources of light where broken in this moment.. shattering under pressure from the shadows..

"....Well, that's certainly a neat trick you got there. But it seems it can't touch me as long as I got my cloak of flame here."

Michael said outloud, swinging his sword in an arc aimlessly to his side. His tail swayed in motion with the boy, showing off a clear excitement to the upcoming, and unavoidable, battle that Michael was sensing. Though he hadn't been in many fights, battle seemed to be in his very blood, it seemed to flow inside of him and become a part of who he was. His ears twitched, he could hear the man's heart beat, it was very fast, as if he was excited for something. Michael scrunched his nose as he took in a few deep sniffs of the air, gathering the man's scent. Even if he was shrouded in complete blackness, Michael could smell him, he could hear him. Smiling, Michael stuck his sword into the ground, creating a central point of light to keep the shadows at bay.

"You know, you really did pick the wrong person to fight. I may not look it, but I was born for battle, it's in my blood. You may have noticed, but I'm not exactly your normal human. If you didn't notice, well, just take note of the tail that's swinging behind me...on fire." A larger smile grew on Michael's face as he looked around, though it didn't do much good, the scene was very dark, and even his enhanced vision couldn't see through it. "Allow me to show you my trick now."

With a snap of his fingers, he created a wall of fire, about seven feet high, and reach from wall to wall of the buildings in front of him. Clapping his hands together, he sends the wall forward, causing it to leave large orbs of fire burning in the street, throwing light everywhere.

How interesting the boys thinks he special because hes a demon.. Who can control a little fire.. He might be a prince of darkness but that wasn't going to be much..  

It wasn't that much fire Kagaro thought, Ace did better and had more than prepared him for a moment like this.. Kagaro waited for a moment, it didn't feel like that long to kagaro but at the last moment a picture flashed into his mind from slyth.. He went with it allowing his body to react to the demons wishes..

He commanded the shadows around him and behind him that hadn't yet been destroyed by the light of the fire.. Very quickly he launch them forward at first as a giant spike then expanding into a large wedge dividing the fire wall.. Essentially throwing a large spear at Entei.. The shadows where weekend by the light but the construct did not falter..

As he did all that, Kagaro used his shadows to thro him up into the air.. Not only did this give him a better view but the light did not take away the darkness of the sky.. Power flowed around Kagaro now giving him, immense access to the shadows around the battle field.. For shadows are only a lack of light, the darkness of the night sky.. His angle would bring him high over the wall of fire bringing him over entei.. Once the boy was in line Kagaro let a shower of shadow needles to rain down upon him.. His short term flight brought him, well behind entei, once again in darkness, Kagaro used the shadows to engulf him catching him lightly allowing him to glide further down the street...

Smell. Hearing. With a lack of sight available, Entei relied on these sense, allowing them to take the place of his eyes. He could hear the boy's breathing, he could smell the sweat on his body. He didn't need to see the meta, for he already knew where he was. Picking up his sword from the ground, the cloak around him seemed to burn with a new life, engulfing a much larger radius with it's sapphire blue flames, eradicating what was left of the shadow spear heading towards him.

"His scent changed..."

He observed out loud, the smell now coming from in the air. That meant that the other boy had found a way to get into the air, perhaps he would make this fight interesting yet. That was when he noticed them. He didn't really notice them, so much as he noticed the absence of moonlight they had caused. Spikes, deadly and razor sharp, or so they seemed, were headed right for him. Flaring his cloak up more, and he used it as a shield against the shadows, eradicating them with both light and power. A few did manage to slip through, which Entei easily dodged, though how, he had no idea. His body had seemed to move on its own ever since he had gained his demonic powers.

"NOT GOOD ENOUGH!"

He yelled, blood lust filling his voice. He was really letting the demon within come out right now, and damn did it feel good. Gripping his sword in both hands, he sent a large 'slash' of fire towards the boy, who while in mid air would have much difficulty dodging such an attack. But, that was not all he did. With an ever so subtle twitch of his tail, he sent the balls of fire he had made earlier into the sky, hurtling towards the shadow boy.

Kagaro watched as his spear was engulfed in the fire, and watched still as he dodge all his attacks.. Luckily the demon yelled at him and called his power to him it allowed kagaro to ready his as well.. The shadows around his suite responded perfectly to the slightest twitch of his wrist.. A double of shadows was made of him while throwing him away from the two attacks.. The shadow double took the attacks perfectly.. Leaving kagaro unharmed.. He did it by using the explosion of the first attack as a excuse to enlarge the double and engulf the fire balls as well.. Making it look scattered, resembling a torn rag in a tornado.. kagaro still went gliding down the street once he got close enough to allow the shadows of the ground to catch him..

His counter was simple.. Kagaro raised his hand, and the shadows at his feet rose up lifting kagaro a good ten feet in the air.. He then let the shadows flow forward engulfing the whole street.. Moving like a wave braking on the shore.. A tunnel of black shadow water even appeared as the wave moved forward.. The shadows behind it closer to kagaro traveling ontop lifting the wave higher making it a 15 foot wave of shadow water..

Kagaro mean while bobbed on the top and drifted down the back as it approached Entei.. Gliding back away from him.. To about 20 feet..

Clicking his tongue, Michael swung his sword around, whirling the blade around his body, a large trail of blue fire following the blades trail. At a different time, perhaps, the light show could be considered a rather beautiful display, but this was not that time. At this time, the light show would be incredibly deadly. He knew he didn't have to destroy the entire construct, though he figured he could, he simply needed to cut a hole large enough for himself.

Bringing his sword forward in a mock stab, he sent a large jet of fire towards the wave, creating a small, man sized hole in it's center. Fearing the construct would just reform, he kept the beam going until the wave was over him, where he could really do some damage. Smirking a confident smile, he once again let his flame aura go berserk, rising up and engulfing the wave. As the wave began to dissipate around him, he started running towards the meta. Closing his eyes, he pointed his sword to the sky, using sound and smell to guide his blast he shot a 'miniature sun' into the sky, casting down bright light, bright enough to blind even Entei, onto the entire street, hopefully allowing him to get within melee distance of the shadowy figure, where he would aim a hilt bash into the man's face.

Copy cat Kagaro thought as the demon boy jumped thru a hole he made in the wave.. When he thru up the improvised sun Kagaro wasn't quite blinded the shadows around his body proved to buffer the effects of the sun.. That dosnt mean he could see entei as he charged forward.. He didn't panic though, casting his arm up Kagaro thought, up.. And a pillar construct formed under his feet lifting him into the air fast enough to bring kagaro to his knees as he covered his eyes passing this sun.. He didn't let it end there.. he knew that entei wouldn't stop rushing in on him.. So he made the pillar form long spikes up its side Suddenly.. about ten feet long running, the length of it..

Blood. That was the first thing that Entei smelled as the spike dug into his side, causing him to roll out of the way of the other spikes. He could still hear the roaring of his flames, and a smile came to his face. As he rolled, he twitched his tail, causing the sun to change shape and morph, falling from the sky on top of Kagaro, but not as one would expect. Four pillars shot from the sky around Kagaro's own, which were instantly connected by a torrent of flame, creating a large 'prison' around the shadow manipulator. Slamming his hands onto the ground, a small laugh echoed from deep within the boy's throat, sounding almost like a demon.

"BRISINGR!"

He yelled, causing a fifth pillar of fire to rise up from the middle of the first four, creating a single, larger pillar, engulfing Kagaro's pillar of shadow.

When the pillars of fire formed around kagaro while the sun was moving, he thought the sun was going to land right on top of him.. So he did the only logical thing he thought possible he sunk into his pillar of shadows like it was water.. That's when he heard "BRSINGR".. The flames engulfed his pillar disintegrating it rapidly.. Cooking Kagaro a little while he noticed what was happening.. Damn he thought, the demon child needs to be taught a lesson.. Slyth quickened in his mind once more, bringing a image into Kagaros mind.. That's when the fire started burning Kagaro.. His shadows weekend and almost helpless at this point.. So he had options but he thought it was about time to let this child meet a real demon..

So Slyth came out to play.. Kagaro let his mind slow down let the demon take control once more if only for this moment... As the shadows infected by the light where weakened and burned shadows closest to Kagaro thickened in density.. Pushing the shadows out creating new shadows to take its place.. Insulating him from the attack, preventing further damage..



Holding the image of slyth in his mind.. Kagaro began roaring using his power of shadows.. At first it would have seemed distant then in one smooth motion , sudden and very violent.. Kagaro let the image of Slyth take form and shape.. While he began twisting at his knees then his hips.. A huge syth formed first slicing thru the back section of the pillars, weakening the flames.. continuing the motion a cutting thru the bottom section of the rest of the pillars, fallowing the syth a huge black furry tail, crashed thru the rest of the pillars of fire about mid level..

Then in a explosive motion kagaro expanded the shadows that made his suite.. Forming into a huge goat demon twelve feet tall.. Fat around the belly long armed and hairy.. This motion dissipated the pillars of flame scattering what was around kagaro ending the damage that had been done to him.. At least long enough for the twisting demon to step out of the pillars.. That's when Kagaros power would be able to reach the other shadows.. His roar would echo from every shadow.. making the street the building and the very air vibrate with his power.. The demon would continue his twist, swinging the syth now at the demon child a little above knee level.. Still not stopping his rotation he stepped one more time swinging his huge tail at the child after his syth was avoided.. If it even was..

With a bored look on his face, Michael watched the show in front of him unfold. So, this guy could make cool constructs with his shadows? That was a good thing to know, though, he didn't have to make it so ugly.

"Why would you think this was a good idea?"

Michael yelled out, as the demon roared and reared back for it's strike. To Michael's eyes, however, the attack was slow, as if it was moving in slow motion. It was not very difficult for him to roll under the attack, coming up in a crouched position. Nor was it very hard for him to dodge the very blatant tail attack that came, deciding instead to intercept it with an arcing slash of fire, dissipating the shadows in a line where he had been standing there.

After firing off his first attack, and the creatures back was turn to him, he countered with his own, raising his sword up into the air for a moment, creating a giant torrent of flame, which he swiftly brought down onto the shadowy demon, much like a guillotine strike.

"All you've done is give me a bigger target."

He yelled out as he was performing this attack.

That's exactly what Ace said Kagaro thought.. This time things are going to be a little different.. The shadows resisted greatly the layers on layers of shadows that had been built and thickened.. It melted the face of the demon down to a little past its huge neck.. Its back had a huge scorch running down it and a trench like effect going on..

The huge demon never stopped.. It swung it syth in one hand as it turned.. Regrowing its head and tail at the same time fixing the damage to its back.. Kagaro used the shadows to throw himself sideways as the huge beast still attacked reaching out to grab the demon boy with his other hand.. Kagaros shadows hurled him into the side nearly skimming the buildings.. Instead of just throwing him the shadows arced from the demon like a tether.. He traveled as fast as he could turning back with two black 55 magnums materializing in his hands.. He open fired, pulling the triggers as fast as his fingers could..
