The Looks

Ryan is a rather well built man standing at six foot two he usually looks down on others, his body broad and powerful even without working out. His muscles quite noticeable regardless of what he is wearing at anytime due to a rigorous training schedule, his hair strawberry blonde leaning more towards red which shows in a certain light hangs just passed his shoulders wavy and almost curly. His eyes a dark brown uncompromising most of the time, he is somewhat handsome but not overly so with what one could call a strong face, he has no noticeable scars except for a couple from childhood that most have, the most prominent being a thin jagged white line across his knee where a large piece of metal hit. Upon his body he has three tattoos, the first being on his right shoulder is a solid black dead looking tree with four crows circling it, the second is the hammer of thor mjolnir upon his back between his shoulder blades, the third is upon his left shoulder and it is an intricate wheel that symbolizes karma.

The Legacy

Personality:
Ryan is a rather straight to the point man, he does not beat around the bush or attempt to twist his words around he just says what is on his mind because he feels that this is the easiest way to communicate with people. Ryan does not lie very often and even when he does lie it is more of omitting all of the details so he can say that he did not lie to those around him, he feels that lies only deepen the mistrust between people whether they are allies, friends, or family. He has a powerful will to help those that cannot help themselves, he is willing to throw himself into dangerous situations to help others even if that could mean that he will be killed in the process.

Ryan believes in justice but not in the same way other people do, when most people think of justice they think of the courts and how it will be settled there to prove who is innocent and who isn't. But Ryan knows better than most that the system is not perfect, there are cracks and holes which criminals can slip through, his sense of justice is cleaning up those who have slipped through by doing what the court system cannot. Ryan is not a cold or harsh man though he can be at times he is not some hardened veteran that is always serious, Ryan tries to separate those feelings from his everyday feelings, in a sense he is perfectly normal until he enters battle mode.

Ryan has learned that one has to have control over one's self in order to make others feel comfortable around him, for example he realized early on after coming back that being serious and hard like a soldier around civilians made them uncomfortable because they weren't used to it. So he tries to maintain a laid back personality for the most part hiding the hard coldness within him, he is a good person who helps others however he can but the way he can change so suddenly can make others question whether or not he is truly a good person. Ryan wants to believe the world could be black and white but in truth he understands that sometimes hard decisions have to be made by some, the decisions may not always be looked on favorably but someone has to make them for the greater good.

History:

Ryan's life was rather insignificant in the grand scope of things, his mother was a stay at home wife who watched after Ryan and his two younger sisters. Ryan's father was a police officer originally just a normal grunt that worked his way up to detective, Ryan was so proud of his father as he was always a strong man, Ryan's father was a hero of justice in Ryan's eyes. When he was only eight Ryan's youngest sister of five was taken from them, the three of them were walking home from school as it was only a few blocks when a vehicle pulled up beside them, a man jumped out grabbing his sister Alisha dragging her towards the car.

Ryan did what he could in an attempt to stop the man but for his efforts he got a swift and painful backhand that sent him sprawling to the ground. The car drove away with Alisha in it and that was the last time any of them saw her alive, her body was found nearly two months later, Ryan's father was distraught but focused changing from a regular detective to the SVU division to help others like his daughter. The family was hurting and so was Ryan, the young boy was angry at the people who tried to console him, he was angry at the man who took his sister, but most of all he was angry with himself for being too weak to save his sister even though he was but a boy.

Ryan became obsessed with getting stronger because he never wanted to feel helpless again, he took martial arts classes of all kinds in order to strengthen himself. Often he would get into fights when he was younger not because he wanted to fight but because he was stepping in for those who couldn't help themselves, he didn't fancy himself a hero or a savior he just figured he was tougher than those guys so might as well force them to be good rather than waiting for them to figure it out on their own. More than a few times he has been chastised for using excessive force but he never regretted it because it made the bullies change their ways when no one else could manage it with words or compromises.

The work Ryan's father did began to take a toll after some years, he wasn't a cheerful, his eyes were once bright and then they became pools of darkness, he ate less, slept less. Ryan was the only one who tried to understand his father's work, his mother and sister couldn't listen to the stories but his father needed an outlet so Ryan was that outlet, his father would tell him of the cases that he could. Ryan listened to the bad days and the good days, he could tell his father was not satisfied with the way things were run, so many times the sick criminals got away with it because of some loophole of the law or some piece of evidence got corrupted or they just didn't have enough on them.

When Ryan turned eighteen he joined the army because he figured if anyone could make him stronger it was them, they toughened him up and taught him things normal people don't learn. He spent eight years of his life in the military learning things and finally he was done with it, he left and went back home, to his surprise he learned that his mother and father divorced because of the work. It seemed that in his absence Ryan's father had no release and he drove himself deeper into his work, he had several breakdowns and began drinking heavily so his wife kicked him out.

Ryan tried to reconnect with his father but when he saw him he couldn't see even the shell of the man his father had once been, it was as if he had become a completely different person after all these years. Nearly a year later Ryan's father committed suicide with his own weapon, the note left behind was addressed directly to Ryan saying that he was sorry he couldn't be the man Ryan imagined in his head, the system was too broken for one man to be a hero. Ryan decided on that day he would become the thing that his father couldn't be, he would become a hero that did what the justice system could not, he would become the judge of all those who brought evil unto this world.

Ryan decided that he would call himself Rhaminkos, the name is based off of the three judges of the underworld, he took pieces of their names combining them together.

The Powers

Power 1: Hand to hand combat: Ryan has been training in various martial arts for nearly twenty years, an obsession to become stronger had him training since he was only eight years old. He is extremely efficient in karate, muay thai, judo, MMA, boxing, kick boxing, and sambo though he is not limited to only these styles, as someone with fighting experience on the streets he is also not opposed to striking sensitive areas such as the groin, the eyes, the throat, even ripping of the ears if need be.

Power 2: Expert marksman: As a young man Ryan learned from his father how to handle guns, he was trained to the point where if need be he could use his father's spare hand gun if someone ever tried to break into the house or hurt the family. His time in the military only helped to increase his knowledge and skill in weapons, he is capable of shooting anything from a hand gun to a sniper rifle with extreme accuracy.

Power 3: Bladed weapons: Ryan is also extremely efficient in combat with bladed weapons whether it is a knife or something like a halberd, he is most proficient with a knife as he was trained to use that in martial arts and in the military.

Power 4: Intelligence: When it comes to creating things Ryan is very resourceful, mostly of a mechanical nature so when it comes to things like genetics, biology, space he doesn't have much knowledge. Even as a kid he liked to tinker with machines often helping his father fix the car or lawnmower when the older male was stumped, he has never fully explored his capabilities because he has never had a need to do so.

As your intelligence is 8 which is in the superhuman realm it should be classed as a power and included/explained in the powers.
Also, in the picture your character has wings but i notice no flight. If he's not meant to fly/have wings just include a little note next to the link for other people's benefit when writing about the character.
