Real Name: He doesn't have one, but calls himself Luke
Renegade/Hero/Villain Name: Bioplasm
Title: Commonly used nicknames are Jelly, Bio, Mr. Jello
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Age: Less than a year old (Mentally and emotionally he is around 14-15)
Gender: Technically none, but identifies himself as male
Race: Semisolid Bio Weapon
Hair: Since it's just his body but shaped like hair it's still green
Eyes: Yellow

The Legacy

Personality:
Luke, as he calls himself, is kindhearted and puts a great deal of value on all life, even if it's an evil one. Having barely lived outside the confines of a laboratory he is oblivious to much of human culture, and is very naive.
Even though he doesn't need to eat and it's not clear how he's even able to for that matter (or even taste stuff) he loves ice cream and other cold foods. He is also quite fond of sugary snacks. His favorite animal is frogs, and his favorite color is green (duh).
His favorite activities include making sand castles, painting, and watching police procedurals.
Though he speaks fluent English and a small amount of Japanese, he isn't able to read in any language.

The Powers

Biogel Body: The goo/gel that makes up his body is incredibly resilient, especially against physical attacks, simply absorbing them for the most part. It is however not as effective at fending off energy based attacks

Changling: Bioplasm's body is capable of shifting itself into virtually any form imaginable, from a simple circle to a working file cabinet. However he that's the only thing that can change. His voice, color, and etc. can not be changed, as well as whatever/whoever he turns himself into always looks like it's made of jello.

Kill Switch: A very specific high pitched frequency causes his body to become completely inert. A feature come up with by his creator in case they lost control of him.
