Rebuild

Ladies and gentlemen we are officially going to have New York City rebuilt. It has not happened just yet however. Stay tuned for further information on the subject.

Roar. New York needs to be properly rebuilt!!

Update:

The city of New York may not be completely rebuilt as of yet, but it is now in good condition and progress continues to be made. It is now possible for civilians to relocate themselves into the city as businesses try to get going again and the infrastructure seeks to be repaired. However, nobody is allowed in without proper clearance.

Some steps have been taken in order to prevent such a disaster from occurring again. As such, the government has sanctioned for police and military forces to be present as all of this goes underway. These protectorate groups include special task forces designed to counter metahumans.

If you wish for your character(s) to legally be allowed into the city, please contact your administrators with information on the character(s) and provide legitimate reasons for them to be allowed in. If your character enters the city without legal permission, then they will be hunted by the special task forces during every thread there. These NPCs will be played only by one of the admins.
