History: During the battle in Washington, Bernadette was involved in metahuman combat against Thistle in an effort to direct Xia’s focus on her objective. She was attacked by a poisonous plant, and, already suffering several medical conditions as well as being under medication, the poison proved to be lethal.

As is stipulated in the contracts of the Danger Divas, Bernadette would be treated for her injuries and returned to service as soon as possible. Though she knew this, Bernadette did not expect to survive the extent of her injuries. Becoming one of Ellie's science projects proved to be a challenge for the old, jaded mercenary leader.


Powers:

Exosuit: Bernadette has gone extensive cybernetic augmentation. Having lost her limbs and some internal organs, she now relies on two distinct suits to help get around and perform her duties as a Captain in the Danger Divas. Use of one suit excludes the use of the other.

The Civilian Rig consists of Ellie's Prosthetic designs, and allows Bernadette to be able to blend in and function as a human.

The Combat Rig is large, heavy duty and heavily armed with conventional weapons.
