The Looks

A bit small for his age Joey isn't much to look at. He could be described as scrawny, tiny, skinny, and short. He also doesn't keep himself too well, mainly his hair, always messy bedheadish and spiky he really should get around to combing it but he prefers to just cover it with a hood or hat if he has to look presentable. As for his eyes they're usually the first thing people notice, a beautiful blue-green color that seems to nab him an off compliment on occasion. With his small size and big blue eyes he could be labeled as cute especially when coupled with his personality, that or weird mostly. As for clothes he can usually be seen in a blue light hoodie wit jeans and not much else, a t shirt of a random color but that’s usually about it.

As for his costume he likes to change it up usually with his powers, but mainly he sticks to a blue eyebar mask and a blue cape that matches the color of his usual hoodie, loosing the hoodie usually to make said cape and mask and then messing around with whatever shirt he's wearing to look cool in his mind at least. His cape or chest part of his costume will also usually have the symbol at the top of this page on it somewhere, it's his own thing and he thinks it looks cool. He also usually wears gloves made of leather with bits of different metal plating (including a tad of pyrite) on them he made himself.

The Legacy

Personality:
He has an odd personality to say the least. His crowning trait is his creativity. Some may consider him too imaginative to the point of him creating whole worlds in his head and cultures and such. He feels inspired by the world around him and loves to learn but does it selectively. A boy of many off facts and book smarts but even those to a degree, more odd knowledge overall and quick creative thinking. As for street smarts and interaction he's bad at both, he's not good at reading people unless it's a situation he's not involved in. He mainly has trouble factoring in himself as he doubts himself quite often and has a hard time believing in himself. However he likes to give everything a try. As for interaction he's pretty charismatic unless he's speaking directly to a crowd. He can be witty clever and very punny but if facing a sea of people and expected to talk he'll freeze up. He also gets exasperated easily, while he rarely gets shouting mad he'll often question things and argue a lot about things he doesn't agree with even if a tiny bit and he probably won't admit he's wrong. But overall he's a good kid just trying to do something good in this world.

History:
Not too much to talk about here, born to two parents who loved him but not each other, they divorced when he was young and he spent most of his time with his mother in the city but occasionally visited his father. He wasn't exactly sure physically how he got his powers but a few years back he started having dreams with odd epiphanies. Things about how the world worked and how mater and energy were formed and could be changed. It was always some old powerful voice aiding him with these discoveries too. At first he thought they were just dreams but as an active and imaginative child he acted out his teachings in real life to find they were in fact real. Thus he practiced and practiced till he tried his hand at fighting crime when whichever parent he was with was at work or out as he was mostly alone during the day.

The Powers

Transmodification: He can change the shape of objects he physically contacts with his hands, the mass stays the same.

Transmutation: With more energy applied he can change the substance an objects made of. This is more difficult depending on how drastic the change, while iron to steel may be relatively easy cloth to pyrite would take a lot out of him. He also must have a 'seed' for the substance he wants to turn it into, like to make iron to steel he needs a bit of steel nearby.
