The Legacy

Personality:

Kyle is very closed off, and can be almost impossible to loosen up. Only a handful of people who know him even know his real name, and even then thats pretty much all they know. Hes undergone a transformation from a bright superhero to a shell of himself. He has no strong ties to either evil nor good. He simply does what he wants and what he feels has to be done. If people like it great. If not, he could care less.

History:

Kyle was born into a small, but close family of five in southern Ohio From a young age, he suffered from health issues that no doctor could ever figure out. He would go through bouts of extreme muscle pain and fevers that at their lightest would keep him bedridden. As he matured, the pain subsided and he began to notice his strength and speed were increasing remarkabely. At the age of 18 his new abilities manifestedcompletely and he saw the lengths he had changed. One night, his older brother was killed while at the bank. Enraged, Kyle went after the culprit. He messed up however. The robber was only a grunt for a bigger problem. A metahuman, whos identity was never determined. In the ensuing fight he was decimated leaving him with a a scar over his left eye and several burn marks on his chest that never healed properly. Later he came to and limped his way home. He discovered the door kicked in and his remaining family gone. Kyle roared in anger and his hands burst into glowing red light. 2 years went by and Kyle decided to dedicate his life to not only learning of his familys fate, but fighting against evil. He donned a supersuit he had a friend spend months making and became Havoc. During his first months he partnered up with another meta. A female using the name Cyclone. The two grew very close, but before anything could be made of it, Cyclone was killed because of a mistake he made. This sent him reeling. In his eyes, he now had no one. Over time, he withdrew into himself and stayed that way. Today, he keeps going, not really knowing why. Hes torn between all the pain hes been handed and keeping his promise.

The Powers

Power 1: Energy bolts: Concentrated blasts of energy fired from his hands allowing for longer ranged combat. Also good for getting out of short range siutations

Power 2: Atomic wave: Combining his energy and strength powers, Havoc generates a wave of energy that burns what i touches. As it requires some charge up, Havoc rarely uses it unless surrounded.

Power 3: Overdrive: Running as fast as is possible for him. and surrounding his body with the same energy used in his bolts. This is Kyles weapon of last resort as it often exhausts him to the point of no return

Power 4: Regeneration: While not able to recover from life-threatning wounds on the spot, this allows him to recover from minor wounds that would otherwise be a annoyance while fighting.

You don't need to list occult as 2 if you only know a little bit about magic and etc.

You can distribute those points to the rest of your grid.

You have four powers, but two of them seem to work off of Ability. Regeneration is an ability based power, and to recover like you've listed, you would need at least 8 Ability just for regeneration.
