Personality: Doesn't take orders well, humorous, very smooth talking, slick. Gets serious when it's go time. Not one to turn away, unless somethings pointless. Also doesn't give up. History: Born in Midland, Texas. Raised in B-wood, Texas. Finding out soon in his life that he is unhappy with where his place was he left. Moving from country to country, always finding a away to survive. Learned to fight numerous fighting styles around the world. Learning sword fighting in Japan, and learned to marksmanship through self training. His story here is that he was put on Ice (hybernation) along with a few members of the group, called Last Hope, he fought alongside to stop the villans in the past. Accidentally killing an innocent was the cause for him and others to be put on Ice, he has now been dethawed, after being dethawed out, he realizes that the place he is now is not the in the same time, his team taken from where they were Iced, realizing that they were slaughtered like pigs outside the complex, the 10 mercs that killed his team had dethawed him and took him outside and were about to kill him when he retaliates quickly and grabbed one of their guns and shoots 9 in the head, and grabs the last merc, he took the gun from, and broke his neck. After burying his team, he grabs his mask and weapons, and set out on a journey to rid evil, and start finding new members to add to his team. |

Is this complete?
If it is, it needs some edits.
The personality could use a bit more to it. The history needs to be expanded upon. The powers need to be explained. Mainly the healing and foresight ones.

You have no points in either Intelligence or Occult. This means the character is incapable of even thinking.
The foresight power cannot allow him any sort of precognitive ability. If it's a 360 degree sensory perception ability then it will cost 1 point in ability.
The healing power will cost separate points in ability. It will look like this. Ability: #(Healing), 1(Foresight)

Basically. You don't need points in both Intelligence and Occult. You'll need to spent separate ability points for the two powers. I showed you how it would look in a previous post. Use the stat equivalents page for further reference.

Regeneration that would be equal to Wolverine would be 10 Ability; and seeing as you only have 4, and are only able to acquire 8 at a max, this app needs work.
