Neal's New Items

Abilities: This gun fires powerful beams of energy that are capable of causing severe injuries to even the most durable of meta-humans. This energy is colored red and black, encompassing people in a sort of "death flower" when hit. While it does not necessarily kill, most will find that it leaves heavy injuries. It can cause damage and destruction to everything it hits though, at an immense level. It does however have one downfall, while encompassed in the flower, people can not be hurt by anything outside of the flower.
Description: Neal created this weapon after he had met Shauna Masters, realizing that magical attacks could be very damaging and wanting to find a way to control some. He made this gun with the express intention of using it to effectively combat all foes. Human, robot, or otherwise. This weapon looks like a slim 9mm pistol with a longer barrel and a scope mounted to the top. The pistol also has finger slots on the grip to enable a better hold on the gun. Because of the occult nature of its creation, the gun can not be used by any hand other than Neal's and will return to his secret stash whenever another person touches it.

Abilities: The visor Neal wears has many unique qualities to it, including a HUD with internet access controlled by his mind with a hookup through his spinal cord. It completely blots his body from nearly all video surveillance equipment, and also prevents him from being blinded by standard flash bombs. Blotting his body from video surveillance occurs due to infrared LED's. It also features networking into all camera's that have internet access and instantly destroying the evidence the second it is recorded. In addition, the visors have a feature to hack nearly all online postings of Neal in costume. All this put together, make it nearly impossible to have a photo of Neal, and even less likely to have it any better than a low resolution photo from a standard camera.
Description: As he became a hero, Neal knew that he could not let anybody figure out his identity, and so created this visor to help prevent that. While it does come with a HUD that contains full internet access and a darkening feature for standard flash bombs, the main feature is the nearly complete video blocking. This is one of his most reliable items, and the one he has grown trust most in nearly all circumstances. They are lightweight, and completely cover his face aside from the top of his hair. They are also durable enough to sustain most damage that he could, but will not provide him any additional protection.

Abilities:
- Transformation: The doppelganger pill will transform into a perfect DNA replicate of the user. This works by transferring energy into the ball, which causes it to transform into a physical form. Once this has been activated, it cannot be undone. (ABI 6)
- Psychic Link: The doppelganger ball uses a psychic link to use the knowledge and mind of the user. While the psychic link is active, the user's body is rendered inactive and the mind can only keep the user's body alive. Once this link is terminated, the doppelganger is just a duplicate vessel to the user. (ABI 6)

Description: Neal created this item while investigating the magical nature of the world. He found a substance, that with manipulation, can take on the form of any who channel energy into it. With this Neal can effectively communicate with the outside world, and never actually leave his place of residence.

Abilities: A bracer glowing with Ethereal runes. It summons three runic slabs. When one slab attaches the nature of the attack changes. Rune 1 fires an energy beam that appears as Ethereal Fire. Rune 2 Allows the Weapon to harden into a sword or axe or hammer that looks like Ethereal Ice. Rune 3 allows the weapon to coat Neal in a "wind like" Ethereal Shock-Shell for up to four posts with a cooldown equal to the duration of the Shell. If this is removed from Neal's wrist while a person beside Neal is touching it, the bracer transports to Neal's
 Description: An Occult item that was created with the assistance of the Ethereal Enchanter and refined by Neal's own talents. An Ancient Ethereal Weapon has awoken once more.

Abilities: Advances Neal's ABI by 4 for up to 5 posts with a cooldown equal to duration. This works on advancing his natural Cryokinesis skills. With this, Neal gains a resistance to extreme cold and heat by having a low body temperature, and constantly reducing the ambient temperature of the air directly around him.
Description: This is an item that is attached to Excelsior, allowing Neal to easily improve cryokinetic abilities. It uses occult powers to turn magical ethereal energy into raw cold energy. This is channeled through a gem placed on the section of the bracer toward Neal's elbow.
