Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

He paced around and around, his steps quickly but silently moving on the hotel carpet. His hand ran through his hair as he continued to putter about in plaid pajama bottoms and a white wife-beater as he glared throughout the room. He was so close, but so damn far away. It drove him insane, he growled and with the back of his hand he whipped the telephone on the night-stand next to the bed across the room, shattering the plastic against the wall. He groaned and fell back onto the bed, bringing a nice crisp pillow over his face as he groaned. This was annoying as hell. How ironic is it that one day, not that long ago he was teasing and asking someone how it felt to be so close, but so far away. How cold and ironic fate was...
Ouroboros cleared his throat as he sat up and looked out over the city. Los Angeles, the cesspool of the world...in his opinion. He wouldn't even be here if it weren't for a certain someone that had wandered this way. Apparently Chicago wasn't his stomping grounds anymore, he decided to settle in somewhere else. It must be difficult for him, seeing as Silus lives in Chicago, for now anyways. He wanted to be close to Niall...but something told Ouroboros that his son would find his way to follow the fallen Titan King. Apparently much had changed since Ouroboros had "died", Michael was the ruler of not only the Titan's...but somehow that exiled little shit managed to make a B-line for the throne...the only one able to challenge him would be Jordan or Shael...and the one seemed rather preoccupied... the other was busy trying to find a way to the very city Ouroboros was inhabiting.
Three months. Three months ago, Ouroboros defied death, resurrecting into the realm of mortals once more in a brilliant display of Ethereal light. It was like a macabre dance as he crawled from the Ethereal portal, clawing at the ground as Death's slipped from him. The modern day Jesus, a whole new resurrection... unfortunately for humanity, this divine immortal wasn't here for the forgiveness of sins. Though...with his track record he would attempt to initiate the Apocalypse and somehow end up with a statue for being the hero who ended it. He rolled his eyes, remembering his death. Why did he sacrifice himself for...that woman? For some reason he could just hear her and Niall...laughing at him and teasing him for being a big softie. Surely it was an over-exaggerated imagination thing. Arianna probably thought nothing of his sacrifice and greedily took it like a god-damn banshee.
"Reporting in." His voice same from across the room. He looked to see the clone of himself walking about, it looked exactly as he did before he died, save shaggy hair and a more youthful glow.
"Are they okay?" Ouroboros asked his clone, eager to hear the details of the scouting session. The Ouroboros clone (so aptly named "Scout") sighed and kicked back, looking at Ouroboros with an arched eyebrow.
"Is that concern I hear? Does somebody miss the little Titan?" Scout teased.
"Of course he misses him. We all do." Another voice said, slightly different than the rest. Ouroboros looked up to see the detestable face of Zell Atterrius. This clone, who was named "Zell" of course, and he slouched down on the leather chair, a beer bottle in his hand and his shirt off.
"Lazy day I assume?" Ouroboros shot to the human. Zell threw his head back and drank away at an astounding speed. He pulled the bottle away and smirked at Ouroboros.
"Yeah...pretty lazy actually. Yet somehow even on my lazy day, I managed to pin-point the source of three separate warps within the realm AND I managed to locate the source of the artifact readings we were getting. Artifact as in "disruptive and useless" not as in old and ancient." Zell said, his eyes flashing equally.
"Ouch...kitty's got claws." Scout said with a snicker. Ouroboros rolled his eyes and glared at Zell, who moved his shirt, and tossed a little college-ruled notebook at the fallen Ethereal King.
"Well aren't we a bastard of the pretentious kind?" Ouroboros asked as he flipped through the note-book. It was sloppy writing, unprofessional and a total piece of crap...other than the fact the energy, the readings and the information was irrefutable. He growled, as much as he hated to admit it, forcing part of Atterrius into a clone was a brilliant idea...despite the total foliage he provided.
"Funny...that mage and I thought the same thing about you." Zell snapped with a wry smile. The little bastard had grown up since Ouroboros had taken over...and now that they were the same soul unified....it was unbearable... they were the same damn person, but totally opposite. "Besides...first time I've got to stretch my legs since that damn spell worked.... remind me to thank that Shael. I mean, since MY Son actually cares enough to help a fatha out."
"Don't be gangster."
"Don't be gangster." Scout and Ouroboros both said in unison. Zell nodded, the look on his face making it clear he himself was admitting the mistake. Ouroboros sighed as he looked through the energy. Blah blah blah, Niall...blah blah blah humans...blah blah blah Brandon and mental scarring. All of the reading was worth it once he saw something interesting. A theory on how to restore Sean's arm along with his powers... Ouroboros' eyebrow arched as he stole a glance at Zell, who sat back in his seat...the name Zell tattooed on his arm. Ouroboros stood and watched Zell as he walked past, hopping into the shower quickly.
"What? What's with the looks?" Zell asked warily.
"For someone who despises the Titan King so badly...you certainly took great care in the calculations." Ouroboros called into the other room. Zell didn't answer, instead he cleared his throat and looked about, finding his own shirt and putting it on.
"Not a Titan... no nether means not a total asshole." Zell said.
"I'm anxious now...alright...I'm off..." Ouroboros said, stepping form the shower, looking for his new clothing. Zell and Scout looked to Ouroboros. Scout seemed to look at Zell before snickering. Ouroboros looked back to Scout and scoffed. The shower turned on and suddenly Zell walked past throwing a new shirt out and grabbing a towel.
"I'm coming too...gimmie a sec, gonna shower." Zell said as he closed the door. Ouroboros truly wanted to leave without him, the "Scout" clone interrupted, knowing the thoughts of the fallen Ethereal King.
"I would advise you take him with you. I'm sure Sean would be happy to see you...but I'm certain Zell would be more than interesting enough to distract a certain phaux-Ethereal." Scout said. Ouroboros rolled his eyes and threw his hand out, clasping a hand around the clone's face before it turned into a being of pure ether, and slowly absorbing into his being. Ouroboros walked back to the bathroom door an knocked.
"Hurry up." Ouroboros snapped, irritation in his voice and excitement as a slight undertone. The water hitting off the shower floor snapped and crackled out.
"You know I like hot showers. I've busted my ass all day trying to fix YOUR problems, I'm gonna enjoy a shower. There's nothing you can do to make me move any faster." Zell said calmly. Ouroboros opened the door poked his head in and cleared his throat.
"Niall and Brandon."
"AND I'm done!" Zell sand a little hopping right out of the shower and grabbing the towel to dry himself off, shooting a glare at Ouroboros as he pulled his head back out of the door, snickering. Soon he'd be able to see Sean again...and with Zell's help it will hopefully be uninterrupted. Now if he were Sean where would he go? "The Club, let's go." Zell said, walking past Ouro, smacking him in the back of the head as he passed. Ouro rolled his eyes and watched as the boy wore a white tee-shirt under an open unbuttoned plaid green and purple shirt with black torn jeans. Ouroboros followed closely behind in his comfy black jean jacket and red undershirt.

Re: Crowns cast aside
His heartbeat raced unforgiving in his ears, thumping louder and louder against a shroud of black tinted red, until Sean could no longer take it. Beads of sweat ran down his forehead in rivulets, and he bolted upwards, eyes meeting with the cream colored ceiling of their room room. He was breathing heavily; chest heaving as if he would suffocate any second. Someone tossed beside him, strands of blonde hair contrasted in the darkness of the room. Everything that had happened was still fresh within his mind, most of the time disrupting his sleeping pattern altogether, and much to the chagrin of his other half. Having two Sean’s share the same bed is not as fun as one would imagine, especially since one has the libido of a nun, and the other is exactly the opposite. ”Wheeze a little quieter won’t you? You’re too damn loud.” Naes grumbled, eyes opening only a slit as they glowed within the dark room, Sean taking notice of him for a second before grumbling to himself.
He ran fingers over his jaw, feeling the beginnings of black grainy stubble forming over the usually smooth flesh, Sean grimacing lightly. Even now he could never get used to having it coat his face, especially now that it seemed to grow much like weeds. It was the curse of humanity as he had come to call it, as well as the need to eat among other things. The one lying next to him had none of those concerns, he simply chose to partake in the same activities, if only to make his other half feel more at ease. It had been a while since that event, and Naes appointed himself as Sean’s personal bodyguard.
It was still night time within The Palace of The Dragon, people going about their regular business, but Sean was strictly told that he could not go anywhere without his new guardian; the only one that could keep him from getting killed by various Metahuman psychopaths. If his dying had any effect on the blonde was unknown, but then again it seemed that he did not want to risk something happening anyway. A grumble ran through his stomach, punctuating the weakness that he was feeling through his entire body; hunger. One thing that he did not want to do more than anything else was eat, considering that it was just another thing that would remind him. Naes turned over, glaring at Sean with a lopsided scowl that could melt ice. ”Don’t care what you say Sean, you are going to eat something.” Naes grumbled rolling to his feet, in a blur of speed he was off, and within that time he was back, bearing a plate of food that had Sean salivating slightly but not by too much.
He had pulled from the main feast table, moving too fast to be perceived really, and that removed the need for modesty. It was breakfast food, scrambled eggs, bacon and something else, toast perhaps that was generously buttered. Sean felt his hunger revolt, wanting the food that was before him, even if held by the blonde self clad only in boxers and a white t-shirt. Placing the plate upon a nightstand, he would begin to get dressed, whistling to himself as he did so. Pulling on slightly faded blue jeans and what looked like a simple zip up hoodie, something that Sean would have worn before now anyway. With that done he sat on the side of the bed and glared at Sean until he began to eat the food handed to him. ”After you’re done we are going out. I won’t have you moping around all the time.”
”Where exactly will we go?” Sean asked shoveling eggs greedily into his mouth, feeling the hunger abate with each wonderful bite, not that he would let Naes know he was enjoying the food. The empathy would know well enough without having to be told, so that was that.
”The Club, I’m sure a little flirtation might mend you as good as new. Hell, if getting you laid means your attitude will improve I’m willing to have you do so.” Sean growled audibly, nearly choking on his food.
”NO!” He roared for a second. ”I am not going out to some club, its stupid.”
”I know you loved him, but he’s gone, time to move on” Naes said simply frowning lightly as if he knew why Sean was reacting this way. It was never easy to lose a lover, and for Sean it was perhaps impossible. Naes still had his allies and family, but Sean literally only had a few, some of which he thought absolutely hated him. Shael was gone as far as he knew, Silus he knew nothing about and Michael was off doing whatever it was that he did. Once done with his food, and with a supplied pitcher of milk guzzled, Sean was pulled to his feet by Naes, forced into a shower and then forced to put on clean clothing. He even drug a razor across the rugged scape of his face, letting his handsome face show. Instead of wearing the simple plaid pajama pants that were cut off mid thigh and a simple t-shirt, Sean was now in khaki shorts that cut off mid knee and a band tee. ”There now you look better.” Naes noted patting the newly created right arm of his, something that he personally did for the male, but that did nothing to relieve his depression.
Once dressed fully, Sean was dragged to the transportation room and then to LA, only after it was made sure that he was sanitary enough. After a good hour of searching, they found a bar, one with nice music and nice drinks. While Sean was content with drinking himself under with nice tasting drinks, Naes was scouting out a nice someone to get this mind off of the dead ethereal. It was going to be a long night.

Re: Crowns cast aside
Zell stepped into The Club. When Ouroboros heard Zell say this, he was certain he was simply being vague in order to keep his usefulness. Instead he was being plain as day, this place was oh so generically named "The Club". Apparently the emphasis was placed on the "THE". Ouroboros personally believed that they'd end up in a place called the purple cactus or some crap, but Zell actually surprised him with this one. Zell seemed to come alive, smiling like a kid in a candy shop. Ouroboros, whom at least looked old enough was apparently a good 'voucher'. Since he was able to even get in the club he wouldn't need to be carded either. With Zell in, the rest was easy.
"Alright. So, do you have a plan or am I supposed to be the one to rope them in...again" Zell said, at that last part his eyes shifted and he was seemingly deep in thought about the processes. Ouroboros just smirked as he handed over a little plastic container. Contact lenses, pretty nice ones too. Zell swiped the container and applied the lenses immediately, ending up with new eyes of his own. These eyes were a very oceanic blue, but not unnaturally so. He looked to Ouroboros and sighed. His eyes scanned the club, like a lot of people did when they first walked in, using the vantage point to see the large scene of the interior. With a mind like Zell Atterrius' it wasn't hard to use the vast advancement of the human brain to slow time to the point where seconds seemed like hours. He was able to easily take his time and observe the crowd, scanning over each and every face in plain sight. He finally saw a face he wanted to, and then a face he needed to. With a smirk he cleared his throat, grabbing the attention of Ouroboros who had yet to answer him.
"Why would I have a plan? You'll just end up disobeying it or...chopping an arm off." Ouroboros said as he walked forth, Zell at his side. Zell chuckled in response, apparently he'd offer up no arguments. In his own independent mind, cutting off Sean's arm was the closest thing he got to ever really loving him...but he wasn't sure if it was the screaming or the black nether blood that made him. His heart sang, enough so for him to grab his chest and rub it trying to subside the pain. "So...what are we doing?"
"I'm going to talk to my friend. You're going to talk to your lover or what the hell ever you call him ugh." Zell said, shuttering when he used the term to describe Sean. Ouroboros arched an eyebrow and smirked as he saw Zell walked away, right towards the direction of the bar. He got up to it, stepped up and leaned over onto it, biting his lower lip, thinking as he scanned the bar. The young woman bar-tending seemed to laugh at his enthusiasm, which made Zell smile inherently. He looked to her and smiled, his eyebrows raising and dropping as he looked and pointed out one of the whiskey bottles they had on display. She turned to get it for him and he dropped down into the seat with a chuckle. Ouroboros saw a plan beginning to form and he liked where it was headed thus far. With a little work, and the assistance of his inner power, he would be able to bring them into the event horizon. Once he interfered there would be NO turning back...for any of them at this rate. (+4 "Summon" : Mind-controled Humans) Eight humans, all about Zell's age and slightly older, to keep realistic effect, ran about having a great time. Two of them made their way over to Zell, the one throwing his arm over his shoulder.
"Max, Little dude, you're gonna get wrecked by that." The human said, the other one was a girl who was freaking out because "Max" was about to take his first shot of whisky. Zell looked to them and shook his head, taking the shot before turning around on the bar stool. "Ah man, we should jump to that new place down the block!" The one said, Zell shook his head.
"Nah, I'm gonna stick here man. You guys head off."
[color:c58f=cc6666]"What are you gonna do bro?"
"I'll find somethin'." He said with a little smirk. He was finally alive and moving again, for the first time since the Synthesis he was able to act out on his own, independently and not have to do everything as a goddamn democracy of the mind. He was so full of life, he was like a kid all over again and not that stern Ouroboros who seemed to always have a stick up his ass over something or other. He was young, full of life and a total optimist on life...he was exactly as he should have been...exactly as he WOULD have been, if the Ethereal didn't threaten to consume the very fabric of his being. He looked around leaning back being cool and collected, and he looked over to Naes, who seemed to have already noticed him...or perhaps it was his imagination. "Yo." Zell said with a lame wave as he looked around for Ouroboros, who was simply wandering about aimlessly in his new form. His eyes constantly shifted back towards Sean, but Zell just kept hoping the idiot would keep calm until he could get Naes' attention. He felt the vial in his jeans pressed up against his leg, the slightest fear that it would break crept into Zell's mind, though it was more important for him to simply get the attention of the blonde kid.
"Alright. So, do you have a plan or am I supposed to be the one to rope them in...again" Zell said, at that last part his eyes shifted and he was seemingly deep in thought about the processes.

Re: Crowns cast aside
Naes crossed arms over his chest as Sean threw back another shot, still seeming unaffected by the amount of alcohol that he had consumed so far, not that it was much really. Some of the people seemed hyped up for some reason, gathering around someone that was taking their first shot of whiskey, not that Naes was paying that much attention. He was here trying to make sure Sean was bucked out of his funk, no matter what the cost. Part of him wanted Sean to also be enjoying his time, running about and acting like a total fool, perhaps even fucking smile for once. If he could do that, then trhe faux ethereal had done his job, but Sean was at best being grim as usual. ”Would it kill you to smile?” Naes asked grabbing a shot for himself and downing it, the effect none existent on his physiology.
”It might, never know when you walk into a bar. If I’m lucky maybe alcohol poisoning will set in.” He said sarcastically, rolling his eyes as he took another drink. It was going nowhere so far, and that did not sit well. Rolling around on his seat, Naes thought over everything that he could possibly do and nothing came of that. If this plan ended up just having Sean drinking himself into a stupor, part of him considered never even letting the bastard wander out from the palace ever again. However, it was then that his eyes fell upon someone, a strange figure from the past that caught him by surprise. Zell Atterrius? No, the guy couldn’t have been alive, especially since he had become Ouroboros and that bastard was dead.
”Sean I will be riiiight back, I need to do something. Don’t go anywhere, just keep drinking.”
”Best damn idea I heard all night. Will do buddy.” Sean agreed raising the beer within his hand before chugging it, not even wincing at the vile taste. Atleast he could get Sean to do one thing, and that was staying still and drinking. Without even wasting time, Naes walked over to where Zell was, sitting down and slamming his elbow against the counter.
”Yo.” He said tone not amused in the least. ”So Zell Atterrius, what brings you here? Well, the better questions is how are you here?”

Re: Crowns cast aside
Well Nase wasn't exactly friendly with him, but that doesn't really matter. Ouroboros may be more well rounded when it comes to knowledge, but he lacked something Zell had...other than a heart, but that aside he lacked creativity...emotion, passion and life for anything other than the pathetic piece of meat he called a Titan. Zell, without missing a beat, looked confused towards Naes, and then he turned and looked be hind him, moving back to see if Naes was talking to anyone behind him. Zell had acting and creativity, and that it it's own right gave him a slight advantage to his Ethereal countenance.
"oookay." He said, acting slightly suspicious of Naes. He turned and got his drink from the girl at the counter with a smile and taking another shot. At this rate he might as well bought the bottle. "I dunno if you're like...waiting for an internet date or something but I'm not...that." Zell said cheaply. Zell despised making fun of his name, no matter WHO did it. So for him, pulling off simply ignoring his own name was a slight accomplishment. Every actor has an Achilles. His name was his. His eyes followed the one girl who walked past and he stood up to walk and follow her, like she was the perfect thing he'd ever seen. He suddenly stopped when his leg was caught on the bench. He looked down and wiggled it free, but when he looked back up the beauty was gone. Zell felt a wave of disappointment wash over him as he sat back on the chair. "You meeting someone here or-?" He asked Naes, still apparently oblivious in every way as to who Naes was. If Zell was right, and Naes was like Sean...and if he knew Sean...things were going to be fine.

Re: Crowns cast aside
Naes found himself nearly reaching across the short distance and slamming an ethereal blade through Atterrius throat. His eyes glowed an angry silver as the male continued to act as if he did not know the one before him, one hand tapping meticulously against the wooden bar top as is mind kept shooting back to his emotionally unstable other. ”Cute.” He muttered not amused as he considered many thing, most of which were not savory. ”Now the world’s brightest man is playing stupid…how amusing.” He noted tersely. Ordering another drink, a simple beer really, same as Sean. What annoyed him more was the male looking after some random female, before losing track and sitting back down. The blonde slammed back the drink, before resuming his rather infuriating conversation with Ouroboros. ”no, I’m not meeting anyone here actually.” he glowered. "I’m trying to have my friend meet someone here, maybe get him to stop being such a mopey bitch and then you of all fucking people show up.” he was beginning to mutter near the end, before downing the beer, not stopping until it was empty.

Re: Crowns cast aside
Zell was on his nerves, which was good at this point. Apparently Naes wasn't even entertaining the thought of amnesia through resurrection. This was fine, Zell simply needed to play stupid and powerless. Ouroboros was listening in with his superhuman sensory, it made him smirk that Zell's plan was failing, a she secretly hoped it would. But he was slightly disappointed when he saw Zell's reaction.
A wave of fear swept over Zell, and he shot back a little when Naes snapped at him. The cute bartender was in the middle of getting Zell another shot when it happened. She nodded to someone in the corner and a rather large man began walking over this way. Zell just looked to Naes and kept up his act, keeping even his emotions as in character as he could, remembering Ouroboros' noting of the Empathic links. He simple looked to Naes like "what the hell is wrong with you?" as he scooted back out of his chair. "My God, I'm sorry about your friend or whatever but damn don't take it out on me. I didn't do anything! If you ask me you should find someone yourself." Zell snapped back as the large man approached up. While Zell turned back to his drink, seemingly officially creeped out by Naes though he was slightly annoyed by his last part of that comment. The Bouncer approached and crossed his big ass arms...he was obviously a meta-human.
"There a problem here?" He asked. Zell was enjoying this moment. He was bout to get Naes thrown out and unless he wanted all of California after him and Sean he'd need to stay out. Zell looked to Naes, as if he had been truly harassed, he gave those innocent puppy dog eyes of his that just pleaded his innocence and he looked form NAes with a slight bit of freaked out anxiety to the Bouncer. All he had to do was say-
"No. No problem at all." - FUCK LOGIC! Zell had dismissed the bouncer, feeling a wave of sympathy for Naes. He often times forgot he wasn't the heartless bastard his other self was and it pissed him off a little. Instead he simply turned back to his drink. He motioned the waitress to pour two others. He downed the whisky and two more replaced it. "Max" replaced his own shot glass, and slid the other one to Naes, turning arounf. "I don't know who did what to you or your friend but you should really live a little." He saidm, immediately downing his drink and walking off towards the V.I.P section. he wasn't sure if Naes could get in...but since when has that stopped Sean at all? Zell was nearly certain he had Naes' attention...and if he was lucky he could get Naes to follow him. After all...he did intent on talking to his old friend.

Re: Crowns cast aside
Now he was acting like a spazz, and the bastard was continuing whatever it was that he was doing. Perhaps Ouroboros was truly dead and Zell came back in his place? It had happened before, and Naes remembered Ouroboros not having any knowledge of his short past with Sean. He wanted to kill Atterrius, something ptimal within him wanted him dead so badly that he could taste it, dark ethereal seeming to permeate into the air, riuch with the emotion he was feeling. Hatred, agitation and a glimmer of sorrow that simmered through his connection with Sean. One thing that he did however was exist, and that was more than enough of a sin within his mind, but then again he was working off Sean’s contained emotions.
As far as he was concerned, Zell was an enemy and he was the one that removed Sean’s arm, which gave Naes even more reason to want him dead, as well as that stupid bouncer walking towards them. If Zell did not say that there was no problem, the man would have found himself with a broken neck, or something worst. That plus the club needing a new bouncer. With the bouncer dismissed, Zell ordered two more shots, and slid one to him, the dark energy subsiding slightly. ”Of course you don’t.” He muttered slightly annoyed, downing the shot without a single hitch, turning to Sean and then back to Atterrius. The male stood up, saying that he needed to live a little.
That caused him to grumble lightly, standing to his feet as he followed after Zell if only curious what his game was. Sean took notice of this, however he only noticed the back of Zell’s head and Naes following suit. Sean caught him by the wrist for a second.
"Nice…and looks like I won’t be the one finding someone…or getting laid as you so eloquently put it.” Sean said snickering as the blonde pulled away.
”Fuck off Sean.” He muttered lightly, flipping himself the bird before following Zell into the VIP room.

Re: Crowns cast aside
Naes got in easily enough. Thanks to Zell telling the bouncer to let him in that is. Zell could get the vibe Naes was angry, rightfully so. But he didn't know anything, and honestly it was probably better that way. If Naes knew the truth about everything going on he'd just get angrier and do something stupid...like attack Zell. Though at the current rate that was likely the case anyway. Zell smirked, though it wasn't anything Naes could see. Zell ended up in a booth and actually sat down with the intentions to relax. Naes would probably make things difficult for him. As per the usual.
Ouroboros sat there as he watched Sean grab onto Naes, who was following the back of his head...well....his former's former head. It wasn't something to get crazy over, but Naes was gone. Now Ouroboros just had to do his part and make himself present when Naes still had his connection. This had better work Atterrius...for both our sakes. He thought to himself. He ended up sitting right where Naes had been, looking equally as depressed as Sean was. Probably because he was...but his depression was matched by something else. Matched by a devouring rage...a prima instinct...a primitive drive. His breath was a quivering one as he didn't even to smile at the bar tender as he took the strong whisky. He started knocking them back like he were breathing the shit down his throat. Goddamn body was too resistant to this swill. They just kept coming too...talk about drowning inner emotions.
"Anything stronger?" He asked, seemingly untouched by the several glasses before him. The tender looked to him with wide eyes as he turned to get something from behind the bar. The barkeeper produced a bottle of a unique little brew. Seal. His smile twisted up as the heavy bottle was let to hit the bar. Zell had truly thought this entire thing through hadn't he? The unique drink was sure to grab attention...and since it was placed her on "reserve" for the person with the key phrase it was the only bottle. He is...creative to the point it's uncanny... He thought as he took a glace of the circular ice-chips and poured the frosty drink into his glass.

Re: Crowns cast aside
The raven haired male watched his counterpart walk away, smirking to himself before finishing off the pisswater they passed off as beer. Despite his rather depressive mood, at least a part of him was enjoying itself, even if that part was literally up and walking about. Perhaps he could drink himself into a blissful stupor soon, as the alcohol was slowly but surely taking effect on him, granted even among drunks he was known for his tolerance for alcohol. Looking disappointedly at his empty drink, Sean tapped a finger lightly against it before looking to the bartender. ”Yeah I’ll need something strong…strongest thing you have.” Sean noted to the bar tender with a slight smirk as they brought down something rather clear looking, and probably foul tasting as well.
Taking a tentative sip Sean found himself reeling as he coughed and sputtered. It had been so long since he drunk anything this heavy that the taste alone was enough to send his throat burning, and Sean liked it. ”Dayum, that’s exactly what I was looking for.” Sean muttered pleased as he downed the glass without a pause, tears welling up within his eyes as he let it all flow down his throat. It was then that he turned and noticed someone, bearing the same damn miserable expression that he was. Normally Sean would have ignored such a thing, considering that he was too fucking self-absorbed as it was, but the alcohol loosened him up slightly. Now he saw a kindred spirit in away, someone else trying to drink their misery away within this place.
While not really having thing beyond pointless jabber in mind, Naes did say he should try to get out of this funk and alcohol be damned he could give it a whirl. Carefully scooting down, he ended up with only one seat between the two, finishing off his rather bitter drink. ” ”So, you come here often?” He asked quizzically asking for another of the same drink to be poured for him.
Naes sat down in the VIP lounge in one of the booths, reclining as he crossed his legs in a relaxed fashion. He shouldn’t have let Sean’s emotions bleed through so much, but it seemed the connection was still there. He glared at Zell for a second, considering what to say but nothing came up.

Re: Crowns cast aside
Zell smirked as he gave Ouroboros the response to say. He was enjoying this for multiple reasons, though he'd never let them show to anyone. Plus he got the ability to boss the domineering bastard for a change, which made him all the happier. Luckily he managed to get he message across before Naes sat down. Zell almost shot up with wide eyes, giving a questioning look to Naes. He began to tremble and tried to force a feeling of concern within himself. This was particularly difficult...given his new "blessings" that came with the rebirthing process.
"Y-you're not gonna like...kill me are you?" He asked. The question seemed valid enough, since Naes seemed to be following him. The only other option was to play it off like the guy was following him out of interest. While Zell was already 'in a way' in a relationship with him, if he could avoid any form of openly hitting on him, he would. If not then it was unavoidable and he could wash his mouth out with soap and gasoline later. He seemed to calm down a little and he cleared his throat as he looked around sheepishly. He reached down into his pocket, making sure the vial was still in tact as he pulled out his cell phone. He checked the time and set it down on the table. He didn't care if Naes was smart enough to swipe it and look. The contacts in there were random people that neither Zell Atterrius nor Ouroboros would know...but MAX here, he knew them pretty well.

”Yeah, I go here a bit. The music’s good, and I know the owner.” He said with a little smile. He wasn't sure why Zell instructed THOSE WORDS SPECIFICALLY, but if he thought it would work there was no sense in doubting him now. He suddenly picked up and continued on his own. Apparently Zell himself was a little preoccupied. "I can either...sit at home in the dark and drink myself to death...or I can at least do it to music, right?" He asked, pouring more Seal into the glass, this time, when he set the bottle down, he set the bottle between the two of them.

Re: Crowns cast aside
Perhaps this was not Zell Atterrius. Naes considered this for a moment, nervously running a single finger down the side of his face for a moment a she considered the many things he could have said when the male said something rather….annoying. He wasn’t planning to kill him, not at the moment anyway, just kicking him in the tender area. ”no I’m not going to kill you.” Naes said sighing deeply, trying not to reach across the table and kill him. Well there was another thing he wanted to do, but that would have been rude and slightly illegal to do to a stranger, well aside from killing them. A phone was slid to him, and the blonde considered it for a second, running a finger over the screen as a few names ran across the screen.
Who the hell were these people? He sighed deeply, and slammed his palm into his face, perhaps this guy was not Zell Atterrius. ”Dammit.” He cursed under his breath, smirking awkwardly as if he had accidentally ran over the pet cat. ”I…I’m sorry, I came off a little…erm abrasive. Just been having a rough couple of weeks.” Yeah, he nearly killed some innocent asshole that looked remarkably like Zell Atterrius, though part of him wanted something else. It was times like this that he fucking hated being part of Sean. Now he was the one looking around sheepishly.
The words the male answered with made Sean smirk, chuckling lightly to himself. They were familiar in some way and seemed to draw that kind of response from him. ”know whatcha mean.” Sean said with a nod as he finished off his own drink, a large container being pushed between the two. With a smirk the raven haired male lifted the large jug and poured some into his own glass, the appearance of it seeming strange within a w ay. Without even thinking he threw back the glass, a strange yet nostalgic taste washing over his tongue. ”I just like the music really, well and a friend of mine basically dragged me here.” He said in reference to Naed with a roll of the eyes, pouring himself another small shot.

Re: Crowns cast aside
"Epic facepalm dude." Zell chuckled a little as he took his phone back and placed it in his pocket. As he did so he pulled the stopper out of the vile, releasing the near invisible contents into the atmosphere. "Ouch...wanna-uh. Wanna talk about it?" Zell asked. What the Hell was this? Great, now he was asking Naes to talk about it. This meant one of two things. The first possibility, Zell actually cared about Sean and Naes...or two..he was so in character that he was forgetting who he was. He blushed a little and stuttered in response to this revelation in mid sentence. One of the VIP waitresses came back, this one obviously more beautiful than the last. Zell ordered a drink and offered a smile in thanks before pointing to Naes. Apparently Naes had his undivided attention...which was good in it's own right....but not intended to happen. It didn't really matter though. Zell already did his part.

"Yeah...I know the feeling..." Ouroboros said as he cleared his throat. Ouroboros could feel the concoction taking effect. His ties to Zell were gone, well...they were still there, but it would be as if he were in a drunken stupor...meaning that there was no way in Hell he could tell the difference of what was going on right now. "So wait...you're here with someone and they aren't with you? What's with that? I mean...I uh...if you can drink with me ya got some serious heartache issues, why isn't your friend with you?" He asked, imploring about Naes. He would listen but then he had a question of his own.
"So uh...wait...I mean...they obviously get the fat you're a good looking guy. If you don't wanna move on, why are they pushin' it?" He asked, his expression acting like Naes was over stepping his boundaries. Hopefully it was agreeable, because he was running this solo. He was working without a large portion of him that actually made this possible the last time.

Re: Crowns cast aside
’I don’t know actually. One minutes he’s stuck up my ass and then next minutes he’s chasing the next fine thing that walks through the club.” Sean noted with a slight grumble as he drank more of the Seal, fingers tapping lightly against the counter. However the guy had another question, something about why he was pushing it, the whole moving past his old flame or whatever. The bit about him being a good looking guy brought a small amount of color to the males cheeks, but he simply put it off as the alcohol doing its duty.”I…thanks.”He said in response to the male saying that he was a good looking guy. ”I don’t know really. He’ says he just wants to get me out of my funk or whatever, but I dunno.” Sean stated simply, emptying his glass of the exotic tasting alcohol once again, body stating that he better not have another drop of it, as it was nearing its limit or something like that.
Did he want to talk about it to this Zell look alike? No. However it would be nice to be able to let these things off his shoulders, perhaps finally relax for once. Ever since Ouroboros died, he was busy trying to protect Sean from everything that could kill him, especially the death incarnate. ”I…no not really.” He admitted resting elbows on the table. ”I fell in love with a fucking idiot who cut my fucking arm, but lo and behold I still loved the idiot. Then he goes and fucking dies as if that fucking fixes anything.” He grumbled slamming a fist against the table. ”Damn I need a drink.”

Re: Crowns cast aside
"Funk?" Ouroboros asked simply enough. The bond between him and Zell was too obscure for him to get anything other than fucking Charlie Brown adult speak. He was happy for that at the moment, being as he was finally able to pick things up here. Being depressed was good for a short time...but not when it was Sean. He felt oddly hollow to it...but he knew that deep down inside...somewhere he cared. No...there was no doubt. He did care, but it was very weak. Ouroboros already knew the issue, though sadly it wasn't something he could fix at the moment.
"Not my place, sorry. I'm uh- I'm done thank you." Ouroboros said as he waved to the barkeeper. She took it and immediately wiped the bar off. He then looked to the floor, and suddenly a particularly old song played. It was by some African American rapper. The song was pretty perfect for the occasion. DJ Got Us or something like that. Ouroboros laughed as he heard it."-Swear I seen you before, I think I remember those eyes eyes eyes, ey-Oh my DAMN! Speaking of eyes." He said as he looked into Sean's for a second, a slightly tranquil smile forming on his lips as if he were fascinated by the eyes. "Wow..."
* * * * * * * *
"For someone who didn't want to talk about it...you seem kinda shook up." Zell said, acting almost like Naes were crazy. Then again, he was simply acting as any normal person would. I mean he got his arm cut off, but he STILL obviously had one. His boyfriend then died...and he still loves him. Zell did smile at that part, but when the waitress-whatever she was returned, she had two glasses. Zell nodded at her and thanked her, pouring two glasses. He scotched over in the circular booth cautiously, moving closer to Naes. He passed over a glass.
"Well uh...for someone without an arm you're doing pretty well dude! And let me get this straight...this guy did this to you, and you still love him? If you still love him he's gotta love you." Zell said nonchalantly as he seemed to be taking everything in, but not entirely comprehending everything. He smiled and arched an eyebrow at the exhausted Naes. "You're pretty strong huh?" He asked, he suddenly realized the danger of the current course of topic and wished for a change, so instead he just took a drink and looked out to the crowd trying to conceal his cheeks by turning his face. Well we agree on one thing. We fucking hate that asshole who loves him. He thought.
