The Looks

Tall with a thin frame and little muscle. He looks as if he would be blown away with one strike. As casual wear, he has a variety of suits that he will wear, all of which are three piece. A white suit and vest, with a burgundy shirt and silvery white tie. A black suit and vest, with a white or green shirt, and then a black and red tied for the white shirt or a silvery white tie for the green shirt. He also has a grey suit and vest, with a blue or pink shirt, and then a pink tie with black and grey lines across it for the blue tie, or a blue tie with a greyish tint for the pink shirt. Finally, he has a black pinstriped suit and vest, with a white shirt and solid red tie.

When incredibly relaxed, usually when not teaching or in between teaching and a hotel, Neal can be found in loose clothes resembling his age. Black pants and a loose black jacket, a white shirt underneath it. It makes him look more his age, and helps pass him off as a more average teen. His clothing mimicking that of a seventeen year old with average intelligence, rather than a person who is easily a human with meta-level intelligence.

For his hero ensemble, he wears a white form-fitting outfit with gloves and boots. The gloves have a black material with extra grip on the palm and finger areas, and then just a regular black line across the top of the glove made of the same material as the rest of his suit. His boots have the same design, with an extra durable sole to allow for prolonged use and combat. He has a black line around his neck area also, and black belt around his waist. In addition to this, he has a black visor covering his eyes that are made of a very hard plastic like substance. The material is completely transparent from the inside, allowing for unblocked vision from behind the visor and the inability to view his eyes or most of his forehead from the outside of the visor.

The Legacy

Personality: A young man that wants to help society, but in whatever ways he sees fit. While his ideals often fall into the same ideologies as the law, he has no remorse about killing wrong doers whom he believes fit to die. This moral code falls into his own line of justice, one which agrees that breaking man made laws are wrong; but people who continue doing wrong without even trying to stop are deserving of death by anybody whom gives it to them. This form of justice causes the law to view him poorly, but also with slight fear. Especially since his remorse leaves him when he kills those who try to kill or capture him if there is no other choice.

This violent side though is not without an opposite, for he can be equally loving and kind to those whom do not do wrong or wrong him. This is what truly separates him from a villain, the fact that he has deep feelings for and wants to protect those who do not classify as villains. He strives to help people, but not above and beyond his means. He will not spend money to protect others and will not risk his own life, but will do what he can aside from that to help.

Aside from this, he is highly arrogant. Bred in him from being the top of his class even though years ahead of his age range, he regularly uses words normal to the people of the lowest rungs of intelligence, while speaking them with contempt. His lifetime of being smarter than the rest simply causes him to think of people as inferior, and he will usually race through information in his head rather than speak it out loud.

History: Born with extraordinary intelligence, he quickly began to understand the world and grew bored with many of the games parents usually play with their children. On the other hand, he very rarely cried. Instead, he learned to read on his own and began to gain knowledge that was far beyond children his age. His first word came at just a week old, and many followed shortly after. His parents feared his intelligence, knowing that it meant he probably had the meta-gene. Not wanting their only child to be looked at as different or a freak, they hid this power from everybody and instructed him to remain silent around other people. His curiosity brought rise to the question why, and his parents told him that he would likely be discriminated against should he reveal his intelligence to others.

Once he got to the age of three, his parents enrolled him in a pre-k level of education, but they found him far too smart for the group and recommended him to a school for the gifted. He attended, and even there was the youngest in his class with the highest scores but at least did not stand out as much. He moved quickly through what most considered grade school and did so with his mathematical and scientific studies at an already near college level. Entering into the high school grades at the age of seven. He was considered a prodigy even among the smartest of students at the school for gifted youth. He had sub-par physical skills, but his knack for learning combat was above his age and gave him an advantage above those with what would otherwise be overwhelming power. His gifts for intelligence transferring over to the ability to learn martial arts forms. All this intelligence though, led him to be alone in the world. He had no friends and began to lack social kindness and manners. His parents were the closest things to what he could call friends, and they needed to love him just as he "needed" to love them.

Continuing his own education, he finished the high school grades a year earlier than most, being only ten and finished with his "high school" education. Moving into the college scene, he was finally at a level where he could call some academic equals. At the same time though, he was already quite far along in a doctorate degree in mathematics and science; and of all forms thereof. He studied a variety of knowledge, and continued growing further from the people he started with. By the age of thirteen, he had completed all schooling he could take in mathematical and scientific studies; a peer only to the most educated. At this age is also when he started gaining knowledge more quickly, since his learning was no longer halted by the norms of society and instead only by what he could pick up from his own experiments.

He also continued martial training, becoming quite skilled in a variety of martial arts, but not having mastered any. He could hold his own against a variety of styles, and read most opponents with little skill. His training in this field was limited, but he still picked up on it very quickly and was considered good enough to be looked at as special.

Eventually, he began working on being a hero and building technology so that he could effectively combat others. His goal to protect, but to a complete degree. Not just throwing people in jail or prison where they can escape and wreak havoc once more. He wanted to rid the world of filth and not let it fall into the same problems that it was suffering with people on the streets.

The Powers

Power 1: (Waiting until 4 so I can get/use cryokinesis)

Power 2: Neal has a level of intelligence far beyond that of the human realm. Nearing the peak of the super-human realm, he is considered by many to be one of the smartest men alive. For this reason, he is capable of remembering everything he has ever seen or heard. He can recall information with unerring accuracy and speed. He is also able to process information with extreme speed, capable of thinking at a rate that would make most humans and even the strongest super-computers seem almost slow. Being an Ethereal now, his intelligence grants him highly advanced sensory perception. The ethereal energy has flooded his mind, and gives his five senses far superiority to that of the average human's.(INT 7)

Power 3: Neal has extensive knowledge on the occult, capable of recognizing many spells and different forms of magic. His knowledge on the subject is so great, that some question if there is anything he does not know of this field. Able to make weapons and items of extreme use and power, Neal can effectively use his knowledge in this field to combat most enemies with great skill. It is so great in fact, that Neal is assumed to be the smartest being in regards to the occult.(OCC 10)

Power 4: Neal's body seems to be stronger than any substance known to man, he can not become infected by diseases or even poisons that a standard human can acquire. In addition to this immune system and nearly indestructible body, Neal has a nearly inexhaustible supply of energy that allows him to operate for days at peak capacity before even noticing fatigue.

Power 5: Due to Neal's uplifting to the Ethereal realm, he now has access to the Ethersong language. This allows him to speak to other Ethereal's, and only another ethereal can understand the language. While using this language, Neal sounds pure and benevolent, not even sounding human.

As per a conversation in the chatbox, you can just describe the character's appearance.

Cryokinesis would cost a minimum of 4 points and its power is determined by the amount put into it. You should also describe what your powers do.
