Vexy and Yammy (Closed to Elena)

The snowy streets of Toronto were unpopulated except for one man. It was a dark, snowy night and it was perfect for the one named Ymir. A strange figure could be scene, as if it was some type of chair. A chair made of Ice? It seemed like simply an illusion from far off. However, Ymir was different. He was a meta human, a meta human with Cryokinesis. He controlled ice and snow itself. There in Toronto, he could do what he wanted, including protect everyone and anyone who needed it.

He had a busy day, patrolling and securing the safety of the people Toronto. The home of many innocents, and the home of several criminals. He couldn't go a day without making sure everyone around him was safe. It was against his code. If he was born with the abilities to fight, then he will fight to protect until he froze in motion. Also even then, he will still do what he can. Until he no longer exists.

In his ice chair, he had his legs across one arm his back across the other with his arms crossed. He was thinking about his day and what he could do to improve his abilities and to improve how he fought crime. No matter how stronger he has gotten, in his mind he would always be weak. He always need to improve. Always. He would make sure no one could stop him from helping others, even if it meant death.

"Gross..."
The only words to leave Vexus' mouth as she crossed over the Canadian border. Why did something so valuable have to be contained in such a lowly part of the world. Granted it could be worse, at least she was not venturing out to a third world country. She flashed back to that trip to India with Nightkill when he was still around. An interesting part of her life no doubt, but it was not something she was willing to revisit at this point in time.
Elena went through security with no problem. All of her papers checked out and there was nothing suspicious about her vehicle. She had drove alone this time, no need for the royal procession for such a quick retrieval. However she never travels alone, she did bring two of her Android Clones with her. She simply posed as their mother at border patrol. The drive though this country was rather drab, and the weather only got worse. If it wasn't for her robotic body seeing would have been impossible in the storm.
The purpose for this visit was for something that went by the code name of "S.C.O.T.T". According to her information it stood for "Scientific Conspiracy Oversight on Toronto Terrain". She found it to be a stupid name, but it was an organization that was apparently trying to operate under the radar in order to dispose of any sorts of technological threats. They were gathering information and technology from beyond their time by methods that even Vexus had trouble uncovering. Someone big must have been behind their technology and funding because to fend off a cybernetic attack from Vexus was quite the feat. She did gain one valuable thing from her hacking, and that was their location. They may have been able to fight her off from a distance, but she was curious as to how well they would do face to face. Elena would make sure that last trace of them was eradicated from existence. She did not need anything surfacing before her plan at properly matured.

Unfortunately she had to drive all the way through Toronto as the establishment was on the outskirts of the city. Thankfully the windows here heavily tinted on her Mercedes so no one could see in or bother with them. Once she arrived at her destination she was decently impressed with their base of operations. It was rather large, and just a rectangular building with roughly 3 or 4 floors, but only a couple windows. Most of the space was probably used to house their processors, as there was no way that any human on this planet could create a 'small' computer to combat her systems. She parked her car in the parking lot and remained there for a moment while she waited for the employees to figure out who had arrived. Once they did, an alarm went off and she could see the entire building locking down. Elena smirked knowing that their attempts of defending themselves were completely useless. She stepped out of her car in a black slit sequin dress, it was very similar to the red one she wore normally but with a darker twist to it. Her androids had pistols in their hands and were dressed up in skin tight, black leather jumpsuits. Vexus calmly walked right up to the door, which had sealed itself off with a thick metal door, and placed her index finger on the key pad. After a moment the steel door released itself and the doors opened. The two clones rushed forward into the building and Vexus followed behind them slowly. Her heels clicked menacingly as she made her way down the hallway. The sole of her heels flashed with a bright red on every step, they were a personal favorite of hers...
And the rest was history. The "S.C.O.T.T." establishment was torn to shreds. Flames billowed out of the few windows that it had as parts of it crumbled into nothing. Vexus and her clones walked out of the front door, just as they had entered, got in their car and simply drove away. The streets were pretty barren and it had gotten rather late at night. Strangely enough, they were the only car as well and judging by the collection of vehicles earlier theirs stood out. Turning down a side street they saw a man sitting in a chair which seemed to be made of ice. Vexus stopped the car by him and rolled down the window.
"I am not from around here, but there was a big explosion not too long ago down that way. I just think that someone should check it out..." There was a whisper from her back seat from one of her clones.
"Oh... Right... Hasn't happened yet... Excuse me for a moment..."
With that Elena rolled up the window and drove away slowly. Not even a minute later there was a massive explosion that could have shaken the entire country. Off in the distance the rising plume of smoke could be seen from what used to be the "S.C.O.T.T." headquarters.
Elena knew completely that the explosion had not happened yet and could assume that this person was smart enough to deduce that she was now the cause of said explosion. He was dressed rather odd and could have been a local hero, but that was of no concern to Vexus at this time. If he wanted revenge on these fallen morons then so be it, it would provide her with a further entertainment for the night.

Ymir was still laying down in his chair exhaling air and watching it become visible because of the low temperatures. His was totally unaffected by it, which explained him simply sitting in nothing but a short and some shorts in the chair of ice. He looked at the long fields of snow as he rose his hand into the air. Some of the snow began to float as he moved his hand around, he began to manipulate the snow with his mind. He would change it from a sword, to a shield, to a mace. He was just messing around with his powers, thinking how he could apply his imagination to better his powers.

Ymir heard some type of motor and turned to see a car was pulling up by him. He turned to look at it and saw some people inside of a car, and someone asked him about some type of explosion. "Explosion!?" He replied as he instantly got out of his chair. He then heard them say something about it hasn't happened yet and they wish he would excuse them. It didn't take a complete idiot to understand that they have something to do with some type of explosion. They were so suspicious it was ridiculous. He was about to instantly chase after the car until the ground shook from the explosion. "The hell!" He shouted as his eyes narrowed in on the car and the people inside.

He would raise his hand and a wall of ice would raise right in front of the car that had just passed by him. He would then open three more walls to the left, right, and behind it keeping it surrounded inside of the ice block walls. He would run across the snow, at his superhuman speed, and reach the walls in about a couple moments. He stood next to it, and shouted at it. "Tell me all you know about the explosion.

Vexus rolled her eyes as her car was encased in ice. There's always a hero here to try and stop her, unfortunately the damage had already been done and what this man would be doing is simply avenging the deaths of men he never knew. Vexus opened up the sunroof on the car and the three of them climbed out and stood on top. The two Androids with her jumped out from the ice walls and down onto the ground and then helped Elena back down. She dusted her self off a little bit and readjusted her dress. She looked this boy dead in the eyes preparing to give her answer.
"That explosion was none of your business. There is nothing that can be done now. Those lives have already been lost and if you are the 'Hero' of this drag strip of a town, you have failed them. You should tidy up your things and crawl back to whatever messed up life you sprouted from..."
Elena walked to the front of her car with one of her clones while the other one climbed back up one of the ice walls and into the car. The Android that was with Vexus dug it's hands into the ice wall and began to pull it back while the one in the car hit the gas. After a moment the two succeeded and knocked the wall over and the car pulled out. Vexus gave one last glare at the boy and hopped into the back seat of the car right before it sped off.
She did hope that the kid did have a little bit of fight to him. If her little insult drove him away then he surely did not deserve to be a hero.

Ymir looked as they began to exit out of the vehicle and hopped above the ice. He looked and saw the woman step out and he raised an eyebrow. She seemed to have some type of posse with her, all females. He knew his little trick wouldn't contain them for too long. He just wanted to stop them. "None of my business? It' smy business when you hurt innocent people." He replied, until he heard her insult him. He pounded his fists together and saw them all reenter the car.

"Your gonna pay for that one." He mumbled, as he started to run forward he began to glide across the snow, in the form of snow sliding. He would manipulate the snow to push himself forward after the car. "Did you forget...this is Canada? A snowy wasteland...this is my home court. I got the advantage." He mumbled as he raise his hand and attempted to wrap the snow around the tires of the car, and cause them to harden and spike in an attempt to make the wheels of the car burst open to slow it down.

Vexus and her drones jerked a little bit as they were pulled to a violent stop. She heard the tires puncture and then felt the car drop lower to the ground. Elena rolled her eyes as the three of them got out of the car yet again.
"You're quite persistent aren't you? You have already failed at your job, why do you insist on continuing with your heroic blunderings? But if you so desire I shall make this 'snowy wasteland' your grave."
Her two clones stepped in front of her and pulled out their guns, one in each hand, and unleashed a volley of gunfire. After they unloaded their magazines one of the clones sprinted forward and jumping up she sung with a powerful kick to the boy's head, assuming he would still be standing after the shots were fired.
After the kick, whether she made contact or the attack was blocked, she would drop down and sweep at his feet. The other clone that was still standing by Elena brought up it's arms and fired ten tiny toxic darts from its fingertips at his neck and torso area. If they made contact a neuro-toxin would be injected into his blood stream and he would slowly begin to lose feeling in his entire body.
Meanwhile, Vexus reached into the car and grabbed out a small purse that she had brought with her. Rummaging through it for a moment, she pulled out a tiny cartridge of lipstick. She applied it generously to her lips and smacked them together revealing the bright red shade. After she put her cosmetic back in her bag and threw it over her shoulder, Elena wanted to keep it close to her just in case her phone went off. She was expecting an important call very soon. Depending on the level of 'entertainment' she may or may not have to ask her caller to wait...

Amir saw as the car stopped and he knew they would be getting out pretty quick. He would put his hand out and a big wall of ice would be made in front of him and the robots, and he would have the density of it raised to a high level increasing hardness to make sure it would withstand all of the bullets fired from the robots. He would look and see another one approaching and he would start to run to the side, with his superhuman speed he was able to avoid it somewhat easily however would see one of the robots again firing more projectiles.

He would raise his hand and the snow from the grounds of Toronto would raise up and knock the darts upward into the air out of the path toward him. "This is gonna be tough. Let's see." He mumbled as he clenched his fist he would attempt to freeze the snow on the ground by her feet to freeze in an attempt to stick her to the ground. He just wanted to keep her right there for later. He would brake, and keep all of them in sight just in case.

He was fast. Elena would have to watch that as he was able to avoid her clones initial attack. He was also able to easily protect himself against the bullets as well as the darts her Droid has just fired. Next she felt something take hold of her feet, looking down she saw that it was his ice trying to hold her in place. She gave a glare at the binding element and created a small black blaze of fire that quickly ate away at the ice setting her free. The fire faded away just as fast as it had come into existence. Vexus then jump up onto the car to get herself off of the ground so that any more attacks like that she would be able to see coming. Being here was probably more dangerous than other situations considering that this boy was most likely able to control all the snow and ice surrounding them. If she truly wanted to she could eliminate all of the frozen waste of the sky in an instant, but what fun would that be?
The android which had engaged him physically moved in again and tried to attack from multiple angles with punches and kicks. The other clone entered the battle between the two releasing a highly toxic gas from its mouth that would cover both the android and the hero. Not only would this hinder his vision, but if even the slightest amount of the gas was inhaled he would slowly start to lose feeling in his entire body, just as he would if he was hit with the darts fired earlier. Vexus genuinely did not want to have to take part in this conflict and was rather confident that her 'assistants' would able to handle the situation completely. Hopefully he would fall victim to the poison and she would be able to add an ice manipulator to her collection. She could not recall the last time that she had examined a cryo-kenesis enabled Super. Capturing him would prove beneficial to her research, but if she killed the boy by accident then she was positive that another opportunity to take possession of an ice related ability would arise.

Ymir looked at her and saw as the ice seemed to be nullified. Oh well, he would worry about her later he had another threat to worry about. He saw as another robot was again charging at him. He knew well that he wasn't much of a hand to hand combatant, especially not on the par that the android was on. He would raise another pillar of ice to raise him into the air before the robot would approach to avoid his attack and the incoming robot with the gas.

He would raise both hands as the snow at their feet would attempt to freeze them to the ground also. However, he wouldn't leave them alone. He would attempt to have the snow on the ground climb onto them and accumulate around their legs and increase the density inside of the ice to prevent them from walking. If successful, he would then fire two ice beams from both hands at them in an attempt to freeze the upper portions of their bodies too.

This was cute, the kid was actually putting up a fight. Not bad for clones created at Vexus' hands. Her clones got stuck in place, but were able to break free however they were slowed down by the ice and their arrack was intercepted by an ice beam shot by the boy. Their bodied began to freeze up as they were completely encased in ice. Elena rolled her eyes and stepped off the car. Wherever her foot touched the snow melted away instantly so that he would not be able to hinder her movements to quickly.
She reached her two clones and crossed her her arms and let out a sigh.
"Well hey, you're not all bad. You froze my friends here. Not always easy to do."
Vexus snapped her fingers and a ring of black fire spread out from her in all directions melting all the snow and ice on every surface in a 300 foot radius. If she had wanted to she could have changed the season to summer across the entire country, but she was not one to show off, at least not right now.
The fire had only partially weakened the ice around her droids instead of melting it completely. But it was just weak enough for the clones to break free from their prison.
"Now then, shall we continue?"
The two clones sped forward again, one moving noticeably faster than the other. This one, yet again, attempted to engaged the ice man in physical combat while the other one stood by and released a cloud of toxic gas around the two of them. Since there was no ice on the ground to hold them in place, they should be able to get close enough this time around. All the while Vexus looked through her back again and checked the messages on her phone. Unfortunately with the current time she was going to miss her flight, and also no one had called. Following she examined her nails casually hoping that his boy would not destroy her toys considering that it had not yet been reviled to him that they were not human. They were terribly expensive to make and she was beginning to run low on funds, though with the recent destruction of this little technological organization she was able to move their assets into her possession. No arguments were given, but how could anyone protest when they've been turned to ash?

Ymir would then look and see as the woman who was at her car seemed to be approach. He would extend his hand and smile. "Thanks, however I'm far from done." He mumbled under his breath as he saw as she created a fire and spread it out and cause it to spread around causing all the snow to melt. "Damn, clever, however I'm not quite down just yet."

He had to keep calm even under pressure and saw as one of the clones approach. He smiled and started to run in the opposite direction away from the robot with his superhuman speed to avoid the toxic gas and the robot trying to engage in combat. He turned while he was running and fired a beam straight at the robot who kept firing off the gas.

It did not seem that her clone was going to be able to catch this man as he was quite capable with his speed, since this formation did not work out a second time it was due time for a new strategy. Vexus flicked a bit of fire at the incoming beam of ice which expanded and chewed up the beam until it was nothing, keeping her droid safe. The other she called back and it stood at her side.
"I really did not want to personally get involved here, but if you decide not to submit now I will be forced turn you inside out. And I assure that is not the most pleasant of experiences..."
After her little sentence the two clones started to walk back over to where the car sat while Vexus waited for his answer. Although if this kid was like any other hero she has taken a life from they would be too proud and too tenacious to give up just yet. Granted, that is what she sometimes liked about them. No matter how bloody, battered, and bruised the little kids were they always got back up asking for more. Taking damage that could never be fixed, human bodies were so fragile and if Vexus had a concept of 'joy' she would be overjoyed that she decided to relinquish her flesh form for such a powerful and technologically advanced body. There was no one on this planet would could surpass her, or so she believed.

Ymir knew well that he wouldn't be able to win the fight. HE was smart enough to deduce three on one didn't lean in his favor. Especially since she had melted all of the snow around them weakening his abilities quite a bit. He had gathered enough Intel about them to come up with strategies to combat them at a later date. He would flee for now.

"Alright, you all win. I surrender." He said, as he nodded. He looked at her and simply took a deep breath. He would just look at her and see what exactly her next move was, he didn't know if she was going to let him go free or if she had any other plans up her sleeve.

Vexus was shocked. Surrender? Did she hear that right? This may be the first time that anyone has given up. And it is about damn time too, finally someone that understands the danger that she poses.
"Surrender! Ha! Wise choice boy! However I will be honest I did not think you were going to be this weak. This may be the first time I have seen a hero give up. With that being said, heroes do not give up. So for future reference, do not refer to yourself as a hero... You are a coward..."
I the blink of an eye Elena had brought up her index finger and shot a tight stream of lighting through the boy's shoulder. It passed straight through his body leaving a clear hole about the size of a fist right between his collar bone and shoulder. Since the attack was so hot it would have sealed up the wound as it passed through so he would not have to worry about it bleeding out, however a hand full of her nanomites remained in his body and began to chew at his flesh causing excruciating pain.
"Good bye for now, pray that we do not meet again."
If the boy was smart, he would understand why they should not meet. For if he tried to stop her again for any reason, she would no hesitate to put a hole through his heart. Another car rolled up not moments later for Vexus and her clones to get into a drive away. She had called for the escort the moment this man decided to pose a problem. She could not be troubled with delays in her plans.
The hole in his shoulder should eventually heal up after some time, though no matter which way they bandage it, or how they stitch up the wound, the scar on the area will be in a 'V' formation as an eternal reminder as to who bested him. Who called him weak, and who deemed him unfit to call himself a hero.

He just looked straight at her. There meeting was nothing more but scouting for future fights. He had a taste of her power and knew exactly what to expect in their next outing. He knew that they would encounter each other again, and he vowed to achieve victory.

The words she said had no effect on him, he didn't bother listening to a low life villain He was just about ready to turn around until a sharp amount of pain shot through his shoulder. He knelled down and grabbed it and screamed in pain. He stared as she exited the scene as he gritted his teeth. "Oh that's it, your the one who better hope I never see you again." He mumbled under his breath as he took a deep breath and continued to grip his shoulder as he stood back up.

"I'll get you....I'll come back for you..." He mumbled as he would begin to walk down the round in the opposite direction toward his own home.
