Ryuu is a well built but not overly built young man, though his lean athletic build does suffer slightly from a rather odd diet so he is far from perfect he still manages to look good. One could call him handsome though he considers himself to just be slightly above average and really doesn't care too much about his looks hence why he lets his hair spike out wildly in all directions though it seems to work well for him. His gray blue eyes are hardly noticeable looking rather dull with his appearance almost giving him a haughty or cold look though he is rarely the cold type, there are really no defining features to set him apart from others though.

The Legacy

Personality:
Ryuu was originally like anyone else he had he good points and his bad points but he is no longer that normal person anymore, the drugs warped his mind making him quite different. He is a difficult person to explain, he is very impulsive acting upon his emotions rather than thinking about things logically even though he is smart, he holds no sense of loyalty towards anyone whether they be someone who has helped him or someone who has gotten in his way. Ryuu could literally have a fight to the death with someone over something and then be friends with the next day, but the opposite is also true even if they consider themselves to be his best friend and they have spent many a trial together Ryuu could just as easily kill them if they got in his way. At the same time Ryuu doesn't view this as wrong he simply views it as something he has to do in order to get what he wants, while intelligent his view on the world has simplified greatly, to him if he can do something and no one can stop him well then that's their own damn fault.

At the same time because of his mental instability there is always the chance that he will stop others from stealing, possibly even giving them a lecture on why not to steal. Most would call Ryuu a crazy person because of how flip floppity he can be with how he acts, sometimes he appears lucid enough to speak to anyone casually, other times he can be quite aloof and mellow just wanting to enjoy everything he can while he can, other times the paranoia sinks in and he questions everything around him. All in all Ryuu is what you would call a soup sandwich with dangerous powers that he still cannot fully control.

History:
Ryuu was born in Japan but when he was eight his father was offered a job by an American company which required that they move there, as a result Ryuu speaks both Japanese and English. He had a rather normal upbringing until he turned eighteen and the company his father worked for offered them a free series of tests to see whether or not they were completely healthy, of course they accepted as that was a good deal. During Ryuu's test they discovered that he had the gene that categorized him as a mutant yet he had never before displayed any type of abilities, they offered him a job as a research subject where they would run various tests as long as he was willing. Ryuu said yes hoping that it would get him some money and it would also help his dad out in the company, the tests were fairly simple, some of them were him trying to move various objects with his mind, they tested to see if he was clairvoyant, they tested to see if he could see through things and more yet none of the tests seemed to give a hint to his abilities.

Because the company had their security forces and codes to doors Ryuu was not allowed to explore most of the facility though he was able to stay in great shape and learn to defend himself as he became friendly with the guards to pass the time while waiting for test results to come back. The doctors seemed to be polite but distant which made Ryuu just the slightest bit uncomfortable because he felt like they were looking at him like an object rather than a person, he pushed such thoughts in the back of his mind because he was doing this for the money and to get his dad some points with the higher ups of course.

Regardless they continued on with the tests and continued to get nothing though their tests clearly indicated that Ryuu had some sort of mutant ability. Eventually because they were getting no results they gave him a tested drug that was used to enhance mutant powers and it worked but only to a certain extent, true they found his ability and it was a unique ability but at the same time it was unnaturally weak because these were not his natural abilities that he was trying to control. They had no practical use even if it was a fascinating ability, thus a plan was hatched to give Ryuu an experimental drug that had yet to be tested on people in order to augment his powers further, the result was what they wanted in an unexpected manner unfortunately. While Ryuu's ability was enhanced it was too much to control at the time and he found himself leveling the building he was in with a seismokinesis ability killing nearly everyone that was there, as he tried to help someone out of the rubble they called him a murderous monster. Fear creeped into Ryuu's mind and he fled before anyone could arrive and blame him, he didn't want to go to jail or get killed because of what happened, he didn't even go home to get clothing or money from his parents he just walked away from his entire life that day.

His life on the road was not too harsh he managed to stay alive and had no real horrible experiences but it did tend to get cold when you had to sleep outside during the winter time. Without realizing it Ryuu's mind began to morph into something else, his old laid back happy to help personality disappeared, it was probably best that he had no friends because he became slightly unstable mentally due to the drugs effects. He just continues to drift from place to place keeping watch for the people that he believes are still hunting him, over the years he has learned to better control his powers though he still cannot control what kind of power he will get.

The Powers

Power 1: Random self ability bestowal: Ryuu's ability is a unique ability that he still cannot fully control, his ability is like a slot machine of powers that are thrown in together, when he thinks about it he can activate said power slot machine. Where it will stop he has no idea unfortunately his ability literally gives him a random power, even if he tried with all his might Ryuu cannot decide on the power that he gets thus making it a blessing and a curse. Ryuu has yet to discover all of the abilities that this random power can produce but he learns to use them rather quickly.

(After discussing this with Pat and Force they agreed that a set list of powers both good and bad of course would be allowed, I have also taken Force's advice about using dice in reality to choose the powers randomly, I know this will require trust as I cannot prove I am actually rolling dice in reality, all I can say is that if at any time the admins feel I am choosing instead of randomizing this then I will retire or kill this character to be fair to all.)
