Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Updating Items Usage!

All right! So, as you all know (If you've read the Item Rules) that you're only eligible for 1 stat boosting item per Intelligence or Occult stat.
I'm sure all of you are familiar with the rules for Items!
Now, pay attention to the underlined things. It's been brought to my attention that some item users have been abusing the 1 stat boosting item per INT or OCC 'bar' rule. This disappoints me.
However! It's only a humane mistake, so item apps will need to be brushed up and brushed off.
Another thing that has been brought to my attention: Items that are substituting actual abilities like Healing or Fire Manip or Energy Manip.
This is not the issue, however. The issue is when the item does more than it should when there is no present ability bar to help harness the actual ability through.
I hope I've made my point clear.

- No stat changing items that weaken other players powers, even by 1 point.
- Only 1 stat changing item per INT or OCC stat.
- If your character has 10 in INT and 10 in OCC, they are eligible 2 stat changing items; one INT and one OCC.
- If you have an Item that is INT or OCC in nature, but can be considered a Minion (Aka, an Item with stats or an Item that has a Minion application rather than simple INT or OCC Allocation) then that item takes up two Item slots for your character.
- You have to have at least 5 OCC or INT to have a Minion Item.
- A Mod or Admin will talk with you about your items and help you decide cool downs and etc.
