The Looks

Nihil is six feet tall and very slender. He's lean and with long limbs and tanned skin. He has a clear look of youthfulness. He, however, usually seems tired and has a sly grin on his face more often than not, even if there doesn't seem to be a reason why. Because of this people often assume he is on drugs upon meeting him. He has hazel eyes and a sharp nose. Nihil's hair is what's most notable about him. It's short, black, and slightly curly in all places but his bangs, which are perfectly white and far straighter and lighter than the rest.
Beyond this he tends to where mostly "street clothes", favoring common jeans and t-shirts (especially v-necks). These clothes tend to be torn and stained.

The Legacy

Personality: Nihil is generally lighthearted. This stems from the fact that he believes he can do whatever he pleases and no one can really stop him. Often times seen as a complete sociopath Nihil will be having a nice laugh with his best friend one minute and then kill that friend for his wallet the next. The only constant in Nihil's life is his love for creating weapons, something he is quite skilled at. Beyond that, he's rarely seen in a bad mood and has a knowing, almost sarcastic, grin most times of the day. He seems to like most people and at times even shows an odd amount of interest into complete strangers lives. He also cares a great deal about respect and will never simply kill someone he respects. Unfortunately, he only really respects those who can fight back against him and those who share his interest in his weaponry, though this is exceptionally rare. Nihil generally works alone, but has been known to join groups (mostly criminal organizations) if for nothing else than to see what happens. Almost every time it ends with him becoming bored, stealing from the group, then destroying the others when they try to stop him.

An interesting trait, he constantly refers to people as "little (random title)". For example, he may address a waiter as "little waiter," or "little food server" for no apparent reason.

History: Nihil was born in D.C. though he was raised in different areas along the east coast. The child of a broken home he was taken away from his abusive mother at age six and past along to different foster homes for the next seven years. At age thirteen he ran away and made his way back to D.C. where he basically lived as a homeless, child thief for three years. That's when they took him. BallTec. was a small but well funded, possibly governmental, company assigned to find Metahumans and find ways to both increase and hinder their abilities. Lucky for Nihil, he was part of the power increase group and even luckier he was one of the few in the group that wasn't killed or horribly disfigured in the process. After two years of captivity Nihil had concluded that his abilities were nearing their peek and he would no longer be needed, and so, he escaped, destroying BallTec. in the process. From there, he started walking and hasn't stopped since.

The Powers

Power 1: Nihil can infuse metal objects with energy, turning them into explosive devices. Using this along with his skill at metal crafting he creates a vast arsenal of missiles, bombs, grenades, and mines. This process can take several hours and as such must be prepared ahead of time.

Power 2: Nihil is incredibly strong, though he seems to grow weaker as he infuses objects.

I assume since the process requires prep time, he couldn't walk up to a character made out of metal and blow them up or blow up character's equipment?
