The Legacy

Personality:

Cerise loves being evil, even if it's lonely sometimes. She loves the heist, loves the screams, but longs for something more in this cruel world of heroes and villians. Sometimes she wonders what does it all mean? Will she ever find love? Will she ever be rich enough? She'll never know, but she holds onto all hope that she will! But some days she's just too down to do much, and prefers to stay in her roost lair and read the paper on how the other villians and heroes are doing.

Despite her half human and half bird appearance she's incredibly attractive, even to females! Though, Cerise, just hates all the unwanted attention her appearance gives her. She just wants people to not ogle her all the time! Isn't that so hard to find in this large world? She'll often get quite mad at those that compliment her and will lash out at them!

History:

Cerise was a normal girl with a normal life. Her mother was a super model so she grew up in the industry and was a model at a very young age. Her father was never home, and even had affairs with other women! She became closer to her mother and threw herself even more into her work as a model. Though, when she turned twenty tragedy struck. Another model was jealous of her work and kidnapped Cerise.

The model hacked off Cerise's arms and legs with a chainsaw and left the young model for dead. Thankfully, Cerise was able to her phone out of her pocket and dialled 911 with her tongue. She waited in utter agony for the ambulance to come, and thought she was going to die for sure while they drived her to the hospital. They managed to give her a blood transplant in time, but she was left without arms and legs. Her whole life was over, for how can she be a model when she had no limbs?

Her mother came and supported her in this time of need and called in the help of a scientist friend from Germany. This scientist, Dr. Hax, said he could help, but only if Cerise agreed to undergo some of his experiments. She agreed in a heartbeat and the experiments began that night. The doctor gave her wings for arms and bird legs for legs. Though, they would not move. So, he took things one step futher and scientifically altered her dna, mixing her human dna with bird dna, turning her into a new species of half human and half bird.

Cerise learned to use these new limbs, and even how to fly! When it came time for the doctor to give her normal limbs again she refused and flew away. She tried to be good and become a superhero, but that was boring and so she decided to try the evil side of things which was much more fun. Though, after so many heists she learned that when her dna was altered she gained more than flight but other powers as well. Cerise took on the name Harpy and she just loves being evil.

You don't need the 3 points spent in Occult. Intelligence and Occult equate for each other for the first 3 levels.

You have 26 points currently spent. I'd recommend spending them all on the sonic scream, but it's up to you.

Does the super attraction have any actual effect?

So do I need another point in the ability stat? Or does it cost an ability point to use? I'm not sure what you mean by that statement as it seems a bit vague to me.
