From another dimension

Hello there! Just coming from a star wars RP site, and totally new to super hero junk... well, at least roleplaying them.

I looked at the list with a few characters in mind and realized I would never see them roleplayed ever, but I did come up with an idea while reading them.

Mostly the ideas I had, had to do with wonky time-traveling mechanics and subconscious luck manipulation.

The new idea involves a dude with hyper slow motor skills (its as if he was in slow motion, requiring an ungodly amount of strength to control his limbs), the reason being his body structure is of a unfathomable density and durability. He gets around though through minor teleportation powers, allowing him to attack by falling from great heights to generate destruction when he lands. I think Telekannon or Telequake might be his name if accepted.

Anything to be worried about?

S'long as your stats match your powers and you don't go putting holes in city streets, I think this idea could be good. Also, I like both names so use both.

Would be funny if he was new to the superhero business and couldn't decide on a name. So every other time he was fighting or whatever, he was using a different one. Telekannon on mondays, telequake on tuesdays, etc. I just think it might be fun for comic relief!

Apply to technological items as well? More specifically, I can't make an item that includes pheromones with inducement like effects?

I have an idea for a supervillian who uses his massive intellect and wealth to build gaseous chemicals to make someone more persuasive to the dull or uneducated when released in an open area (not strong enough to lastingly effect on more will-powerful minds). He uses it for his own ends however, by making a suit that releases while protecting him from its effects (as prolonged exposure can become addictive and dulls the mind), to command small populaces to do as he sees fit, such as combat for instance.

I also think I read somewhere about something about gas/chemical weapons used here but can't seem to find it again. Any insight here?
