Jason isn't skinny, he has noticeable muscles, mainly from using parkour to get around the city. He is usually seen wearing jeans, a T-Shirt, and a hoody, usually red, yellow, or gold. He keeps the hood up over his head to hide his face from his enemies. The only scars he has are small cuts and gashes from fighting criminals, and marks on his back, from the years of testing he was subjected to as a child.

The Legacy

Personality: Jason is usually upbeat, and positive, despite his background. Years of being treated like an outcast have made him thick skinned, so he doesn't really care much when someone insults him. Despite this, he can still be quick to anger, especially when he doesn't understand something, or when his friends and loved ones are threatened. He is a strong believer in good, but it usually depends on what he thinks is just, and what he thinks isn't just. If there is a plan in place, he's willing to go against it if he feels it isn't with good intentions. When he engages in combat, he doesn't underestimate his enemy, but still manages to have a cocky attitude, spouting insults and one-liners.

History: Jason was born in New York City, and spent most of his life on the streets. Mainly, because he doesn't have a very good relationship with his father. Even though his father was the reason he gained his control over electricity. His father was a scientist in biology, studying metahumans. He say his son as nothing more than a guinea pig for scientific experimentation. These experiments mainly had to do with electrical currents and how they effected the human body. Over-exposier to these tests, as well as various other tests and syrums, gifted him with the power of electricity. At first, he was used as a government tool, to enforce the laws. Eventually, he was tired of being ordered around and treated like a freak, and he managed to escape. Years of being treated like a lab rat taught him to look out for those who couldn't defend themselves, and he does so by fighting crime, and speaking out against whatever he deams unjust. As a normal person, he works as a bike messenger for a postal company in NYC. He is encouraged to use a bike, but he prefers using parkour to get around the city. He taught himself free-running around the age of 15 from living on the streets.

The Powers

Electro-Projection (4 Points): He can project surges of electricity from his hands, mainly using it for combat. He can shoot small lightning bolts, or turn his fists into tasers. (Not physically transform into tazers....his punches electrocute people.)

Hovering (1 Points) : He can't fly, but he can used the electromagnetism in the atmosphere to hover in the air for a limit of 2-3 minutes. He cannot use this power on a rainy day, however, there would be too much water in the air, and we all know what happens when water and electricity mix.

Electro-Sense (1 Point): If he concentrates, he can detect other sources of electricity within a five mile radius. This power only works if he is focused and concentrated, so he can't use this sense during battle.

Electro-healing (5 Points): He can use the electrons in his body to heal minor wounds and small cuts, this will not however regenerate his limbs, and his healing factor will not work if he is exhausted, or severely wounded.

The electro projection, sense and healing will all require separate points placed into them. The sensing power will only require 1 point. The other two are more powerful with the more points spent on them.

Intelligence and Occult equate each other for the first 3 levels so you can leave one blank.

Just so you know New York City was destroyed about a year ago IC time.

About NYC, do I have to pick a different origin city? And can you elaborate more on the points?

There's plenty of cities around of New York City that's just fine. Example, Queens is still p much OK, a bit beat up, but okay. Staten Island is beat up, but okay.

The powers of electro projection, electro sense and electro healing will each need their own set of points spent under the category of ability. In other words, separate. Ability covers each individually. The electro sense will only cost 1 point. For the other two, the more points you spend, the more powerful they are overall.

List how much is being spent on what as well. You can also remove the points from Occult and leave it blank. Also 1 wealth is free. As of now you have 27 of your 30 available points spent.

The hovering was already paid for by that one point in flight. Remove the points from Occult and spend them elsewhere too.
