Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Palace of The Dragon [Shade base]
Place Name*: The Palace of The Dragon
Location: Hovering high above the Ruins of New York City
Apperance: The main base is a large castle suspended within high above what was once the great city of New York. It borrows its appearance from old style Gothic architecture, though the castles color scheme seems to add a brighter twist to an otherwise dark scheme. It appears to be floating on a large section of Earth, though where this had come from is unknown, seeing as the fauna on around the castle seems foreign . To keep it from being detected, the castle is surrounded by a powerful system of barriers that allow it to appear invisible to the naked eye, but someone with powerful magical or technological aid will be able to see through the glamor and sight the castle. The castle itself is deceptively large and the interior is nearly twice as big as one would expect it to be, with multiple rooms to suit the needs of its inhabitants. Its hallways are usually long and narrow, though usually wider enough to support two average size men walking side by side. The major sections of the castle will be split up in this section for your convenience.
The Grand Hall: This is the man section of the castle and where all of the Shade meetings will be taking place, as well as it is the largest room within the entire castle. There is a large feast table where food will almost constantly be served for those that would partake of it by an endless army of artificial humans created to cook. The room itself is illuminated by Celestial stone suspended from the ceiling on chains, with only the brightest of specimens used, so that maximum illumination is provided. The table itself is equipped to seat around thirty people, and more can be if the occasion calls for it. The head of the table is usually where Elena Marie will sit, while next to her is the Second in command and the next within the hierarchy. There are only two entrances to this room not counting the windows, one leading to the large kitchen where many will be at work preparing food and the other leads to the large hallway that spans the entire castle, branching off in multiple ways.
The Armory: This is where all of the magical weaponry horded and created by the Crimson Witch will be held while not in use. All members will be supplied with a list of what is available and the weapons can be retrieved from specially enchanted chests. There are sixteen large wooden chests within the room, each carrying a different selection of weapons as well as gear to be used by Shade members. While they are magical in nature, all of them are sadly mundane in power, even if they are capable of producing fantastic things such as flames. The door leading into the room is a a large ornate looking wooden door, with metallic rivets running through certain sections of it.
The Transit room: This room is where all Shade members come and go through. In the center is a large rune that is made over the flat stone flooring that allows anyone to use it to travel anywhere within the world that they can visualize, so long as they know the keyword. The maxi mum that can be taken through this formula at once is how many can fit in the room. The only way to return via this route is using a Celestial key that will correspond with the sigil itself. All members of Shade are given one of these upon entering the castle, for returning and when they need escape from a foe that is too great to defeat. The walls are threadbare, as to keep from interfering with the magic that would be used to move what is within these walls. The door is udner a spell that would allow it to keep from being pulled into the transport itself.
Sleeping quarters: These are where all of the members that want to stay within the castle will stay, and where they will sleep. Each room will be customized to the inhabitants whims, and how they would live. The rooms are all in the eastern section of the castle, somewhat away from the other important sections. Each room has a washroom adjoined with it:Working showers, toilets, and sinks all included.
Marie's private Quarters: This is where the leader of Shade rests her head at night and where she recharges her vasts amount of Celestial energy each day. Underneath the floor is a large amount of Celestial Ore, which seems to let off a radiation that nourishes a celestial hosts, and allows them to function in other dimensions. This is also where her double king sized bed (made up size) is held, as well as magical artifacts, and tomes of knowledge are hidden. No member of Shade is allowed into her room without permission; save the second in command Xelek. There is a charm upon the door that prevents it from being opened, forcefully or other wise without the key, which only Marie and Xelek posses. This also has a screen that allows her to watch over all of the vital functions of the base without ever having to leave her room, including the power use as well as a map of the facility with active markers of who is moving through it, there is nowhere that she is unaware of while in the confines of her room.
Science wing: This is where all scientific procedures, and pursuits will take place. All of the finest lab instruments, as well as various items will be at the hands of whomever would use them. This will mostly beused by Doctor Xelek and Ann-Marie.
Library: This is where knowledge of all kinds is stored in the form of books, whether scientific or magical. Any tome that Marie does not consider to be dangerous within the hands of anyone else would be held in this section of the building following a rather strict filing system. Stealing of the books will not be tolerated, and if such a thing is done, it will be met with severe punishment.
Minor Facilities: Through use of three of the seven Celestial keys, this whole thing is kept running. Running water is produced within one section of the facility and ran through the entire castle, with sections making sure to filter away anything impurity that would otherwise poison it. Power is also produced through this method, thus allowing outlets to be run through the entire complex, and powered by radiant magical networks that unlike wiring will not wear away or break ever. The entire complex is lit by Celestial stone, though it is easily turned off when the key word is spoken. All food its transported through a secondary transportation station somewhere in the east sector of the castle where all food is bought through an anonymous source that is more than willing to supply them with whatever they need for the right amount of money. The castle is also protected by magical cannons, as well as the Artificial humans themselves if anyone makes it past magical mortar. The magical mortar is level 6 in power, thus allowing it to punch down most superhuman targets that would fly too close, as well as nosy planes that see through the glamor. Last of all is a device that makes sure that no matter how high the castle is, it will always have an adequate air supply for the inhabitants, as well making sure to keep the structure from crashing to Earth. If this core were to be destroyed, the whole thing would fall, and perhaps destroy everything that it lands on.
History: The Castle was originally within the Celestial realm, where it lay suspended within time for millenia. When Elena Marie found out about this, she used her Celestial Dragon status to demand that the castle be removed from its stasis and moved to the human world. If not for the latter, the counsel would have refused and ignored the issue entirely. Something about removing the castle from the realm if she could was appealing to them. So with their blessings she performed the impossible, and moved it into the skies above New York city, though at the time it was cloaked in the clouds of a storm. With that small amount of time, Marie managed to form a glamor around it and then began renovating it. It only took a matter of months with her, and in the end the castle was up to standards, and the Crimson Witch was back in action.
