Announcement: (12/12/13) All Staff Matters! (FAQ Help)

Hi there Superheroes and Villains!

Because a few events and situations, it seems I'm going to have to make this thread!

(I really wish I didn't have to!)

Every single staff member (especially administrators) should not be questioned. When one Admin tells you "no," do not go and ask a different Admin the exact same question. If you've asked the question multiple times and not received an answer (in the cbox, mainly) then you should use the Suggestions, Ideas, and Complaint Section. It's typically used for questions that are swallowed up in the fast moving cbox, or when a staff member is just too busy to check their PM box. (I know I've been there several times this week alone.)

But, do not be discouraged by this announcement. And do not feel like you should not ask multiple staff members. But if you get a no, the staff has almost always had a discussion about it together either before the answer is given. Or even a long time ago when some other individual asked the same exact question.

So, if you have a question that you're unsure of because you've asked multiple staff members, and seem to not understand the answers given, we can use this thread to get those questions answered!

Just tack it into a reply, and wait patiently. Any and all questions that can be answered by reading all of our Stat Equivs, Char App Threads, System Book, and Rule Book will be deleted/removed from this thread by moderators or administrators. The individual asking the question will find a PM or can head to the portal: SHRP Portal to access the hyperlinks to the systems.

Please do not take this announcement as a jab at anyone that has been in a situation where they ask a question to one staff member and then ask the same to another. This is just to clear up any confusion.

All staff members communicate on a regular basis to keep SHRP as cool as possible. (:
