Xeno-Evolutionary Terrestrial Ascendents: XSD-EP F2

Migitation, her home world is a shitty one, war amongst many people. Broken people, her race consisting of 26 folks. War a common occurance, and the need to survive a crazy one. In her home world, the peoples powers were spiking, ridiculous. Her home time is 3100, activating her powers to get away she ended up skipping through a paradox crash landing in a foreign country but a familiar world. It was the same world in the past..and then she realized..she wasn't in 'Kansas' anymore.

Saileyra upon migration took her time to explore, finding this realm, she had found that there had been limitations among this man kind. Despite her great power on the outside world she had to adapt to the world around her. Many limitations had been made but she figured once she left this world to go back home to the Xenoverse, she would be a stronger warrior and tactician through reverting humbly back to the simple steps of a child. Heros Vs. Villains, she took her side among the heroes to fight the world of their evil, offering the assistance of a foreign force.

Alone, with no powers, and her wings an ornament, Saileyra had become flightless, powerless, and for the lack of the better word, useless. She did not know what to do with herself and well, with a paradox crashing into London and a rather large display from a boy named Mikona. Both of them left an impact on London, whom notified their officials of extra-terrestrial activity and meta-human activity. The affairs alarmed England and took to their official notice. Albeit, they could do nothing about it because Saileyra was on her way to the United States.

With a super mind, a knowledge of the future, she was careful to tread a timeline she could completely alter. Yet, her intentions, were to maybe save her own world where humanity did not exist. Hopefully, with a creation of the group named OCEAN, an group in her own world, bent to preserve her species. She would create a sector in this world..but the question was funds, time, and money. It wouldn't be easy to make something she wanted..and so she knew what she had to do. Saileyra researched aliens a local library, keen intelligence, she read into many incidents watched a famous 1940's alien autopsy video. With a goal in mind, she decided to get to Area 51.

Outside of Mexico, some few months later, Saileyra made her 'strike' well, not so much strike, but appearance on them. She cleverly plotted out everything, displayed her wings, made sure they could see how they glowed..her eye color. There was no hiding and the government reacted negatively. Attempted to fight her in the darkness of the night, luckily, in the top secret location they managed to subdue her like all according to plan. Being held prisoner, they conducted a series of tests..and were amazed. Biologically, amazed with her capabilities, even if they could never replicate this creature in front of them. Scientists baked off, shortly after, the military offered Sai a deal for her freedom. To carry out military operations, to say she did things she did not want to would be true..but she did carry them out..with excellence. Over time, the government realized their mistake, they hired A.] An Alien and B.] A Meta-Human to the standard of society. The normal human ratio would not approve..

With time and effort, Saileyra knew there was no way in hell she was going to let them let her go without a price. Little did these drones know, she was intelligent, very intelligent and she managed to convince a meeting to talk with leaders of the military and an a fair monetary arrangement was made for her secrecy and theirs. It worked out well, the military wiped her existence as she did theirs in her life. Money? It came in a solid source, cash, where? No one could ever know, it would be deposited into a bank account in asia in a remote location. It would take the brightest of geniuses to really figure out what was going on with the U.S another Alien Scandal for the history books.

Over time, once she had settled with the money she did have..she did calculations, funding for the operation to be OCEAN and it was not enough. Eventually, she settled on doing the same thing with other countries, researching their Alien history and carrying out operations. Apparently, she learned of the meta-humans this way their existence, and who they were. Eventually, she would have enough money and 'culture' exposure to know what she was against. Most countries had turned a blind eye to Saileyra and gave her a steady income settling her to be a very, very wealthy alien in another time period. But, that money wasn't going to be used selfishly as they had all thought, it was used to make a HQ and OCEAN was born.

Mikona and Sai took the time to recruit others, but shortly after OCEAN was born Mikona fell off the map and Saileyra back stabbed? Maybe, but he forever remained the co-founder of OCEAN even if he didn't do much for the company as a whole. He believed in the ideals and was the first driving source for Sai. OCEAN was a big success but very top secret, they would only appear when large threats would harm large populations. She stuck true to her promises to the governments of the world, to remain a secret. The only time she had appeared was the few incidents in New Orleans when a crazed man...who stalked her wanted to destroy the entire population. OCEAN carried out it's mission to stop him...

With many other missions under it's belt, Saileyra had found 'home' and a not so 'homey' world. It was a place that was peaceful, relaxed, not the same as a forever warring home where she had to survive. With a frequent home sickness, she managed to create a time link, to go from home back to this world..but that..that was something no one would ever know about. No one would ever think of, to everyone else she was forever stuck liek she thought she had been. But OCEAN was part of a much larger picture, Sai had created OCEAN to maybe help her home world in the future..to make sure the human race stayed alive so her home world would have their help... Not that wouldn't be dead to begin with, but she never met such a race as similar to her own and hopefully the meta-humans and humans would not wipe each other out of existence. OCEAN was there to make sure both the meta-humans and human flourished and evil of the greater lack of term, post-apocolyptic wouldn't occur.

Hopefully, society would understand when the tides of the OCEAN swept through that people would understand that sometimes one death would save millions and save another population of 26..and save her home planet when the humans were able to migrate at light speeds...
