Vaga's Impressive Arsenal of Unimpressive Items

Vaga's Items! The first two are from his Lv8 Occ score, and the rest are treated similar to a Powersuit, since they don't actually add anything to his character's grid. He wears all of the items except for the Talons, which he can use an incantation to summon. His boots need to be touched to activate, which 'turns off' his ability to cast his other spells.

Name: Falcon's Talons
Level: 8 (Occ, 1 of 2)
Abilities: Stronger/sharper than normal weapons and ability to be called with a small incantation.
Description: Created by Vaga as his primary weapons, these blades extend off of his forearms. They extend over his gloves, allowing free range of motion with his wrists. The incantation to summon them is mostly gibberish to the untrained ear, and the incantation to send them away is the same incantation as before, only in reverse. They are slightly curved, like scythes, and have arcane symbols etched onto the blade.

Name: Wolf's Paws
Level: 8 (OCC, 2 of 2)
Abilities: +4 Speed (two of these points are PP, two are Occ allocation)
Description: Solid boots with open toes slightly covered by actual wolf paws that clack softly on solid floor. They have arcane symbols burned into them.

Name: Drake's Cloak
Level: 3 (ABI and Flight allocations, not Occ)
Ability: Short amount of Invisibility, ability to fly.
Description: Made from the skin of a real Drake (and not the pop-singer kind either), this cloak grants the Youth the prowess of the worlds best not-dragons. He can change colors to blend in to his surroundings a'la a Chameleon, or extend the cloak to catch wind and fly accurately. Note that he cannot be concealed while flying. When not in direct use, the cloak catches just enough wind to flap in epic style that only a 12-year-old would include.

Name: Turtle's Vest
Level: 3 (PP allocation)
Ability: +3 Durability
Description: Made, ironically, of the underside of a tortoise, this sleek black vest has a thin fabric covering it to keep from chafing. It also covers the runes lining the shell. Despite only being a vest, the magical protection it offers applies all over. It also helps his stamina because no one can last as long as a turtle. Giggity.

Name: Panther's Claws
Level: 3 (PP allocation)
Ability: +3 Strength
Description: Colored completely black and made of panther skin (not fur), these gloves would look fairly unremarkable if not for the glowing runes that light up whenever he uses the added strength. The fingers are cut off because Vaga needed the extra dexterity when manipulating spells.
