Secret Identity: Elliot wears a black over coat with a white flannel dress shirt underneath and a black silk tie. On his lower half he wears Black Dress pants and a black belt around it with Black sox and a pair or black dress shoes.
Villain: Everyone enjoyed the Super Hero Batman, Now try the opposite of Batman. Silver Eagle is a rich Super Villain with Gadgets and vehicles that are great in combat but have there weak points. He wears a skintight suit up to his neck that is all Silver except a big black E on his chest and a mask that ties all the way around his head covering his hair and attaching to his suit from the back almost as if it was a hood.

Personality: He is not your average super Villain, he is a villain who will change his Identity to Silver Eagle when ever another villain is out but other times he is the accountant Elliot Bourne. He is a friendly guy if you ever talked to him, He isn't exactly shy but he is a depressed 23 year old who doesn't like making friends. He works... ALONE!

History: Growing up as a boy Elliot always had money. He graduated from High School at the age of 13 and College when he was 16. He is smart. But then at the Beginning of his Freshman year in college (14). He was walking out of a Football game in the dark with his parents and out of nowhere a ricochet bullet strikes one of his parents then another ricochet strikes his other parent and a "Super-Hero" comes down to help them and he said he was going to get help from the hospital... Elliot waited there for hours and they never came. So now it is his duty to stop any so called Super Hero from disappointing anyone else. He plays by his own rules and won't help anyone but loves to cause destruction.

He trained with master Wong in the Cochunck Academy, located in Los Angeles. This is where he learned to use fighting as any resort means necessary. Bourne, is a 9th Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, 6th Degree Black Belt in Kung Fu, and a 5th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do all under the same master. Bourne was Wong's prize student until he got caught off guard and lost a major tournament for a grand prize of $25,000. Wong Banished him from competing in the Dojo or in tournaments ever again. When he was 21 he saw master Wong again and challenged him to a match and Wong was taught by the student. But on accident Bourne twisted Wong's neck in the wrong direction and it snapped. But he didn't feel sympathy he just buried him in the back yard and walked away. Then he asked his Butler for a costume so nobody would know he committed a murder, that is when they came up with the identity Silver Eagle.
