Reason for this quest:
Explanation of quest A large black rift has opened over Toccoa, Georgia. People have reported that strange beings have reached from the portal and dragged people into it,all of them bopasting supernatural power. If the portal is left unchecked, it will swallow the town and the surrounding area, leaving possibly only a crater in its wake.

Mission Specifics:

Task 1 Investigate reports of a large black portal hovering above Toccoa, Georgia and find out what is behind it.
Task 2 Confront those behind the cause of the phenomenon.
Task 3 Attempt to close the rift.
