A question regarding Magic
Are spells rearrangeable after character creation?
Example:
I cannot afford to buy all the way up to my ultimate spells right now. I intend to, but I cannot do it at character creation. I know I am going to need some sort of offensive spell so I make one of my available spell picks “Magic blast”.
Later on, I spend my exp and eventually open up my ultimate spell slots.
I want “Magic Blast” to be one of my ultimates, but to get it at all at character creation I had to buy it at a lower level.
Can I now move it to one of the Ultimate slots freeing up a lower slot for something else?

Yes.
You can also spend the points to have ultimates when you first make the character, AKA: Spend 5 points on Spells. Then spend your first exp point of magic to bring it up from 8 to 9 and you'll have your ultimates available.

Ahh, excellent. I already have my character planned out. Not difficult to do with only 8 exp to spend. But some of the purchases hinge on whether I am locked into the initial choices or if I can customize them (within reason) after the fact.
Being able to shift spell around to the slots in which they should reside is a good thing to me. Clearly there would be an amount of RP surrounding this, but the ability to “settle” into a final build is happy news.
