Hocus Pocus' Apparatus
Name: The Dandiest suit ever woven.
Abilities: Hocus Pocus' suit is woven with incredibly resilient fibers and magic, increasing the durability of the wearer by 2. It is activated for 3 posts before it needs a cooldown of 3.
Description: The suit is said to be crafted from the hairs of gypsies and dyed with the tears of Pandora. Obviously, this is false as tests have shown that it is just a normal suit, enchanted with magical abilities. Hocus Pocus came into possession of this suit at a magic market in his home town. It has become his casual attire.
OCC Allocation: 8.
Name: 'Mysticism'
Abilities: Hocus Pocus' wand is capable of generating, absorbing and directing magical energy into various blasts and forms from weak bolts to intense beams to powerful orbs of destruction. It is a vivid bright purple in color and is used for completely offensive functions. When the wand fires out energy it creates shapes and symbols of magical importance from various cultures, i.e the Wiccan's pentacle and the Egyptian Eye of Horus. It can be used for 2. It can manipulate the energy for 2 posts and needs 3 to cool down.
Description: Another gift, this time from his father. The wand is his primary tool. The Wand, like everything else, is an enchanted item and it was one of the first items he acquired. It is a gift from his father, an heirloom in fact.
OCC Allocation: 8.
Name: The Dynamo Drape!
Abilities: This magical cloak is completely prehensile and manipulated by those whom wear it. Simply by sending out psionic signals and thoughts one may control it as if it were a limb. The magical energies imbued in this cape have left it super strong, capable of lifting things with the same strength as someone with 7. The cloak can stretch, grow, and is nearly amorphous in nature. It can be animated for 2 posts and takes 3 to cool down.
Description: This, along with his hat and his wand, was among the first magical artifacts that Hocus Pocus ever got his hands on. He is it's current master and is quite skilled at using it. It was a gift from his mother, the original craftier of the cloak and he uses it in her honor and memory. For the cloak to be passed on, it has to accept it's new master, otherwise, 'tis just like any other cloak.
OCC Allocation: 7.
Name: The Charlatan's Cap.
Abilities: This top hat is the container of another dimension. The hat is a portal to an unnamed realm which contains many things. It can be used to redirect many things by containing them, turning them around and unleashing them back. This realm, oddly, has a rather potent rabbit population. It has made 'pulling a rabbit out of a hat' rather easy. Hocus Pocus uses this to store items of import, and only one of magical blood may place their hand into the hat. The hat is also, undestroyable. 1 post usage for redirection, 2 post cooldown. However, things can be removed from it at all times, no cool-down required.
Description: Gifted to him at age 12, Hocus has rarely left his home without this hat. It is the most useful of items in his arsenal, and the one of the most sentimental value. The hat was given to him by both his mother and father whenever they began to tutor him in slightly more advanced magic. It was a landmark of his progression.

Name: Destiny Deck.
Abilities: This magical deck of ancient playing cards has been linked to the mind of Hocus Pocus. He can control them with his mind, and cause them to do many things. They can be fired at great speeds to attack foes, or spin around Hocus' body to create some basic protection, or even be used to create a black and red distraction. 3 post usage 3 post cooldown.
Description: Hocus got this deck from a gypsy when he was 20. He won it from her in a game on cards, ironically. He cheated of course and secured her deck for his own. He carries it in his pocket at most times.
OCC Allocation: 7.
Name: Hypnotick-tock.
Abilities: This hypnotist's watch allows Hocus Pocus to use hyponotic suggestions to cause Lesser NPCS to obey his will. He has to spin it around rapidly, and swirling black and white light bathe the desired person. The person is left a thrall to his will for 3 posts, before they are released from it's effect.
Description: Hocus got this watch at the same time he acquired his suit. It was at the same market when he purchased it. Being the crafty gentleman he is, he asked if he could examine the watch before he hypnotized the salesmen and got the watch for free. Hehehe.
OCC Allocation: 6.
Name: The Occult Observer.
Abilities: This monocle allows the wearer to see a variety of different things. It allows them to see in the dark, see through walls, scan an area for various effects such as increased temperatures and light, air pressure levels, gas levels and also it allows the wearer to see where magical energy is moving and being drawn to so that they may find magical people and artifacts easier. It can also sense the residue life force left over by the dead, allowing the wearer to see ghosts, but not hear, ghost.
Description: Born at the market with his suit and pocket watch. Nothing more to say really. Whenever it is being used, a purple pentacle is inscribed into the monocle's glass.
OCC Allocation: 6.
Name: Gloves of Gall.
Abilities: These gloves can take on minds of their own when of the wearer's hands, allowing them to crawl around as if someone's hands were in them and use various devices and items and climb around in vents in order to open doors from the other side, etc.
Description: They came into his possession when Hocus defeated a rather... un-elegant sorcerer who had began terrorizing individuals for fun. After he defeated him, Hocus took them from his hands as a prize. Catching them was the hard part though.
OCC Allocation: 6.
Name: Staff of Rhume.
Abilities: The staff of Rhume is surrounded constantly by a cold air. It has a spinning blue orb above it's wooden base, which rotates constantly and emanates frost. By aiming it in a direction, the gem fires out a cone of very cold air, with freezing abilities on par with liquid nitrogen. It is also able to inscribe cold runes on the floor which act as booby traps of sorts, and they may be inscribed on the floor or wall and act as motion sensors, detonating with a burst of frigid air when disturbed. 2 post usage, 2 post cool down.
Description: This staff was acquired by Hocus after he had a duel with a rather prominent cryomancer named 'Rhume' and defeated him. Humbled, the mage offered this staff to Hocus Pocus as a peace offering and prize for defeating him. The staff is stored in his hat.

Name: Banger Bow.
Abilities: The Banger Bow is a bow-tie that when adjusted releases a massive burst of light which stings the eyes of people and temporarily blinds them, allowing Him to make an crowd pleasing exit. 1 post usage, 2 post cool down.
Description: Acquired at the magic market, it came with his suit.

Name: Scepter of the Viento.
Abilities: This scepter is capable of creating pressurized wind storms which can be fired out as tornadoes and vertical blasts of wind. 2 post usage, 3 post cooldown.
Description: This scepter was taken from when Hocus Pocus defeated an aeromancer from Spain in a duel. He did it because he fancied the man's scepter and asked for it as a reward for defeating him. Accepting arrogantly, Hocus Outwitted the man and defeated him, taking his staff. It is stored in his hat.
OCC: 5.
Name: Magique
Abilities: By stabbing this cane into the floor, it lets it's commander create 5 arms from the walls within his eye site, which are pitch black in color. They can be used to grab items or people from a distance. If the cane is knocked out of the ground, it dispels the arms and returns to it's dormant state. 2 post usage, 2 post cool down.
Description: Hocus Pocus recently bought this cane at a magical emporium. He took a liking to it, and purchased it. He has no idea who made it, and stores it in his hat.

Take the stat growth on durability to +2 then it raises at each level, and you don't get strength until 10 OCC. The post duration on durability needs to go to 3 with a 2 cooldown and Mysticism needs to go to 2 post duration with a 3 cooldown.
